Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan depth jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan box jump dan depth jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Kintamani berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = -19,261 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = -5,264 > ttab = 2,145, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan box jump dan depth jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 5,936 > ttab = 2,048. The results of this study (1) the training effect on the box jump leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = -19.261> ttab = 2.145, (2) depth jump training effect on leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = -5.264> ttab = 2.145 , (3) There is a difference between training box jumps and depth jumps on explosive leg muscle power, with the result thit = 5.936> ttab = 2.048. Abstract

PPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound terhadap lompat jauh gaya jongkok, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg bound terhadap lompat jauh gaya jongkok, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound dan single leg bound terhadap lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, subyek penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa putra. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound terhadap lompat jauh gaya jongkok, signifikan sebesar 0,22%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan single leg bound terhadap lompat jauh gaya jongkok, signifikan sebesar 0,33%, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound dan single leg bound terhadap lompat jauh gaya jongkok sebesar 11%. Pelatihan single leg bound memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada pelatihan double leg bound. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh pengaruh lompat jauh yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : pelatihan double leg bound, pelatihan single leg bound. TThis study aims to determine (1) the effect of double leg bound training toward crouching style of long jump, (2) the effect of single leg bound training toward crouching style of long jump, and (3) the difference of the effect of double leg bound training with single leg bound towards crouching style of long jump. The method which was used in this study was an experimental method with the research subjects were 30 male students. This study used the modified pre-test - post-test group design. It was concluded that (1) there was siginificant effect of double leg bound training toward crouching style of long jump results of 0,22%, (2) there was significant effect of single leg bound training towards crouching style of long jump results of 0,33% (3) there were differences in effect between double leg bound training with single leg bound to crouching style of long jump results with 11. Single leg bound training gives better effect than double leg bound training. The suggestions for the future researchers can develop research with different training to get better crouching style of long jump results. keyword : double leg bound training, single leg bound.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat terhadap ketepatan servis atas, (2) pengaruh model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas, (3) perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Abang. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 38 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan melakukan servis. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) model pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 33,026 > ttab = 2,101, (2) model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 51,776 > ttab = 2,101, (3) Terdapat perbedaan perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 19,463 > ttab = 2,028. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan; (1) Model pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, (2) Model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, dimana model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi lebih baik dari pada model pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, praktik padat, praktik terdistribusi, ketepatan, bola voli This study aims to determine (1) the effect of massed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, (2) the effect of distributed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, (3) the difference effect of massed praktice training methods and distributed praktice on the acurate top service. This study was done by experimental design The Modified Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Design. This study was done in SMP Negeri 1 Abang. The subjects were 38 students. The data collection was obtained by counting dependent variable to the accurate servis. The data analysis used teknik -t independen test at significant level α = 0, 05. The result of analysis data that (1) there was an effect of massed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, in which thit = 33,026 > ttab = 2,101, (2) there was an effect of distributed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, in which thit = 51,776 > ttab = 2,101, (3) there was a difference on effect of massed praktice training methods and distributed praktice on the acurate top service, in which thit = 19,463 > ttab = 2,028. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014 berjumlah 30 orang. Data kelincahan diukur dengan tes dogging-run. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan dot drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,915 dan posttest sebesar 0,87 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,045, persentase peningkatan sebersar 4,95%. Sedangkan hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan down the line drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,875 dan posttest sebesar 0,835 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,4, persentase peningkatan sebesar 4,5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 9,83 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 14,284 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (3) pelatihan down the line drill memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata nilai t hitung 2,604 > t tabel 2,028 (dk = 38). Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) terdapat perbedaan kelincahan antara dot drill dengan down the line drill, dimana pelatihan dot drill lebih baik daripada pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the dot drill training to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014, (2) the effect of training down the line drills to increase agility athletes 13-15 years old karate Karate Club Batur 2014, (3) the difference between the effect of training dot drill and drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. Subjects were 13-15 years old karate athletes Karate Club Batur in 2014 amounted to 30 people. Data agility measured by test-run dogging. This study used an experimental method with the modified design pretest-posttest design the same subject. Analysis of data using statistical calculation test at a significance level of 0.05%. Pretest results on the dot drill training group showed an average yield of 0.915 and a posttest at 0.87 with an increase of 0,045, a percentage increase of 4.95% sebersar. While the results of the pretest on group training drills down the line shows the average yield of 0.875 and posttest of 0.835 with an increase of 0.4, the percentage increase of 4.5%. The results of data analysis (1) training dot drill affect the increase in agility, with the results of the t value 9.83> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (2) training drill down the line to affect the increased agility, with the results of the t value 14.284> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (3) training drill down the line gives a better effect than the dot drill training to increase agility, seen with an average yield of 2,604 t value> t table 2.028 (df = 38) . Based on data analysis concluded that (1) there is the influence of the dot drill training to increase agility, (2) there is a training effect down the line drills to increase agility, (3) there is a difference between dot agility drill with drill down the line, where the dot drill training better than training drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. keyword : Keywords: Dot Drill Training, Training Drill Down The Line, Agility, Karate.

