Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) Pengaruh Pelatihan pukulan clear yang lurus menyilang terhadap pukulan lob pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 3 Bangli, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan clear bergantian terhadap pukulan lob pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 3 Bangli, (3) Pengaruh perbedaan antara pelatihan pukulan clear yang lurus menyilang dan pelatihan clear bergantian terhadap pukulan lob pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 3 Bangli. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan clear test. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan clear yang lurus menyilang berpengaruh terhadap pukulan lob dengan hasil diperoleh ttab = 2,11, sehingga |thit| = |4,268| = 4,268 > ttab = 2,11. (2) pelatihan clear bergantian berpengaruh terhadap pukulan lob dengan hasil diperoleh ttab = 2,11, sehingga |thit| = |4,768| = 4,768 > ttab = 2,11. (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh terhadap pukulan lob antara pelatihan clear yang lurus menyilang dan clear bergantian dengan hasil yang diperoleh thit = 0,563 < ttab = 2,03. Disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan clear yang lurus menyilang yang signifikan terhadap pukulan lob pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 3 bangli tahun 2016. (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan clear bergantian yang signifikan terhadap pukulan lob pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 3 Bangli tahun 2016. (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan clear yang lurus menyilang dengan pelatihan clear bergantian terhadap pukulan lob pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 3 Bangli tahun 2016. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Clear, Pukulan Lob, Bulutangkis This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Training punch clear that straight across to lob the male student extracurricular badminton SMP Negeri 3 Bangli, (2) Effect of training clear alternately to lob the male student extracurricular badminton SMP Negeri 3 Bangli, ( 3) the effect of the difference between training punch clear that straight across and training alternately clear to lob the male student extracurricular badminton SMP Negeri 3 Bangli. Collecting data using skills tests clear test. Analysis of data using statistical calculations t-test (t-test) at significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis (1) training straight across clear that affect the lob with the results obtained ttab = 2.11, so | thit | = | 4.268 | = 4.268> ttab = 2.11. (2) training alternately clear influence to lob the results obtained ttab = 2.11, so | thit | = | 4.768 | = 4.768> ttab = 2.11. (3) there is no effect on the difference between training lob clear that straight across and clear alternately with the results obtained thit = 0.563

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan the tunnel drill terhadap teknik dribbling, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap teknik dribbling, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan the tunnel drill dan three chair drill terhadap teknik dribbling. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes Dribbling dengan melewati cone. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan the tunnel drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 8,367 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan three chair drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 4,938 > ttab = 2,145 dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan the tunnel drill dan three chairr drill terhadap teknik dribbling. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan the tunnel drill terhadap teknik dribbling yang signifikan, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap teknik dribbling yang signifikan dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dribbling antara pelatihan the tunnel drill dengan pelatihan three chairr drill. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: Teknik dribbling, pelatihan the tunnel drill dan three chair drill. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training on the tunnel drill on dribbling technique, (2) the effect of training of three chair drill on dribbling technique, (3) the difference of training effect of tunnel drill and three chair drill on dribbling technique. The research method used experiments, research subjects with a total of 30 people. This research uses the modified pre-test - post-test group design. The test used is the Dribbling test by passing the cone. Data analysis used t-test statistic (t-test) at significance level 0,05%. Result of data analysis (1) training of tunnel drill have an effect on dribbling technique, with result of thit = 8,367> ttab = 2,145, (2) training of three chair drill have an effect on dribbling technique, with result of thit = 4,938> ttab = 2,145 and (3) There was no difference in effect between training the tunnel drill and three chairr drill on dribbling technique. It was concluded that (1) there was a significant effect of training on the tunnel drill on significant dribbling techniques, (2) there was a significant effect of three chair drill training on dribbling technique and (3) there was no difference of dribbling effect between the tunnel drill training with three chairrill drill . Suggestions for further researchers can develop research with different training to obtain better results.keyword : Keywords: dribbling technique, training the tunnel drill and three chair drill.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan smash berpasangan terhadap kemampuan smash pada olahraga bola voli, (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan smash individu terhadap kemampuan smash pada olahraga bola voli. Dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan smash berpasangan dan smash individu terhadap kemampuan smash pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMKN 1 Sukasada tahun 2019 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t pada taraf signifikasi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan smash berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan smash pada olahraga bola voli, dengan hasil thitung = 14,379> ttabel = 1,7613.(02) pelatihan smash individu berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan smash pada olahraga bola voli dengan hasil thitung= 15,120> ttabel = 1,7613, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan metode pelatihan smash berpasangan dan smash individu terhadap kemampuan smash pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMKN 1 sukasada tahun 2019. Kata Kunci : pelatihan smash berpasangan, pelatihan smash individu, bola voli. Abstract This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of paired smash training method on smash skills in volleyball sports, (2) the effect of individual smash training method on smash skills in volleyball sports, and (3) the differences between the effect of paired smash training methods and individual smash method on students’ smash skill in volleyball extracurricular at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada in 2019 which amounted 30 people. This study used a quasi-experimental method with the modified pre-test and post-test group design. Data analysis used t-test statistics at a significance level (α) of 0.05. The result of data analysis (1) paired smash training affect the smash skill in volleyball sport, with the result of t count = 14,379> t table = 1.7613. (02) individual smash training affect the smash skill in volleyball sport,with the results of t count = 15,120> t table = 1.7613, and (3) there is no significant difference in the effect of paired smash training method and individual smash method on the students’ smash skill on volleyball extracurricular at SMK 1 sukasada in 2019. keyword : paired smash training, individual smash training, volleyball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan footwork perintah terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan footwork perintah dan kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis. sample penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes kelincahan melewati cones. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan footwork perintah berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 7,437 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan kotak 50 berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 7,519 > ttab = 2,145, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan footwork perintah dengan kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 0,242 < ttab = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan footwork perintah terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis sebesar 1,56%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan Kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis sebesar 1,57 %, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan footwork perintah dan kotak 50 terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis pada siswa ektrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 1 Busungbiu tahun 2016. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, footwork perintah, kotak 50, kelincahan This research is aimed at knowing (1) the effects of footwork-order coaching toward badminton’s agility, (2) the effects of box 50 coaching toward badminton’s agility and (3) the differences of the effects of footwork-order coaching and box 50 toward badminton’s agility. The number of research sample was 30 people. This research used the modified pre-test – post-test group design. The test which used was agility test by passing the cones. Data analysis used statistic calculations of t-test at a significance level of 5%. The result of data analysis (1) the coaching of footwork-order was affected toward badminton’s agility with result thit = 7.437 > ttab = 2.145, (2) the coaching of box 50 was affected toward badminton’s agility with result thit = 7.519 > ttab = 2.145, (3) there is no differences between the effects of footwork-order coaching and box 50 toward badminton’s agility with result thit = 0.242 > ttab = 2.048. It can be concluded that (1) there is the effect of footwork-order coaching toward badminton’s agility by 1.56%, (2) there is the effect of box 50 coaching toward badminton’s agility by 1.57%, (3) there is no differences between footwork-order and box 50 coaching toward badminton’s agility for students of badminton extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Busungbiu year 2016 keyword : coaching, footwork-order, box 50, agility

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan dan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa sekolah sepakbola (SSB) Tabanan United U-12 tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Data passing control diukur dengan tes passing control ke dinding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 10,31>ttabel= 2,074 (2) pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 15,64>ttabel= 2,074 (3) pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 17,33>15,92. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing control, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing control, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan passing control antara pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan dengan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan, dimana pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control sepakbola Kata Kunci : Kata-kata Kunci : Sepakbola, passing control, pelatihan. This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of training pairs one-touch passing on the skills of passing control, (2) the effect of passing the training pairs two touches to control the passing skills, (3) The difference in the effect of training pairs one-touch passing and two touch passing pairs of skills passing control. The subjects were students of the school football (SSB) Tabanan United U-12 in 2014, amounting to 24 people. The data measured by passing control tests passing control to the wall. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan lateral cone hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate, (2) pengaruh pelatihan hurdle hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lateral cone hops dan hurdle hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate. Subjek penelitian adalah atlet karate kumite Klub Tri Yudha Sakti di Kecamatan Sukasada, tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 26 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes standing broad jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t (t-test) signifikansi α = 0,05 program SPSS. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan lateral cone hops berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference -3,385, (2) pelatihan hurdle hops berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference 3,385, dan (3) pelatihan hurdle hops memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan lateral cone hops terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference 3,385.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: Lateral cone hops, hurdle hops, power otot tungkai, karate This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the lateral cone hops training on leg muscle power karate athletes, (2) the effect of hurdle hops training on leg muscle power karate athletes and (3) the difference between training lateral cone hops and hops hurdle against leg muscle power karate athletes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan tendangan rally terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan tendangan rally dengan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 24 orang yaitu siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas. Data diperoleh dengan tes ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) pelatihan tendangan rally berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitung 10,258 > 1,795 ttabel (2) pelatihan permainan empat penembak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitun 10,024 > 1,795 ttabel, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan tendangan rally dengan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan tendangan rally terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas tahun 2015, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas tahun 2015, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan tendangan rally dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas tahun 2015. