Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of the industry has made many companies use increasingly sophisticated technology and machines. However, the addition of these machines also has the potential for work accidents. Every workplace has potential and risks that can be the reason for work accidents. Therefore, the company needs to ensure that every employee gets good K3 protection. The implementation of K3 must be carried out properly in every company, whether large or small. One way is to identify risks from potential hazards in the workplace. This research is intended to identify hazard risks and assess the risks that exist in PT. Indonesia Thai summit plastech (ITSP). In achieving this goal, the methods used in this study are Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC). Then the results obtained from the analysis process are known to have 9 potential risks that can cause work accidents. Of the 9 risks, 2 are in the low risk category, 2 are moderate risk, 2 are high risk, and 2 are extreme risk. From these potential risks, control measures that can be taken include regular employee meetings, operator certification, and reaffirming the use of PPE.Keywords: PT. ITSP, Hazard, HIRADC, Accident, K3. AbstrakPerkembangan industri yang sangat pesat membuat banyak perusahaan menggunakan teknologi dan mesin yang semakin canggih. Namun penambahan mesin tersebut juga disisi lain memiliki potensi untuk terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Setiap tempat kerja memiliki potensi dan risiko yang dapat menjadi alasan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu menjamin setiap karyawan mendapatkan perlindungan K3 yang baik. Pelaksanaan K3 harus dilakukan dengan baik disetiap perusahaan baik besar ataupun kecil. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengidentifikasi risiko dari potensi bahaya yang terdapat ditempat kerja. Adapun penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melakukan identifikasi risiko bahaya dan menilai risiko yang ada di PT. Indonesia Thai summit plastech (ITSP). Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode pada penelitian ini yaitu Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment and Determining Control (HIRADC). Kemudian hasil yang diperoleh dari proses analisis yaitu diketahui terdapat 9 potensi risiko yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Dari 9 risiko tersebut 2 berada pada kategori low risk, 2 pada moderate risk, 2 high risk, dan 2 pada ekstreme risk. Dari potensi risiko tersebut, upaya pengendalian yang dapat dilakukan seperti adanya meeting berkala pada karyawan, sertifikasi operator, dan menegaskan kembali penggunaan APD.Kata Kunci: PT. Abstract

Abstract In the current era, Karawang is an Industrial City, this opens up opportunities for transportation service providers one of which is employee shuttle transportation services. PT. Total Auto Mandiri is a company engaged in services and driver development. This company serves employee shuttle requests with requests that tend not to be constant in each period. This study aims to improve the marketing strategy of PT. Total Auto Mandiri so that employee pick-up requests can continue to increase. The analysis carried out in this study starts by determining internal and external factors based on the IFE, EFE, and IE matrices. Then the SWOT and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods are used to get the most appropriate alternative strategy. The results of this study indicate that there are 8 alternative marketing strategy choices from the SWOT method and the most appropriate alternative marketing strategy choices for PT. Total Auto Mandiri with the QSPM method is to make innovations in service to be different from competitors with a TAS score of 6.218.Keywords: SWOT, QSPM, IE, EFE, IFE AbstrakPada era saat ini karawang menjadi kota kawasan industri, hal ini membuka peluang untuk penyedia jasa transportasi, salah satunya jasa transportasi antar jemput karyawan. PT. Total Auto Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa dan driver devlopment. Perusahaan ini melayani permintaan antar jemput karyawan dengan permintaan yang cenderung tidak konstan pada setiap periodenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran PT. Total Auto Mandiri supaya permintaan antar jemput karyawan dapat terus meningkat. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari menentukan faktor-faktor internal maupun eksternal berdasarkan matriks IFE, EFE, dan IE. Selanjutnya digunakan metode SWOT dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) untuk mendapatkan pilihan alternatif strategi yang paling tepat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 8 pilihan alternatif strategi pemasaran dari metode SWOT dan diperoleh pilihan strategi pemasaran yang paling akurat untuk diterapkan PT. Total Auto Mandiri dengan metode QSPM adalah membuat inovasi baru dalam pelayanan agar berbeda dengan pesaing dengan skor TAS sebesar 6,218.Kata Kunci: SWOT, QSPM, IE, EFE, IFE

Abstract

AbstractIn an effort to improve air quality, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in Kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta since 2021. Only pedestrians, bicycles, public transport, and specially marked vehicles can cross LEZ. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concentration of Pb in Kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta based on Ambient Air Quality Standard (BMUA). The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. Samples were taken using a portable High Volume Air Sampler and analyzed using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry Flame. Sampling was carried out on March 25–May 15, 2022 (7 days) during the morning, afternoon, and evening at 4 points, UPK Kota Tua (UPK), Jakarta History Museum (MSJ), Kota Tua Entrance (PMK) and Jakarta Kota Station (SJK) so that 84 samples were collected. The results showed that the Pb concentration was higher than BMUA PP 22/2021 (2µg/Nm3 for a 24-hour period) in PMK 4,343µg/Nm3 (Friday), SJK 2,080µg/Nm3 (Wednesday), and at every sampling point (2,055–3,094µg/Nm3) on Saturday-Sunday. In conclusion, there are Pb concentrations that have passed the BMUA at certain locations and days. The average concentration of Pb in locations outside the LEZ tends to be higher than in the LEZ locations. Abstract

