Abstract

One of the physical properties of rocks that can be used to analyze a geothermal system is the resistivity of rock. Magnetotelluric method is one method that can be used to determine the resistivity of rock. MT measurements are carried out at 30 measuring points with north-south directed paths and the distance between measuring points is around 2000 meters. This research aims to do 2-D inversion modeling in determining location, delineation, and depth of the geothermal potential of Way Selabung. Based on the results of MT data analysis and 2-D inversion modeling, the Way Selabung geothermal system is in the graben structure zone. The manifestation of Way Selabung, Lubuk Suban and Selabung Damping hot water manifestations is formed due to intersection of Way Selabung, Kotadalam and Akarjangkang faults in a hydrogeological pattern in the outflow zone. 2-D modeling results show the top there is a group of low resistivity value <10 Ohm.m with a thickness of about 1500 meters from the surface which is interpreted as caprock. At the bottom there is a group of resistivity values of around 30-100 Ohm.m with a depth of 1500 meters to 1750 meters which is interpreted as a reservoir zone.

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia. Pesantren memberikan banyak kontribusi pada pembangunan sumber daya manusia. Hinga sekarang, pesantren terus berkifrah dalam bidang politik, ekonomi, pemerintahan, dll. Pimpinan tertinggi di pesantren disebut dengan kiyai. Kiyai berperan penting dalam mendistribusikan peran kepada dewan asatidz. Studi kasus yang diambil dalam pelentian ini adalah manajemen kepemimpinan kiyai dalam meningkatkan kompetensi santri bidang dunia usaha. Pesantren babakan jamanis mempunyai inkubasi bisnis yang disebut dengan green house. Para dewan kiyai, ustadz, satntri, orang tua terlibat dalam pengelolaan green house ini. Selain mahir dalam ilmu agama, pesantren babakan jamanais menginginkan para santri mempunyai peran dalam pembangunan perekonomian kesejateraan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, membahas permasalahan secara menadalam dengan teknik pengamatan langsung ke lapangan, wawancara mendalam dan membaca literatur yang berhubungan dengan pembahasan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bawah kepemimpian kiyai pesantren babakanjamanis sangat demokratis dan menggunakan prinsip musyawarah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, dampak dari kepemimpinan menunjukan bahwa para santri mempunyai kompetensi bidang dunia usaha. Hal ini dtitunjukan dari potret pengelolaan green house yang berdasar pada prinsip manajemen dan memberikan dampak kesejahteraan bagi pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are supporting tools in achieving learning objectives. MI Al Washliyah Cirebon is an A-accredited school that has quite complete facilities, such as classrooms, mosques, cooperatives, teachers' offices, UKS rooms, cooperatives and others. This study aims to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure (Strategy for the procurement of infrastructure at MI Al Washliyah Cirebon). This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data processing: triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive/qualitative. Data Source: Principal, Deputy Principal for facilities and infrastructure Sector. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation. Research instruments: researchers, observation instruments, interview instruments. Results of the research and analysis show that the facilities and infrastructure education at MI Al Washliyah Cirebon has been planned effectively through the following stages: (i) collecting data on educational facilities and infrastructure which includes parties who understand the educational needs. Facilities and infrastructure at MI Al Washliyah Cirebon (ii) requesting a list submission infrastructure needs of each teacher, homeroom teacher and parents through the committee, (iii) needs analysis in infrastructure planning. Procurement procedures through: (i) procurement, (ii) acceptance of grants and assistance, (iii) maintenance (iv) purchases. Evaluation of educational facilities carried out at MI Al Washliyah Cirebon is effective, carried out continuously, comprehensively and objectively including: short term (1 year), medium term (5 years), long term (10 years).

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning program management at SMA Istiqamah Bandung using qualitative research methods. A qualitative approach was utilized to gain an in-depth understanding of how the PAI program management is implemented and its effectiveness in achieving the educational goals of Islamic religious education within the school. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis related to the PAI learning programs. The data analysis was conducted using an inductive approach to identify patterns, themes, and conclusions emerging from the qualitative data. The results indicate that the implementation of PAI learning program management at SMA Istiqamah Bandung is integrated with the curriculum, supported by adequate teacher resources, exhibits variations in teaching quality, and involves program expansion. This research aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of PAI learning program management implementation in Islamic High Schools and provide recommendations for the development of more effective and high-quality PAI learning programs in the future.