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan tendangan rally, permainan empat penembak, ketepatan shooting sepakbola. This study aims to determine (1) the effects of exercise kick rally against football shooting accuracy, (2) the effect of the training game against the four shooters shooting accuracy football, (3) the effects of training kick shooter rally with four games against football shooting accuracy. The subjects included 24 persons namely boys soccer extracurricular participants MA Negeri Patas. Data obtained by the shooting accuracy test football. This study uses a quasi experimental design with the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical calculation t-test at 5% significance level. The results were obtained (1) training kicks rally affect the accuracy of shooting football, thitung 10.258> 1.795 ttabel (2) training game four shooters affect the accuracy of shooting football, thitun 10.024> 1.795 ttable, and (3) there is no difference in effect between training kicks rally with four games against the shooter shooting accuracy football. The conclusions obtained are (1) the influence of training kick rally against the increase in the accuracy of shooting in extracurricular football MA Negeri Patas 2015, (2) there is the influence of the training game four shooters to increase the accuracy of shooting in extracurricular football MA Negeri Patas 2015, (3) there is no difference between the effects of training kick rally and game four shooters on the accuracy of shooting at MA Negeri football extracurricular Patas 2015keyword : Training rally kicks, four shooter game, shooting accuracy football.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan plyometric single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada bola voli, (2) pengaruh pelatihan incrimental vertical hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada bola voli, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan plyometric single leg spee hop denganincremental vertical hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada bola voli.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Sampel peserta ekstrakurikuler Bola voli SMA Negeri 2 Mengwi yang berjumlah 30orang.Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan plyometric single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada bola voli, dengan hasil thitung= 4,880> ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihanincremental vertical hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada bola voli, dengan hasil thitung= 4,911> ttabel = 2,145, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan plyometric single leg speed hop denganincremental vertical hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada bola voli thitung= 0,67 table = 2.145, (2) incremental vertical hop training influence on muscle power limbs in volleyball, with the result t = 4.911> table = 2.145, and (3) there is no difference between the effect of plyometric single leg speed hop training with incremental vertical hop on limb muscle power in volleyball t = 0.67

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan menggiring bola keliling lingkaran terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola (2) pengaruh pelatihan lari berantai menggiring bola keliling bendera terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan menggiring bola keliling lingkaran dengan pelatihan lari berantai menggiring bola keliling bendera terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola pada ekstrakulikuler sepakbola SMP negeri 2 Kerambitan tahun 2016. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Keterampilan menggiring bola diukur dengan tes menggiring bola. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) pelatihan menggiring bola keliling lingkaran pengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan hasil thit = 9,686 > t tab 2,131, (2) pelatihan lari berantai menggiring bola keliling bendera berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan hasilt hit =10,104 > t tab 2,131 dan, (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan menggiring bola keliling lingkaran dan lari berantai menggiring bola keliling bendera terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan hasilt hit = 2,856 > t tab 2,042. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan menggiring bola keliling lingkaran yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menggiring, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan lari berantai menggiring bola keliling bendera yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dan (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan menggiring bola keliling lingkaran dengan pelatihan lari berantai menggiring bola keliling bendera yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola. Kata Kunci : Menggiring bola keliling lingkaran, menggiring bola keliling bendera, keterampilan menggiring bola. This study aimed to (1) the effect of training dribbled around the circle to the dribbling skills (2) the effect of the training run chain dribbled around the flag against dribbling skills (3) the difference between training and dribble around the circle with a training run chain dribble around flag the skills of dribbling in soccer junior high school extracurricular 2 Kerambitan 2016. this research method is a quasi-experimental design with the modified group pre-test - post-test design. The results showed (1) training dribble circumference influence on dribbling skills, with the result thit = 9.686> t tab 2.131, (2) training run chain dribbled around the flag effect on dribbling skills, with hasilt hit = 10.104> t 2.131 tab and, (3) There are differences in the influence of training dribbled around the circle and ran a chain around the flag to dribble dribbling skills, with hasilt hit = 2.856> 2.042 t tab. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice terhadap teknik forehand dan backhand dalam olahraga tenis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modificated pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra sekolah tenis Satya Bhuwana Gianyar tahun 2014 sebanyak 30 orang. Forehand dan backhand diukur dengan tes keterampilan forehand dan backhand drive. Data dianalisis dengan uji paired-sampels t-test yaitu dengan membandingkan hasil keterampilan forehand dan backhand dari kelompok perlakuan massed practice dan distributed practice dibandingkan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Maka diperoleh thitung 15,67 > ttabel 2,048 untuk metode pelatihan massed practice terhadap variabel forehand dan thitung15,75 > ttabel2,048 untuk variabel backhand, sedangkan untuk metode pelatihan distributed practice diperoleh hasil thitung 43,57 > ttabel 2,048 untuk variabel forehand dan thitung 34,10 > ttabel 2,048 untuk variabel backhand. Sehingga hipotesis metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan forehand dan backhand diterima. Dilanjutkan dengan uji independent-sampels t-test untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan diantara kedua kelompok tersebut, hasil uji independent-sampels t-test untuk keterampilan forehand diperoleh harga thitung > ttabel, 8,126 > 2,048 sedangkan untuk keterampilan backhand diperoleh hasil thitung > ttabel, 9,142 > 2,048. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan; (1) metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan forehand dan backhand, (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice terhadap keterampilan forehand dan backhand.Kata Kunci : Metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice, keterampilan teknik forehand dan backhand. This research aims to determine the effect of massed practice training methods and distributed practice on the forehand and backhand technique in tennis. Continued with an independent test of the samples t-test to detect differences between groups, independent test results-the samples t-test for the skills acquired forehand the price thitung> ttable, 8,126 > 2,048, while for the results obtained backhand skills thitung > ttable, 9,142 > 2,048. From the research results it can be concluded; (1) massed practice training methods and distributed practice effect on the forehand and backhand skills, (2) there is a difference between the effect of massed practice training methods and distributed practice on the skills of forehand and backhand.keyword : Method of massed training practice and distributed practice, technique skills forehand and backhand.
