Abstract

Keberhasilan dalam inovasi dapat mendorong kepentingan publik untuk mengembangkan berbagai jenis inovasi lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, peran dan posisi inovasi dalam kepentingan publik sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan penjelasan dan analisis tentang seberapa efektif metode peninjauan literatur, dengan penekanan khusus pada penggunaan aplikasi desa digital di Kabupaten Kampar. Keberhasilan inovasi tersebut dianggap sebagai pendorong semangat tambahan bagi kepentingan publik dalam mengelola berbagai inovasi. Dalam konteks ini, peran inovasi menjadi sangat signifikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kerjasama pentahelix, yang melibatkan pemerintah, masyarakat, dan pelaku ekonomi atau swasta, dianggap sebagai faktor kunci dalam pengembangan inovasi desa digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman tentang implementasi inovasi desa digital yang dihasilkan dari kerjasama pentahelix di Desa Sungai Petai, Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review literatur. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi desa digital di Desa Sungai Petai, Kabupaten Kampar, telah dilaksanakan dengan sukses. Aplikasi ini menawarkan berbagai keuntungan, seperti membuat proses lebih mudah dan lebih cepat dan meningkatkan akurasi pelayanan.

Abstract

Karang Taruna adalah organisasi yang didirikan oleh masyarakat sebagai wadah bagi generasi muda untuk tumbuh, menjadi dewasa dan berkembang atas dasar kesadaran. dan tanggung jawab sosial dari, oleh dan untuk generasi muda, yang berorientasi pada pencapaian kesejahteraan sosial bagi masyarakat. Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang sangat aktif dan rentan terhadap berbagai pengaruh di sekitarnya. Karang Taruna sebagai organisasi yang berperan dalam pembinaan pemuda mempunyai tanggung jawab yang besar dalam meningkatkan semangat pemuda untuk melakukan kegiatan yang positif dan konstruktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan antusiasme dan partisipasi dalam mengikuti kegiatan karang taruna. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif, Metode Deskriptif, dan Metode Survey. Data dianalisis melalui Teknik Wawancara dan observasi secara langsung ke lapangan.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of teacher personality competence on student learning motivation in Aqidah Akhlak at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Padangsidimpuan. The proposed hypothesis states that teachers' attributes and behaviours significantly affect students' motivation, which in turn affects the effectiveness of the learning process. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting data through questionnaires and documentation from 28 student respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Product Moment formula. The results showed a correlation coefficient rcount of 0.538, which exceeds the rtable value of 0.374 at the 5% significance level. This supports the hypothesis that teacher personality competence positively affects student learning motivation. The findings emphasise the critical role of teacher personality in shaping educational outcomes and recommend the importance of professional development programs aimed at improving teachers' personality competence with positive and constructive behaviours in teaching and presenting themselves as an ideal figure that students respect and love.

Abstract

Kesenjangan pendidikan antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan merupakan masalah yang signifikan di Tiongkok. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana model internet dapat digunakan untuk mempersempit kesenjangan tersebut. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, kami menganalisis berbagai inisiatif pendidikan berbasis internet yang telah diimplementasikan di Tiongkok, serta tantangan dan solusi yang dihadapinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internet memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah pedesaan, tetapi keberhasilan inisiatif ini sangat tergantung pada infrastruktur yang memadai dan program literasi digital. Simpulan dari artikel ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat untuk memastikan akses pendidikan berkualitas bagi semua anak di Tiongkok.

Abstract

Konteks masalah penelitian ini yaitu perhatian masyarakat akan kebudayaan lokal khususnya seni gamelan sunda masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya pengelola dalam melestarikan budaya lokal melalui pelatihan seni gamelan sunda di Karang Taruna Bhakti Persada. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan observasi serta studi dokumentasi. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah satu orang pengelola, satu orang tutor/pelatih, dan lima orang peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat khususnya remaja mempunyai minat dalam mengikuti pelatihan seni gamelan sunda. Pengelola Karang Taruna Bhakti Persada berupaya untuk melestarikan budaya lokal dengan cara menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelatihan seni gamelan sunda. Peserta pelatihan seni gamelan sunda mampu untuk bekerjasama dan mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan sebagai reward bagi peserta mahir yang diikutsertakan dalam acara manggung/pentas seni.