Abstract

Pendidikan usia dini merupakan pembinaan yang dilakukan kepada anak usia mulai dari 0-6 tahun. Pembelajarannya menitik beratkan pada aspek moral, nilai-nilai agama, sosial, emosional, kecerdasan, kemandirian serta bahasa dan komunikasi. Kemampuan sosialisasi dan berbicara menjadi sangat perlu diperhatikan agar anak mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik di lingkungan sosialnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RA Salafiyah Pangandaran, dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan observasi lapangan. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan di lokasi objek penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian dari berbagai penelitian yang lain menyebutkan bahwa metode bercerita mampu dengan efektif meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam komunikasi. Begitu pun dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di RA Salafiyah bahwa metode bercerita yang diterapkan pada anak saat belajar mampu meningatan kemampuan sosialisasi dan komunikasi pada anak. dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di RA Salafiyah ini juga menyimpulkan bawa metode bercerita mampu dengan efektif meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam berkomunikasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTGeophysics is an extremely important tool in geothermal exploration. Magnetotellurics (MT) and Transient electromagnetic (TEM) techniques are some of the widely used geophysical exploration techniques in Kibiro Geothermal prospect in Western Uganda. Between 2004 and 2016, a total of 157 TEM and 64 MT stations were acquired using DGSM Geonics Protem 57, Phoenix, and Zonge GDP32-12 systems. A central loop system receiver for TEM survey was used and frequency range for MT survey was between 0.5 and >200 Hz. The MT and TEM surveys imaged low resistivity clay-rich lake beds that cap a higher resistivity and potentially permeable clastic reservoir below 150 m depth. The unusually very low resistivity zone on top of the clay rich sediments inferred a hydrothermally altered sedimentary clay zone; and therefore a hot permeable aquifer exists below 150km depth. MT data imply that the North Tooro-Bunyoro (NTB) Fault dips steeply beneath sediments to the northwest.Key words: Geophysics, Magnetotellurics, Electromagnetics, resistivity, Clay.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of improving the quality of graduates at STISIP Tasikmalaya in facing the challenges of globalization. The importance of this research lies in addressing the gap in the literature regarding comprehensive strategies that integrate curriculum development, soft skills enhancement, and industry collaboration holistically, especially in the context of local universities. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that STISIP Tasikmalaya's strategies, such as strengthening competency-based curriculum, soft skills training, and internship programs, have improved graduates' readiness to face global challenges. This strategy is proven effective through tracer study data which shows that 90% of graduates get jobs in less than six months. However, the institution still faces obstacles such as limited resources and regional competition. This research has implications for the development of a strategic framework for other universities in responding to global dynamics, as well as providing guidance for creating competitive and adaptive graduates.

Abstract

Surveys have been carried out using Magnetic and Induced Polarization methods over area dominated by Bobonaro complex formation. This survey was conducted with the purpose to identify a mineral source using data of magnetic, conductivity and resistivity of rock. Data acquisition applied 5 m dipole space with 50 m maximal depth coverage.The interpretation was conducted by analyzing 2D and 3D sections of resistivity inversion, subsurface Induced Polarization, and geomagnetic anomaly. The interpretation result of chargeability anomaly indicates that mineral source occurred as a mineral of manganese with thin layer spreading in complex structural sediment.  As is shown from IP anomaly supported by magnetic data obtained, the anomaly has a spread of 3 m to 10 m depth from the surface. The trend of anomaly has a continuity at other locations where is predicted as the manganese mineralization source.

Abstract

Survei geolistrik ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sebaran batuan andesit dan perlapisan pasir yang terdapat dibawah permukaan (di dalam bumi). Batuan tersebut memiliki nilai tahanan jenis kelistrikan (resistivitas) yang berbeda antara material-material lainnya dengan memanfaatkan sifat kelistrikan batuan untuk memetakan kondisi geologi di bawah permukaan. Kegiatan survei 2D geolistrik dilakukan selama 4 hari, yaitu dari 14-17 November 2017, di Kecamatan Cilaku, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Pengukuran geolistrik ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metoda resistivity konfigurasi Wenner dua dimensi, seta penyelidikan dilakukan sebanyak 21 lintasan pengukuran berarah Utara – Selatan, titik elektroda 0 berawal di utara dan titik elektroda 48 di selatan. Dari hasil pengukuran dan pengolahan data lapangan dapat dibuat model 2D penampang geolistrik untuk setiap lintasan, peta anomali lateran kedalam, dan 3D gabungan dari seluruh lintasan. Anomali sebaran di daerah penyelidikan dapat di bagi dalam beberapa kelompok anomali yaitu : 1. Anomali rendah, dengan kisaran nilai resistivitas 0 Ωm - 30 Ωm yang -menyebar pada kedalaman 0 – 10 m. Anomali ini di tandai dengan warna biru, di duga lapisan zona akuifer pasir terisi air. 2. Anomali sedang, dengan kisaran nilai resistivitas 30 Ωm - 90 Ωm. Anomali yang diduga lapisan pasir, lempung dan anomali ini juga dapat berupa pasir lempungan dengan banyak konkresi yang bersifat gampingan. Pada kedalaman 40-50 m lapisan ini terdapat menyebar di utara daerah penyelidikan. 3. Anomali tinggi dan sangat tinggi, dengan kisaran anomali lebih dari 100 Ωm. Anomali ini terdapat di tenggara daerah penyelidikan. Anomali ini ditandakan warna merah yang merupakan daerah paling menarik untuk untuk dijadikan prospek.Kata kunci : Geolistrik, Andesit, Cilaku, Resistivitas, Model 2D

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu lulusan perguruan tinggi menjadi isu strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan global yang semakin kompetitif. STISIP Tasikmalaya sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan untuk memastikan lulusannya siap bersaing di dunia kerja dengan kompetensi yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program peningkatan mutu lulusan yang dilaksanakan di STISIP Tasikmalaya, meliputi pengembangan keterampilan praktis dan akademik, serta kerja sama dengan dunia industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi, dosen, mahasiswa, alumni, dan pemangku kepentingan dunia industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kerja sama dengan dunia industri, penyelarasan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja, dan penguatan sarana prasarana pembelajaran praktis sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesiapan lulusan. Evaluasi program-program tersebut secara berkala penting dilakukan untuk memastikan efektivitas, pemahaman program oleh pemangku kepentingan, relevansi, ketepatan waktu, pencapaian tujuan, dan hasil nyata. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi STISIP Tasikmalaya untuk mengoptimalkan program peningkatan mutu lulusannya dan menawarkan saran untuk penelitian masa depan tentang perbandingan dengan lembaga pendidikan tinggi lain dan dampak jangka panjang dari program ini terhadap masyarakat.