Pada dunia Industri dikala ini Keselamatan serta Kesehatan Kerja merupakan sesuatu perihal yang dicermati. Setiap orang yang bekerja berhak mendapatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Kesehatan kerja dapat diartikan sebuah kondisi kesehatan dengan memiliki tujuan supaya pegawai mendapatkan tingkatan kesehatan yang sebesar-besarnya secara sosial, rohani, maupun jasmani. Kecelakaan kerja bisa dikarenakan atas 10% unsafe conditions, 88% oleh unsafe actions, Tujuan melalui penelitian ini yakni untuk  mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan mengevaluasi prosedur pelaksanaan dalam upgrade system hydrant. hasil dari analysis pencegahan kecelakaan kerja pada pekerjaan upgrade hydrant system yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Multi Pilar Mandiri dengan metode job safety analysis didapatkan 33 potensi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dari 9 aktivitas pekerjaan, dari 33 potensi terjadinya risiko tersebut disederhanakan berdasarkan diskusi dengan pihak perusahaan sehingga diperoleh beberapa potensi kejadian risiko yang memiliki berpeluang tinggi antara lain  (1) tertimpa mesin, alat kerja, maupun material; (2) mendapatkan sengatan arus listrik; (3) jatuh melalui tempat tinggi; (4) terbentur, terjepit, tertusuk, maupun tergores peralatan ataupun material; (5) Tersandung, terperosok, tergelincir, maupun terjatuh; (6) Peralatan rusak tak bisa dipergunakan; (7) Tanah longsor; (8) Peralatan hilang kendali; (9) Terpapar material; (10) material dan peralatan terjatuh. Potensi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja tersebut yang kemudian diatasi dengan berbagai cara diantaranya yaitu Alat Pelindung Diri, administrasi, perancangan, subtitusi, maupun eliminasi.Kata kunci : Analisa keselamatan kerja, bahaya, JSA, fabrikasi

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur salah satunya memproduksi Arm Rear Brake/KWBF. PT. XYZ sangat mengedepankan kualitas dalam produknya, seperti tertera dalam motonya “Excellent Quality is Our Priority”. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, masih ditemukan produk cacat yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Setelah dilakukan pengamatan dan wawancara terhadap karyawan bagian final check, ditemukan bahwa pada produk Arm Rear Brake/KWBF selalu terdapat produk cacat setiap produksinya dan jumlahnya bersifat fluktuatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat cacat yang terjadi, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya cacat, dan mendeskripsikan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan PT. XYZ dalam meminimalkan jumlah produk cacat menggunakan metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) dengan penggunaan teknik peta kendali dan diagram tulang ikan. Diperoleh hasil produksi bulan Januari, Februari, April, Juni, September, November dalam batas kendali yang berarti persyaratan mutu sudah baik. Namun, produksi pada bulan Agustus dan Desember ditemukan proses tidak dalam kendali sehingga diperlukan analisis penyebab menggunakan diagram tulang ikan. Disimpulkan bahwa faktor masalah yang paling utama adalah material dan mesin. Langkah usulan tindakan perbaikan dari faktor material dan mesin adalah mengadakan pemilahan material dan memperbaiki metode penyimpanan sebelum tahap produksi serta melakukan perawatan rutin dan penegakan SOP dalam penggunaan cetakan.

