Abstract

Conflict within organizations is an inevitable phenomenon, including in educational environments such as SD IT An-Nahar. Conflicts may arise from various factors, such as differences in perceptions, goals, or interests among teachers, staff, parents, and students. This study aims to analyze the conflicts occurring at SD IT An-Nahar using a conflict theory approach and to explore negotiation strategies as an effective solution for managing these conflicts. The research employs a qualitative method with interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that conflicts at SD IT An-Nahar predominantly stem from communication gaps, misaligned expectations, and limited resource allocation. Collaborative negotiation strategies prove to be an effective approach to conflict resolution, yielding win-win solutions that strengthen interrelations among stakeholders. This study underscores the importance of negotiation skills training for all stakeholders in the school to foster a harmonious working environment and support the achievement of educational objectives.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu lulusan perguruan tinggi menjadi isu strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan global yang semakin kompetitif. STISIP Tasikmalaya sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan untuk memastikan lulusannya siap bersaing di dunia kerja dengan kompetensi yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program peningkatan mutu lulusan yang dilaksanakan di STISIP Tasikmalaya, meliputi pengembangan keterampilan praktis dan akademik, serta kerja sama dengan dunia industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi, dosen, mahasiswa, alumni, dan pemangku kepentingan dunia industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kerja sama dengan dunia industri, penyelarasan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja, dan penguatan sarana prasarana pembelajaran praktis sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesiapan lulusan. Evaluasi program-program tersebut secara berkala penting dilakukan untuk memastikan efektivitas, pemahaman program oleh pemangku kepentingan, relevansi, ketepatan waktu, pencapaian tujuan, dan hasil nyata. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi STISIP Tasikmalaya untuk mengoptimalkan program peningkatan mutu lulusannya dan menawarkan saran untuk penelitian masa depan tentang perbandingan dengan lembaga pendidikan tinggi lain dan dampak jangka panjang dari program ini terhadap masyarakat.

Abstract

This article explores the concept "Preaching Bill Hikmah" (wisdom-based preaching) in the context of pluralism through Jürgen Habermas' communication paradigm. This article discusses the importance of ethical communication in da'wah, emphasizing the need for integrity on both the part of the preachers and their audiences. This article explains how Habermas's notion of communicative action can provide a framework for building interreligious dialogue, promoting tolerance and understanding. Reinforcing the idea of pluralism, this study highlights the importance of creating space for interfaith dialogue and emphasizes the need to unite various interpretations of Islam to counter radicalism and increase community cohesion. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The results of this research show that Jürgen Habermas's communication paradigm, especially the concept communicative action, can be adapted in the context of da'wah to encourage inclusive, tolerant and ethical dialogue. This allows da'wah to become a unifying tool in a pluralistic society, where wisdom-based communication can reduce potential conflict, fight the spread of radicalism, and strengthen social harmony.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the results of media utilization for classroom learning in children aged 5-6 years. Traditional dakon games, as part of ethnomathematics, have great potential to develop children's cognitive abilities, including numeracy and fine motor skills. This study aims to deeply reveal the influence of dakon games on the development of both aspects in early childhood. The research method used is a Quasi experiment involving a number of children as research subjects. During the research period, children routinely played dakon while observing the development of their numeracy and fine motor skills. Data were collected through observation (Pretest and Posttest) and documentation of playing activities. The results of the study showed that dakon games have a significant influence in improving children's numeracy and fine motor skills. Children learn the concept of numbers, addition, subtraction, and patterns through dkon games. In addition, the activity of picking up and moving dakon seeds also helps improve hand-eye coordination and other fine motor skills. These findings indicate that dakon games can be an effective learning medium for developing numeracy and fine motor skills in early childhood. The use of traditional games in the context of mathematics learning not only makes learning more fun, but also enriches children's understanding of mathematical concepts in their cultural context

Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to examine the transformation of teachers' roles, school collaboration with the industrial world, and the implementation of project-based curriculum in responding to educational challenges in the 5.0 era. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with teachers and students, direct observation of learning activities, and documentation of the implementation of collaboration and project-based learning programs at MTsN 8 Banyuwangi. Data were analyzed using the Milles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation in descriptive narratives, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the transformation of teachers' roles from teachers to technology-based learning facilitators is able to support students in learning independently and creatively, despite challenges such as limited access to technology. School collaboration with the industrial world provides direct experience that strengthens students' entrepreneurial and digital literacy skills, increasing their self-confidence, creativity, and innovation abilities. Meanwhile, the implementation of a project-based curriculum has proven effective in developing students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, supported by the theories of Experiential Learning and Constructivism. Overall, this study concludes that all three approaches are successful in creating learning that is relevant to the needs of the 21st century, although further efforts are needed to overcome technical constraints and maximize learning potential.

