Abstract

Dari yang kita lihat sekarang ini, sekolah jaman sekarang mengunakan peraturan yang telah di tetapkan pemerintah yaitu dengan sistem zonasi. Dimana calon siswa suatu sekolah harus satu daerah atau kecamatan dengan sekolah yang ingin dimasuki. Tentunya ini memiliki pro dan kontra dari berbagai macamkalangan. Dulunya sekolah yang dianggap favorit sekarang menjadi tidak favorit lagi dan sekolah yang di anggap sekolah tak favorit semuanya sekarang menjadi sama rata ratingnya.Kata Kunci: Sekolah Berdasarkan Sistem Zonasi

Abstract

In an effort to produce quality education in schools, many factors or components are involved, both human and non-human. School is a complex and unique organization, so its implementation requires high coordination with all its components. The principal as a direct leader is a real example in the work activities of his subordinates. A school principal who is diligent, careful, cares about his subordinates, will be different from leadership that is indifferent, less communicative, let alone arrogant with the school community. School culture is a positive thing that must be maintained and implemented by all school members without feeling forced. One of the school cultures that must be maintained is the issue of performance, including the performance of teachers in classroom competence in the teaching and learning process. To improve the performance of teachers, efforts can be made through various methods. In this School Action Research (PTS), action was attempted in the form of implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers at SD Negeri 12 Dahari Indah, Tala Wi District, Batu Bara Regency. This research was carried out in two cycles, because of the results of research and data analysis. It turns out that in the second cycle, teacher performance in classroom competence in the teaching and learning process increased and met the predetermined indicators of 75%. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that improving teacher performance in classroom competence in teaching and learning activities can be done by implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an integrated picture of integrated education quality management at SMP Negeri 1 Punggur, emphasizing customer satisfaction, full participation, measurement, dedication and continuous improvement. Jerome S. Arcaro's hypothesis was applied in this research. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research. Through observation, documentation and interviews, data was collected. This research uses a reductionist approach to analyze data, which is then presented as a description and validated with conclusions. The findings of this research show that: 1) Madrasah has succeeded in implementing quality management with a customer-focused approach, thanks to the involvement of external parties in all processes apart from internal parties. Apart from that, this madrasah has excellent accreditation (A) and offers excellent programs. However, the government needs to balance infrastructure and facilities with the number of students enrolled. 2) The existence of MGMP, National Examination coordinators who work under the direction of the school principal, collaboration between teachers and students outside class hours, as well as the existence of main tasks and functions in accordance with their respective job descriptions, all contribute to the success of implementation. Quality management with full involvement. 3) The measurement industry has successfully implemented integrated quality management thanks to an organizational structure that includes control and evaluation meetings.

Abstract

Spiritual leadership is leadership that brings worldly matters to the ukhrowi (divine) dimension. who is able to inspire, influence through setting an example, and serve with compassion. One of the nation's leading figures and also a Muslim intellectual, namely KH. Abdurrahman Wahid or Gus Dur. This research is in the nature of a literature study, where the researcher is to obtain the results of an in-depth study related to literature on Spiritual Leadership, Gus Dur's leadership study. His views on various issues are always assessed with Islamic universalism which prioritizes spiritual values. In his leadership he strictly prohibited Islam from using violence because Islam is a peaceful religion. However, he allowed using violence when the situation was urgent. But as long as the path of peace can still be pursued, he forbids using violence, because Islam is a religion that is rahmatan lil alamin. In the political field, for Gus Dur, democracy means equal rights and status of every citizen before the law, regardless of differences in ethnicity, religion, gender and language. Gus Dur's thoughts on religious tolerance not only use products of traditional Islamic thought, but also emphasize the use of methodology (manhaj), legal theory (ushul fiqh), and legal rules (Qawa'id Fiqhiyah) in the framework of making a synthesis to give birth to new ideas as an effort responding to actual changes in society so that conflict between religions can be avoided.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of school principals in improving teacher competence through an in-house training program at MA NU Putra Buntet Islamic Boarding School, Cirebon Regency. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method through data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, in-depth observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of this study, the role of the principal is as an educator, manager, supervisor, leader, and motivator. The supporting factors are human resources, IT facilities, and special in-house training rooms. The inhibiting factor is the teacher's motivation, the teacher still uses the old style of teaching, and the teacher's lack of discipline. The results achieved were increasing human resources, improving teacher performance, creating interaction between teachers, increasing motivation, and a sustainable culture.Keywords:The Role of The Peincipal, Teacher Competency , In House Training

Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah suatu konsep yang telah ada sejak zaman dahulu dan berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan peradaban manusia. Kepemimpinan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia karena segala konsep kehidupan manusia dan hubungan bermasyarakat membutuhkan seorang pemimpin yang dapat mengatur segala urusan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk menggambarkan konsep kepemimpinan dalam Islam dan hubungannya dengan kehidupan manusia. Dalam Islam, kualitas pemimpin ditentukan oleh karakternya, termasuk kemampuan mengemban amanah, berlaku adil, bijaksana, dan memiliki visi misi yang jelas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Islam juga mengajarkan bahwa pemimpin bukan hanya sekedar seseorang yang ada di posisi tertinggi, tetapi seseorang yang mampu memegang amanah, jujur, dan adil sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan dalam agama Islam.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Masyarakat, Agama islam.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the epistemological aspects in the management of Islamic Education. The method that researchers use is library research in the form of references from various library data sources that are ready to use so that they can be used immediately and are not limited by space and time. The results of the study show that aspects of epistemology are related to the way understanding and knowledge are obtained in the context of Islamic education. It includes teaching methods, sources of knowledge, and the process of understanding Islamic concepts. The role of epistemology in the management of Islamic education ensures that the methods and knowledge conveyed are in accordance with Islamic scientific principles. By understanding and applying this aspect of epistemology in Islamic education management, it is hoped that educational institutions can make a positive contribution in forming individuals who are knowledgeable, moral, and able to make a positive contribution to society and Muslims as a whole

Abstract

 Abstract:  Madrasa is obliged to have a good management system in order to get an educator who has excellent and a certain quality human resources. This study aims to determine the implementation of the management of educators at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung which focuses on  recruitment process, selection, coaching, compensation, and educators evaluation at Mts. Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. This research is a naturalistic qualitative. The research data are taken from two sources of data, namely secondary data and primary data, using the following data collection methods: interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique is in the form of qualitative analysis, including data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the recruitment of educators begins with reviewing the needs of educators, forming committees, implementing recruitment, and monitoring. The implementation of the educators selection begins with preparing an effective selection program, forming a committee and selection model, implementing selection, and monitoring. The process of developing educators includes developing educators through monthly meetings coordinated by school principal and school supervisors, developing students including curriculum development and several activities that improve the skills and abilities of educators, and supervising the implementation of student development. Compensation for educators is given in the form of salaries or wages and incentive compensation as a reward for educators who work well. The educators evaluation includes systematic learning planning, evaluation of educators coordinated by school principal, and supervision of evaluation activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam suatu sekolah. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Upaya Peningkatan Mutu Guru di SMAIT Bait Et-Tauhied. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari wawancara yang dilakukan kepada Guru dan Kepala Sekolah, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi Pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan enam kesimpulan: (1) Perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang terdiri dari proses perencanaan, analisis dan deskripsi pekerjaan (2) Penyediaan sumber daya manusia terdiri dari Rekrutmen, seleksi & penempatan 3) Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan melakukan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di tempat kerja (On the Job Training) dan di luar tempat kerja (Off the Job Training). (4) Pemeliharaan tenaga kerja dengan memberikan kompensasi sesuai dengan haknya masing-masing (5) Pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan cara proses pengangkatan/pemindahan dan penurunan tenaga kerja terkait kualitas pekerjaannya (6) Evaluasi atau penilaian dilakukan dalam setiap satu tahun sekali dengan kegiatan supervisi (kunjungan dari kelas ke kelas) oleh kepala sekolah dan tim yang ditunjuk sebagai tim penilai yaitu wakil kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to investigate the development of administration and management science along with the evolution of people's lives in various aspects such as economic, social, political and others. The research method used is library research, which involves collecting data from various sources of library information such as research results, journals and reference books. The research results show that administration has become a very vital field in managing organizations and institutions, both in the public and private sectors. Educational administration and management is also important in improving the quality of education, with a deep understanding of the concepts, principles and practices of administration and management as the key to success. Complex factors such as changes in social, economic, political and technological structures influence the development of this science, which has an impact on the evolution of the field of administration and management. The contribution of this knowledge to organizational practice and community development is very significant, providing an important contribution in managing organizations and advancing society. A deep understanding of the concepts and principles of administration and management encourages the creation of more efficient, effective and adaptive management processes in the organizational context.