Abstract

(3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan skiping rope dengan floor kip terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter. Subyek penelitian adalah perkumpulan renang Kota Singaraja tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 atlet renang. Pada data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes standing board jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data adalah (1) pelatihan skiping rope berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter, dengan hasil thitung 10,51 > ttabel 1,70, (2) pelatihan floor kip berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang, dengan hasil thitung 11,35 > ttabel 1,70, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan skiping rope dengan floor kip terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter, dilihat dari hasil thitung dengan ttabel 1,222 < 1,70. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan skiping rope terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter pada perkumpulan renang Kota Singaraja Tahun 2015, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan floor kip terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter pada perkumpulan renang Kota Singaraja Tahun 2015, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan skiping rope dengan floor kip terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter pada perkumpulan renang Kota Singaraja tahun 2015. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical calculation t-test (t-test) at the 5% significance level. Results of the data analysis are: (1) training effect on the rope skiping limb muscle power athletes 50-meter freestyle, with the result tcount 10.51> ttable 1.70, (2) training floor kip effect on leg muscle power swimmer, with results thitung 11.35> ttable 1.70, (3) there is no significant difference between training skiping kip rope to the floor against the leg muscle power athletes 50-meter freestyle, seen from the results tcount with ttabel 1.222

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribbling slalom terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dribbling bola antar bidang terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dribbling slalom dengan dribbling bola antar bidang terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test-post-test design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dribbling. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) pelatihan dribbling slalom berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 13,256 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan dribbling bola antar bidang terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 11,526 > ttab = 2,145, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dribbling slalom dengan dribbling bola antar bidang terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 1,167 ˂ ttab = 2,145. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dribbling slalom terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling sepakbola sebesar 3,13 %, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dribbling bola antar bidang terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling sepakbola sebesar 3,54 %, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dribbling slalom dengan dribbling bola antar bidang terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling sepakbola pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA Karya Wisata Singaraja tahun 2016. This research used a quasi-experimental design with the modified pre-test-post-test design. Collecting data using dribbling test. Analysis of data using statistical calculations t-test at significance level (α) 0.05. The results of the study are (1) the training dribbling slalom affect the dribbling skills of football, with the result thit = 13.256> ttab = 2.145, (2) training of dribbling the ball across the field to the dribbling skills of football, with the result thit = 11.526> ttab = 2.145, and ( 3) the difference between the effect of the training dribbling slalom with dribbling the ball between the field against the dribbling skills of football, with the result ˂ ttab thit = 1.167 = 2.145. The conclusions obtained are (1) there are significant dribbling slalom training on the soccer dribbling skills improvement by 3.13%, (2) there are significant training of dribbling the ball across the field to the soccer dribbling skills improvement of 3.54%, and (3) there is no the difference between training effect by dribbling the ball dribbling slalom between fields to increase soccer dribbling skills on male student extracurricular participants in high school football 2016 Study Tour Singaraja.keyword : Training slalom dribbling , dribbling the ball between the fields of training , dribbling skills

