Abstract

Aplikasi seTARA daring diciptakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran jarak jauh pada pendidikan kesetaraan. Awal penggunaannya karena pandemi, namun PKBM Bangkit masih memanfaatkannya sampai sekarang dan mengubah sistem pembelajaran berbasis elektronik guna pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran seTARA daring di PKBM Bangkit serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu ketua PKBM Bangkit, tutor, dan peserta didik paket C. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan pembelajaran meliputi tahap pengrekrutan peserta didik, penentuan materi pembelajaran, sumber belajar, dan metode pembelajaran; 2) pelaksanaan program pembelajaran meliputi kegiatan pembelajaran dan kendala yang dihadapi; 3) evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan melalui evaluasi proses dan evaluasi akhir program; 4) faktor pendukung dilihat dari fasilitas belajar memadai, tutor yang berkompeten, fitur unggulan seTARA daring; serta faktor penghambat penggunaan seTARA daring pada pembelajaran yaitu sering terjadi eror dari sistem seTARA daring menyulitkan proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

The background of this research is that entrepreneurship education is needed by the students as a provision after they return to their respective areas, however the management of the moring entrepreneurship program at the Miftahul Huda Al-Hasan Islamic boarding school is still lacking, this can be seen from the lack of supervision of the students' independence. The aim of this research is to identify the process of fostering the independence of students at the Miftahul Huda Al-Hasan Islamic boarding school through the moring entrepreneurship program. The theory used in this research is the concept of fostering independence, entrepreneurship, and Islamic boarding schools. The research uses qualitative research methods so that the approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Interviews, observation and documentation were used as data collection techniques in this research. The research location was at the Miftahul Huda Al-Hasan Islamic boarding school. The respondents were one manager, one educator and 5 students. Based on research results, the results of entrepreneurship coaching are that 90% of students master it before receiving coaching, students have difficulty in the process, but when they are given coaching, students begin to know and learn to do it.

Abstract

Dana desa merupakan anggaran yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat melalui kementerian desa, yang dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Dana desa memiliki program pembangunan dalam subbidang pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendidikan khusus yang ada di wilayah desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa yang dialokasikan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia pada pendidikan kesetaraan di lingkungan sekitar Desa Ciptagumati Kecamatan Cikalong Wetan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Wawancara dan dokumentasi adalah metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya : (1) Dana desa dimanfaatkan untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan nonformal di desa yaitu pada satuan pendidikan kesetaraan (2) dana desa dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia masyarakat Desa Ciptagumati Kecamatan Cikalong Wetan Kabupaten Bandung Barat.

Abstract

Aplikasi SIDILAN merupakan aplikasi yang khusus ditujukan untuk pelayanan kependudukan yang memiliki fungsi ganda seperti pembuatan kartu keluarga, akta kelahiran, akta kematian, dan lain-lain. Ketertinggalan dalam literasi digital akan mengakibatkan masyarakat tidak mampu beradaptasi terhadap tantangan dunia kerja dan pendidikan saat ini. Dalam konteks inilah literasi digital sangat diperlukan dalam masyarakat Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya peningkatan pelayanan pemerintah desa melalui pelatihan aplikasi SIDILAN. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pelatihan dan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan. Temuannya menggambarkan upaya peningkatan pelayanan pemerintah desa melalui pelatihan penerapan SIDILAN. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelatihan penerapan SIDILAN untuk meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi desa di desa Margaluyu khususnya di area pelayanan.

Abstract

Toxic parenting behavior is bad behavior carried out by parents which can hinder the emotional development of teenagers. Toxic Parenting occurs due to several factors. First, parents are not satisfied with the child's results. Both parents do not understand the science of parenting and the dangers of toxic parental behavior. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection using observation, documentation and interview methods. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are carried out using three methods, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there is an impact of toxic parenting on the emotional development of teenagers in RT 03 Sukajaya Village, Bojongpicung District, Cianjur Regency including, (1) The pressure that children feel due to behavioral actions carried out by parents (2) The potential for self-injury is quite large, such as attempting suicide due to physical violence by parents. (3) Passion for learning decreases, because they are not given access to develop their potential (4) Become a stronger and more independent person.