Abstract

Considering that poverty is a very complex problem that has an impact on the increasing needs of the community for clothing, food, and shelter which is also accompanied by an increase in population, various poverty alleviation efforts cover various aspects of community life, so they need to be implemented in an integrated manner. One way to improve the economy is to develop local businesses to improve welfare and reduce unemployment in local life. Home industry is one of the businesses carried out at home, home industry businesses can absorb unemployment and empower the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment through the Dapoer Kue and Catering Rei's home industry. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method used to find out or describe reality. Data collection used observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of the study conducted at the Dapoer Kue and Catering Rei's home industry RW 03, Baros Village, Cimahi Tengah District, Cimahi City showed that women's empowerment can improve knowledge, skills, insight, and of course increase income. The implementation stage of women's empowerment activities is related to the formulation of empowerment objectives, namely improving skills and improving the economy. Women empowerment carried out by home industry owners so that housewives can be empowered, and what the housewives feel is the same and there are other additions such as being able to gain knowledge, skills, being able to develop abilities and increase insight. Not only that, they also get income to help with daily needs. And the housewives are very enthusiastic because they also want themselves to develop.

Abstract

Premarital school is a teaching and learning activity to improve knowledge and skills for unmarried men and women. It includes social, psychological, intellectual and sexual education. Premarital school is an effort to provide change or information, knowledge, skills and values ​​regarding future married life. Therefore, this research aims to describe the role of the Depok City Genre Forum in implementing the Premarital School program as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the Premarital School program in the city of Depok. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach involving interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research consisted of the head of the Youth Resilience sector from DP3AP2KB, the premarital school committee and premarital school participants. The results of the research show that the Depok City Premarital School succeeded in inviting and making them knowledgeable enough to think about whether marriage needs to be planned and whether they need to think carefully about their readiness to get married. Abstract

The current problem is the low environmental awareness and ecoliteracy in children. The low awareness of children about the importance of caring behavior towards the environment is due to the absence of serious action from several parties to minimize this problem. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Environmental Wise Program (BILING) based on Project Learning to improve children's eco-literacy skills in the Lare Sinau Banyuwangi Community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the BILING Program based on Project Learning is carried out through six stages including big questions, project design, schedule preparation, progress monitoring, outcome assessment, and experience evaluation. This program effectively encourages children to think critically and actively with a contextual and fun learning approach. The facilitator acts as a companion and guide. Parental participation and the Participatory Rural Appraisal approach increase children's sense of ownership and self-confidence. Children show increased eco-literacy skills in environmental understanding, caring attitudes, and sustainable practices. The BILING Program, which is based on project-based Learning, has a positive impact through a holistic and participatory approach.Keywords: BILING Program, Project Based Learning, Ecoliteracy Ability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Desa Penanggiran di Kecamatan Gunung Megang, Kabupaten Muara Enim, menjadi desa yang kompeten dan produktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Proses penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga fase: mobilisasi dan inventarisasi data pada bulan Agustus hingga September 2024, pengumpulan data primer dan FGD pada Oktober 2024, dan finalisasi pada November 2024. Melalui analisis SWOT, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai potensi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan yang dimiliki Desa Penanggiran, termasuk pertanian, perikanan, dan industri menjahit yang menjadi ciri khas desa tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Penanggiran memiliki peluang besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui optimalisasi potensi lokal, seperti agroindustri dan edukasi berbasis pertanian. Program pengembangan yang disarankan meliputi pembuatan pusat pelatihan menjahit, Edu Farm sebagai sarana edukasi pertanian, dan pengembangan pasar desa untuk meningkatkan akses pasar bagi produk lokal. Dampak dari program-program ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru, mengurangi ketergantungan pada satu profesi, serta mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study reseacrh the influence of family interactional communication patterns and parental role modeling on children’s character development in the rural village of Tanjuang Bungo, West Sumatra. The research addresses the increasing concern about moral crises among adolescents in rural areas, where family dynamics play a critical role in shaping moral behavior. The study aimed to explore whether open communication and positive parental examples could mitigate these crises and promote stronger character development. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 42 families, using structured questionnaires to measure communication patterns, parental role modeling, and children's character traits. Correlational and multiple regression analyses were employed to examine the relationships between these variables. The results indicated that both interactional communication and parental role modeling significantly contributed to children’s moral development. Open, two-way communication was strongly associated with better moral outcomes, and children who viewed their parents as positive role models demonstrated greater empathy, responsibility, and ethical behavior. These factors explained 48% of the variance in character development, highlighting the critical influence of family dynamics. The findings suggest that strengthening family communication and role modeling can improve character education in rural areas. This study contributes to the literature on family-based moral development and suggests further research in diverse rural contexts