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan slalom dribble terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan relay dribble terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dan (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan slalom dribble dengan relay dribble terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler Sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan slalom dribble terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan hasil thitung= 9.388> ttabel = 2,145, sebesar 6.400%, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan relay dribble terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan hasil thitung= 10.746> ttabel = 2,145, sebesar 6.067%, dan (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan slalom dribble dengan relay dribble terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan thitung= 0,098 table = 2.145, amounting to 6.400%, (2) there was an effect of training relay dribble against dribbling skills, with the result t = 10 746 > table = 2.145, amounting to 6,067%, and (3) there is a significant difference between training slalom dribble by dribble relay against dribbling skills, with t = 0.098

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan passing berpasangan statis, (2) pengaruh passing sambil bergerak, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan passing berpasangan statis dan passing sambil bergerak terhadap keterampilan passing control bola futsal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 1 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes passing control (passing dan stoping). Analasis data dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) metode pelatihan passing berpasangan statis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik dasar passing control bola futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMK Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014. (2) metode pelatihan passing sambil bergerak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik dasar passing control bola futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMK Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014. (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan passing berpasangan statis dan passing sambil bergerak terhadap terhadap keterampilan teknik dasar passing control bola futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMK Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014. Dari kedua pelatihan tersebut yang lebih baik adalah pelatihan passing berpasangan statis Kata Kunci : passing control bola futsal, pelatihan passing berpasangan. This study aims to find out, 1) the effect of static pair passing training method, 2) the effect of moving passing method, 3) the difference effect of static pair passing training method with moving passing method to the futsal ball passing control sklill. The subject of this study is the students who participate in futsal extraculicullar in SMK Negeri 1 Seririt which are 24 students. The method in this study is an experimental method with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data was obtained by examining passing control test (passing and stoping). The data were analyzed by using t test in the level of significance 5% (α = 0,05). The result of this study is (1) static pair passing training method gives effect on the improvement of basic skills of futsal ball control passing futsal extraculicullar in SMK Negeri 1 Seririt which are 24 students. (2) moving passing training method gives effect on the improvement of the basic skills of futsal ball passing control futsal extraculicullar in SMK Negeri 1 Seririt which are 24 students. (3) static pair passing training method gives better result than futsal ball moving passing control futsal extraculicullar in SMK Negeri 1 Seririt which are 24 students. From both a better training is training in pairs passing static keyword : futsal ball passing control, pair passing training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan skipping dan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes Vertical Jump . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 2,07>ttabel = 0,042 (2) pelatihan double leg speed hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 7,37> ttabel = 0,042 (3) pelatihan skipping memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 58,44>53,72. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara skippingdengan double leg speed hops, dimana pelatihan skipping lebih baik dari pada pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the (1) effect of skipping training on explosive power leg muscle, (2) the effect of double leg speed hop training on explosive power leg muscle,(3) variability in the effect of skipping and double leg speed hop training on explosive power leg muscle. The subjects were by boys badminton extracurricular participants SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan in 2014 totaling 36 people. The data explosive power leg muscle measured by vertical jump. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design.Analysis of the data using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. The results of this study (1) skipping the training effect on explosive power leg muscle, the result of t = 2,07> t table = 0,042 (2) double leg speed hop the training effect on explosive power leg muscle, the result of t = 7,73> table = 0.042 (3)skipping training give better effect than double leg speed hop training theexplosive power of the leg muscle, visits with an average yield of 58,44> 53,72. It was concluded that (1) ) there are the influence of skipping training to increase explosive power leg muscle, (2) there are the influence of double leg speed hop training to increase explosive power leg muscle, (3) there is a difference in the increase in explosive power between the leg muscle to skipping with double leg speed hop, where the training skipping than double leg speed hop of the explosive power of the leg muscle. keyword : Skipping training, double leg speed hop training, power of the leg muscle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai,(3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan box jump dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Subjek penelitian adalah pesrta siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli sebanyak 32 orang. Tes pengumpulan data power otot tungkai dengan menggunakan vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari analisis data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1.) Pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. (2.) Pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. (3.) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan box jump dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Pengaruh pelatihan box jump lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan skipping pada power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit= . 23,89 > ttab = 2,042. (2) Pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai diperoleh hasil thit= 11,07 > ttab = 2.042.