Abstract

Traditional medicine has become an integral part of people's culture to maintain health and balance in life. This journal proposes a study that explores the potential of traditional medicine using the gusmus raksa jasad method in improving the community's economy. Gusmus raksa jasad is a holistic approach that combines spiritual, mental and physical elements in healing efforts.This research aims to identify the positive impact of implementing the traditional treatment of gusmus raksa jasad on public health and how this can stimulate local economic growth. The research methodology involved surveys and interviews with traditional medicine practitioners, patients, as well as local economic stakeholders. The collected data will be analyzed to understand the effectiveness of traditional medicine in improving community welfare.It is hoped that the research results will provide in-depth insight into the economic potential of traditional gusmus raksa jasad medicine and support the development of policies that integrate local values with efforts to improve the economic welfare of the community. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution in preserving traditional healing practices and encouraging sustainable economic development at the local level.

Abstract

Villages or sub-districts play an important role in the Indonesian government structure, being responsible for government affairs and the welfare of local communities. Improving administrative services, including online services, is the main focus in efforts to modernize village government. The Mixed Methods Sequential Exploratory Design research method was used to explore the implementation and impact of online administration services on community satisfaction in Pasirhalang Village. The data processing procedure starts from qualitative data and continues with quantitative data. Although there are still challenges such a lack of technological awareness, the research results demonstrate that the usage of technology, such as Google Forms, has boosted service efficiency. Solutions to overcome this challenge include inclusive approaches, training and further outreach to increase society's digital literacy. Online administration services using Google Drive have a significant positive effect on people's satisfaction. Regression analysis shows that every 1% increase in online service quality contributes to an increase in satisfaction of 0.545.

Abstract

Single parents are people who raise their children alone, without help from their parents. They have significant responsibilities when it comes to raising their family. Single-parent families have more serious problems than single-parent families. This is largely due to the need for extra care and attention to ensure that the child is not abused in any situation. This research uses qualitative methodology. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, namely samples selected with certain considerations and objectives. Research findings show that very few solitary parents raise their children according to their own wishes. Therefore, the way one presents oneself to others has a significant impact on a child's behavior. If the way they present themselves to others is not appropriate, children can become introverted or extroverted. There are several types of parenting styles that parents can give to children, namely as follows: (1) Democratic Parenting Pattern (2) Authoritarian Parenting Pattern (3) Permissive Parenting Pattern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas pelatihan komputer berbantuan aplikasi Canva dalam meningkatkan kreativitas warga belajar di PKBM Bina Mandiri Cipageran. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat berupa keterampilan teknis dan kreatif dalam penggunaan aplikasi desain grafis  Canva kepada warga belajar. Masalah yang dikaji adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan computer dalam meningkatkan kreativitas, hasil dari pelatihan computer dalam meningkatkan kreativitas, dan kendala yang dihadapi pada saat pelatihan computer dalam meningkatkan kreativitas.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.  Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi selama proses pelatihan. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 10 warga belajar yang mengikuti pelatihan. Prosedur analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PKBM Bina Mandiri Cipageran Jalan Kolonel Masturi Km. 03, Kampung Cimenteng No. 02 RT.01/RW.11, Kelurahan Cipageran, Kecamatan Cimahi Utara, Kota Cimahi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah warga belajar menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Canva memudahkan mereka dalam mengekspresikan ide dan meningkatkan keterampilan desain grafis, warga belajar melaporkan adanya peningkatan rasa percaya diri dalam menggunakan teknologi.

Abstract

Village fund management training is important because it can provide village stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage village funds effectively and efficiently. This research will explore how this training can increase community empowerment capacity in Laksanamekar Village. The theoretical basis used in this research is training theory, village fund management theory and community empowerment theory. The research method uses qualitative methods with data collection including observation, interviews and documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the training and its impact on the local community. There were 6 respondents,the results of this research in Laksanamekar village show the importance of fund management training to increase community empowerment capacity. The implementation of village fund management training which was attended by village officials had an impact on village institutions and RW heads because with good village fund management the community empowerment capacity in Laksanamekar village could be further increased. Then the conclusion of this research is that the implementation of village fund management training is expected to provide benefits for the Laksanamekar village government and the Laksanamekar village community both regarding the effectiveness of village fund management training in increasing community empowerment capacity, as well as providing recommendations for the government and related organizations to improve the implementation of training in the future.
