Abstract

In micro economics, there is demand and supply, those who demand are consumers and those who supply are producers. If the price goes up, the demand for goods or services goes down, otherwise if the price is low then the demand for goods or services goes up, the statement is the sound of the law of demand in a fixed position (Ceteris Paribus). If the price increases then the supply of goods or services will increase, otherwise if the price decreases then the supply of goods or services will decrease, the statement is the sound of the law of supply in a fixed position (Cateris Paribus). Therefore, it is better if the demand and supply are adjusted according to income, so that the demand for more important goods can be fulfilled properly and the price of the goods or services offer can also adjust the income of consumers, in order to gain profits and aggressively promote the product

Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is the high consumptive behavior of students during the pandemic. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic literacy and self-control on the consumptive behavior of UNESA Economic Education Study Program students during the pandemic. The research method used is correlational research using a quantitative approach. The data was obtained from students of the 2018-2021 Economic Education Study Program and a sample of 73 students was obtained as the primary source. Data were collected using a questionnaire method. From the results of data processing carried out, the results obtained which state that the variables of economic literacy and self-control partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the consumptive behavior of students of the UNESA Economic Education Study Program. This is in accordance with the conditions that occur in the field that consumptive behavior carried out by students is influenced by economic literacy and self-control

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of relationship quality, brand experience, and product design on purchasing decisions by mediating buying interests. Data was collected from 398 respondents who are Tupperware Indonesia members in seven major cities and had joined as a member for at least 1 year to fill out 38 questionnaire items tested for validity and reliability with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). PT Tupperware Indonesia is a multinational company and a market leader in the plastic home appliance industry with an 18.5% market share in 2019.  The data collection technique in this study used purposive sampling, and data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS 22 method. The results showed a positive and significant influence on relationship quality, brand experience, product design, and buying interest in purchasing decisions. And there is a positive and significant relationship between quality, brand experience, and product design influence buying decisions mediated by buying interest. The results of this study provide managerial implications for how to drive consumer purchasing decisions through improved relationship quality, providing an unforgettable brand experience and an understanding of product design that has aesthetic, functional, and symbolic value and a deeper understanding of the marketing of the home appliance industry

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the potential for bad credit management and bank-specific factors on bank financial performance. The method used to obtain the sample is purposive sampling and the method used to analyze the data is using panel data regression. The independent variables used to identify the bad impact of credit in this study are NPL and the ratio of capital adequacy (CAR), while the cost efficiency ratio (CER), the average loan interest rate (ALR), and the liquidity ratio (LR) which measure specific factors bank as well as bank size and inflation as control variables. On the other hand, financial performance is identified by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The results of this research can help bank financial managers to improve financial performance by paying attention to credit risk management, taking appropriate techniques efficiently in providing loans and seeing liquidity position as a factor

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning achievement in Microeconomics II courses through the application of integrated video-based learning. This research was conducted using a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach through several stages that must be passed. The target of this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Sudirman University. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests and documentation. Based on the research that has been carried out in the first and second cycles, it can be said that there is an increase in learning achievement in Microeconomics II through the implementation of integrated video-based learning. The mastery of student learning outcomes in the Microeconomics II course using Integrated Video Based Learning increases. Student participation in Microeconomics lectures based on Integrated Video Based Learning increased from 14.2% to 18.3%

Abstract

Learning is a need of every human being. Learning achievement achieved by students is influenced by many factors, both internal and external. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal communication skills and student motivation on learning achievement in economic subjects during the COVID-19 pandemic at Putussibau City High School. The research method used is the explanatory survey method. The research population of all students who are in class XI of all SMA there are 236 students and with a total sample of 127 students. Then the data analysis was done descriptively and inferentially with the help of SPSS. Based on the description test data on interpersonal communication variables, including the medium category and leading to high. The motivation variable shows the category is quite good when online learning is applied in schools. While learning achievement shows in the medium category. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it shows that there is a significant influence, either partially or simultaneously, the influence of interpersonal communication skills and student motivation on Economics subjects in class XI in all high schools in Putussibau city.

Abstract

One of the creative economies undertaken by women is ‘Tenun Ikat’ traditional handwoven industry. Unfortunately, in Indonesia's industrial development, the handwoven sector is still not capable of being one of the state revenue promised the government's attention. The study aims to determine how the creative economy develops for women's traditional handwoven sector in the village Ensaid Panjang. The study used a qualitative approach. The tool to collect the data used interviews, observation, and documentation. All samples are women. Using a technique subject chosen purposive sampling. To analyse the data used descriptive quantitative research.  The study shows that all women are able to develop their small business enterprises in the handwoven sector. It can be seen from the creative endeavour that the women can make new motives in their traditional handwoven, and they also can market it even though some women still cannot use social media to market their products. The government and the coop also assist them in developing their small business by P2Emas program and Koperasi JMM as the coop, which will help them sell the ‘Tenun Ikat’ traditional handwoven.

Abstract

The study aims to whether there is an effect of learning models make a match on Social Studies learning outcomes of ninth grade students of SMPN 2 Nanga Pinoh. The method used in this study is classroom action research (CAR) which consist of two cylcles. Each round consist of four stages; planning, observing, reflecting, and revising. The location of the study was at SMP Negeri 2 Nanga Pinoh. The research subjects were students of class IX in academic year 2021/2022. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results analysis, it was found that student achievement increase from cycle 1 to cycle II. Cycle 1 (65,38%), cycle II (88,46%). The conclusion of this study is the make a match method  can positively influence the achievement and motivation of students in class IX SMPN 2 Nanga Pinoh I academic year 2021/2022 and this learning model can be used as an alternative to Social Studies learning.

Abstract

The success of a student's learning is not absolute only in the form of grades, but will be in the form of change, reasoning, discipline, skills and so on that lead to positive change. In this study, the factors related to the learning outcomes studied were study habits and student learning environment. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of study habits and learning environment on learning outcomes of class X economics at SMA Negeri 1 Kayan Hulu. The research approach used is quantitative research with the form of research is correlation research. The population in the study was 104 students of SMA Negeri 1 Kayan Hulu with a sample of 82 students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that there is a partial and simultaneous influence of study habits and learning environment on the learning outcomes of class X economics at SMA Negeri 1 Kayan Hulu