Abstract

Abstract The condition of the manufacturing industry that continues to grow makes every company compete for customer loyalty. One that the company should focus on is the quality of the products it produces because quality is an important factor in gaining customer loyalty. This research is aimed at controlling and reducing the defect rate of no cutting part JK6000 at PT. XYZ. The amount of production and the number of defective products are the data used in the research, namely in the period January-October 2022. The data analysis used is the Quaility Control Circle (QCC) method through eight improvement steps. From the results obtained in the fishbone diagram, it is known that the main factor causing the defect is the engine which has uneven air circulation problems. improvements made by adding air tubes to distribute air more thoroughly to all parts of the engine. In the November-December period after the repairs were carried out, it was noted that there was a decrease in the defect rate to 0.03% from the previous condition which was above 0.10%. Follow-up proposals include making SOPs, counseling employees, and forming a QCC team for continuous quality control.Keywords: Manufacture, Quality, Product, Defect, QCC AbstrakKondisi industri manufaktur yang terus berkembang membuat setiap perusahaan bersaing untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Salah satu yang harue menjadi fokus perusahaan adalah kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan karena kualitas menjadi faktor penting untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengendalikan dan menurunkan tingkat cacat no cutting part JK6000 di PT. XYZ. Jummlah produksi serta banyaknya produk cacat menjadi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pada rentang waktu Januari-Oktober 2022. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode Quaility Control Circle (QCC) melalui delapan langkah perbaikan. Hasil yang didapatkan pada diagram fishbone diketahui faktor utama penyebab cacat adalah pada mesin yang memiliki masalah sirkulasi udara yang kurang merata. perbaikan yang dilakukan dengan menambah tabung udara untuk mendistribusikan udara agar lebih menyeluruh ke semua bagian mesin. Pada periode November-Desember setelah dilakukan perbaikan, diketahui terjadi penurunan tingkat cacat menjadi 0,03% dari kondisi sebelumnya berada diatas 0,10%. Usulan tindak lanjut yaitu pembuatan SOP, penyuluhan karyawan, dan pembuatan tim QCC untuk pengendalian kualitas secara berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Manufaktur, Kualitas, Produk, Cacat, QCC

Abstract

Inclusivity is a principle that we often hear about in economic, social, and spatial development. The principle of inclusivity is one of the principles used to achieve balance in the 2030 Agenda, Sustainable Development Goals, United Nations. In settlements, the ability to be inclusive is indicated by the completeness of facilities and the affordability of locations. The affordability of the location in question is the ease of access to housing facilities in settlements. This accessibility will be a form of quantification that can be seen from the distance to each facility. Based on the quantification of distance, the level of spatial inclusivity in settlements is obtained. The method used is qualitative research with case studies in Gampong Keudah. The data in the form of distance collected from this qualitative research is the basis for looking at the level of inclusivity in Gampong Keudah. Through an assessment of inclusivity from a spatial perspective based on this measurement, it can be concluded that in general Gampong Keudah has developed towards inclusive settlements. This inclusivity assessment method can be considered for use in other locations.

Abstract

PT. CKA is a private industry engaged in the production of metal stamping parts, tools, and dies. In making this product, we used the concept of production based on orders. In the manufacturing process, operator performance is considered less than optimal due to waste. These products require high accuracy and a fixed duration so that the process does not produce defective or unfavorable products. PT. CKA is committed to maintaining product quality through consistent manufacturing practices. In practice, the Kwbf Arm Rear Brake Part is the product that most often shows manufacturing defects. The application of this research connects various activities, such as identifying factors that cause product damage and then analyzing the causes of product damage using Lean Six Sigma. This study intends to analyze the factors that cause defects using the Six Sigma approach with the DMAIC concept, then, through fishbone diagram analysis and 5W+1H, make a proposal based on the stabilized type. Implementation suggestions resulted in SOP adjustments, work systems, and additional tools. The results of the study show that the DPMO value is 5674, which means that for one million there is a possibility of 6190.75 possible defects in the product produced. Kwbf's Arm Rear Brake Part products have a sigma level of 4.03, with the highest percentage of defects found in Blunt Serration (32%), Spot Welding Points Not Centered (30%), and Scratch Materials (26%). After analysis, it can be concluded that the causes of defects are human factors, methods, machines, the environment, and tools.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company operating in the manufacturing industry sector to produce car parking brakes. At this company there are several failures that often occur in the production process, namely bubbles, scratches, bending process failures and press failures. In this study, the aim is to evaluate the failures that occur in the company. The method that will be used in this research is Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). FMEA is a method that identifies, analyzes, and prioritizes the failures that occur so that the causes and impacts of each failure will be known. This method produces a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score that starts from the recapitulation results between the severity, occurrence and detection rating values to show the priority level of problems that occur. Based on the RPN calculations carried out in this study, the highest RPN value occurs in the type of bubble defect which is equal to 288. The second rank is the scratch defect type with an RPN score of 180. The third is press failure with an RPN score of 81 and the last is bending failure with a score RPN 40.

Abstract

The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is utilized to determine the most efficient inventory management strategy that minimizes associated costs. A study was conducted at UD. Sofie Furniture, a wood industry company located in Karawang, addresses their difficulties in obtaining wood due to long delivery times from suppliers. The objective of this research was to determine the ideal ordering quantity for raw materials using the EOQ method, as well as to identify safety stock, reorder time (Reorder Point), and total inventory management costs at UD. Sophie Furniture. The application of the EOQ method has demonstrated its ability to optimize inventory management costs, including ordering and storage expenses, while additionally allowing the company to adjust the total inventory cost to IDR 4,105,959.99. It is therefore recommended that the company evaluate its wood inventory management policy using the EOQ method to ensure the purchase of wood is executed in an optimal manner, with a lower cost