Abstract

Student satisfaction in UKT payments is not only determined by the speed of transactions, but by the transparency and ease of access provided by digital systems such as Botclaim. This study aims to analyze UKT Payment Management Through Botclaim or application in Improving Student Satisfaction at KH Muktar Syafaat Banyuwangi University, which is under the auspices of a boarding school. Before the implementation of Botclaim, the UKT payment system at this university was still done manually, which caused various administrative problems, data input errors, and inconvenience for students. The research method used is a quantitative approach involving students and Bauk officers who have used Botclaim to make UKT payments. In determining informants in the study using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that students felt significant improvements such as automation in terms of easy payment and speed that can be seen anytime and anywhere, as well as more confidence in the security of their personal data. In addition, the system also contributes to reducing administrative errors and speeding up the payment verification process. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of Botclaim in the UKT payment system has successfully increased student satisfaction through increased efficiency, ease of access, and strengthened transaction security.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology and the increasing awareness of environmental issues have transformed global marketing strategies. However, the integration of digital marketing and green marketing in educational settings, particularly in the context of sustainable marketing, remains underexplored. This study aims to investigate the effect of implementing contextual-based learning through the integration of digital and green marketing on improving students literacy in sustainable marketing management. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, involving 90 students as participants. Data analysis was conducted using Paired Sample T-Test. The results revealed a significant increase in the average score from the pretest (64,20) to the posttest (76,95), demonstrating a 12,75 point improvement in students' literacy. The integration of digital and green marketing in contextual learning proved effective in significantly enhancing students' understanding of sustainable marketing principles (p < 0,001). This approach contributes to bridging the gap between theory and practice, fostering students ability to apply marketing concepts in real-world sustainability contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam memenuhi tuntutan pembentukan karakter peserta didik, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Kalikajar II No. 12 telah berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan dalam pembelajaran, terutama dalam aspek perubahan peran pendidik, keterlibatan peserta didik, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Kurikulum Merdeka menekankan pentingnya kemandirian dalam belajar, kreativitas, serta pengembangan karakter peserta didik, dengan memberikan kebebasan kepada peserta didik untuk menentukan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat mereka. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran, dapat membantu peserta didik berkembang menjadi individu yang tidak hanya cerdas, tetapi juga memiliki akhlak yang mulia, sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Selain itu, untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan tuntutan pembentukan karakter pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, dapat dilakukan secara holistik melalui tes pengetahuan, observasi sikap dan perilaku, serta portofolio yang merefleksikan perkembangan karakter peserta didik secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study aims to find the role of the principal in preventing bullying at MAS Darul Ihsan. The purpose of this bullying study is to find out the bullying that occurs at MAS Darul Ihsan. The purpose of the study is to find out the principal's leadership in preventing bullying at MAS Darul Ihsan. This research method uses a qualitative approach by means of observation, interviews and documentation of the object of research study regarding the prevention of bullying at MAS Darul Ihsan. The results of the study showed that the handling carried out by the principal and stakeholders by providing an understanding to children to respect the rights of others, then children are taught to control their emotions in order to avoid (take preventive actions) to prevent bullying. Other prevention is carried out by making regulations regarding punishment when bullying occurs which has been carried out since the beginning of entering as a student at Darul Ihsan Aceh Besar

Abstract

The learning environment created by the Lecturer has a significant influence on students' academic abilities in addition to being influenced by the students' own innate abilities. This study aims to determine the role of each interpersonal component of the Lecturer and to test the validity of the Lecturer's interpersonal skills ability questionnaire designed by the researcher and on the cognitive, affective, and moral development of Students. This study uses factorial design analysis to see the role of Lecturer's interpersonal skills on Students' cognitive, affective, and moral abilities. 210 Students of Insan Budi Utomo University became Participants who were actively involved in this study. 210 Students came from the 2021 to 2023 intake. Data were collected using a questionnaire to assess Lecturer's interpersonal skills, cognitive, affective, and moral assessment self-report scales of Students. Data analysis used multiple regression and correlation analysis to see the correlation between these variables. The results showed that Students' perceptions of Lecturer's interpersonal skills correlated significantly with learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and moral domains of Students. In addition, the questionnaire scale designed by the researcher met the validity criteria because the questionnaire scale could explain what scales were positive and negative predictors of Students' learning outcomes in each domain. This study implies that lecturers must display positive interpersonal skills ability during the learning process or interaction with the class so that the learning process is more effective
