Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Brand Image, Brand Trust, Promotion, and Consumer Value on the Decision to Use Services by GOJEK consumers in Banjarmasin City. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire distributed to 160 respondents with the unit of analysis being consumers who were 17 years old and had used GOJEK services in the form of Go-ride, Go-car, or Go-food at least 1 time. The data collected is then performed multiple linear regression analysis is a data analysis method used in this study. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Brand Trust, Promotion, and Consumer Value significantly influence the Decision to Use Services by GOJEK consumers. Nevertheless, the best results in describing purchasing decisions are given sequentially by customer value, brand trust, brand image, and promotion. A detailed discussion will be discussed at the end of this study.Keywords: brand image, brand trust, promotion, customer value, service use decisions

Abstract

The presence of transportation services in the network is currently a separate phenomenon in the community. Where many services are provided in order to facilitate consumers both in terms of transportation and other services. And to find out the relationship between service quality and consumer loyalty, both directly and through customer satisfaction variables in consumers of transportation companies in the network, namely Gojek in Banjarmasin, the research was conducted using data collection media, namely questionnaires. Testing data using multiple linear regression analysis, as well as through the test results of the multak difference. Based on multiple linear regression testing conducted, it is known that both together and partially service quality variables and customer satisfaction can affect customer loyalty with a significant value obtained below the level of significant 5%. While testing the relationship of service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction by performing the absolute difference test results in a significant value of 0.157 or more than the level of significant 0.05 so that the results are declared no influence.Keywords: Quality of Service, Consumer Satisfactions, Consumer Loyalty, Online Transportation Service

Abstract

The rapid growth of halal tourism in indonesia has increased the need for tourist destinations to offer halal products as a service to the muslim market. This has an impact on the emergence of an awareness of business actors in indonesia, one of which is a halal-friendly hotel. This study aims to examine consumer preferences for the attributes provided when staying at a halal-friendly hotel. This analysis is confirmatory and uses quantitative methods. Quantitative data collection is done by the survey method through a questionnaire. Research respondents are 107 people with the criteria of those who have stayed at least once at a halal-friendly hotel in DKI Jakarta and Bandung. This analysis was processed using AMOS software version 23. The results of this study are the attributes that can affect consumer preferences in staying at halal-friendly hotels consisting of 4 attributes and 14 indicators namely; (1) halal-friendly service consists of 4 indicators, (2) halal food and beverage consists of 3 indicators, (3) halal-friendly facilities consist of 4 indicators, and (4) halal privacy consists of 3 indicators.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze and understand the difference in the average abnormal return (AAR) and the average trading volume activity (ATVA) with several periods of observation both before or after the announcement of the economic policy package XVI in the mining sector included on the Stock Exchange in 2018 is the research objective. Event study is a type of research used. The announcement of the economic policy package XVI is a test event. The study requires secondary data which includes data on daily closing price, trading volume, and the number of shares outstanding from the mining sector samples being sampled. After the paired samples t-test was tested differently it was stated that there were no differences in observations 5 days & 10 days before and 5 days & 10 days after the announcement of the economic policy package XVI, at ATVA 10 days before & 10 days after the economic policy package XVI was found differences ATVAKeywords: AAR (average abnormal return), ATVA (average trading volume activity), Announcement of Economic Policy Package XVI 2018, event studies.

Abstract

Peran Sumber Daya Manusia telah mengalami perubahan sejalan dengan munculnya berbagai perkembangan. Persaingan semakin terbuka dan lingkungan bisnis semakin kompleks. Peran Sumber Daya Manusia yang lebih besar dari sebelumnya sangat diperlukan. Semula Sumber Daya Manusia dipandang sebagai biaya, namun saat ini Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan investasi yang harus ada dan syarat mutlak berlangsungnya operasi organisasi. Dulu  tenaga kerja di eksploitasi, hubungan kerja terjadi antara buruh dan majikan, tetapi sekarang tenaga kerja dipelihara dan merupakan mitra kerja organisasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji sejauhmana motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Bina Insan Nusantara Barito di Buntok. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, perlu dikaji tentang dimensi kinerja karyawan yayasan Bina Insan Nusantara Barito di Buntok, melalui dimensi motivasi kerja dan kompetensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan di Yayasan Bina Insan Nusantara Barito perlu mengupayakan peningkatan kesejahteraan terutama Yayasan harus terbuka kepada guru-guru mengenai kondisi keuangan Yayasan, karena pada saat ini yayasan terus membangun gedung dan penambahan fasilitas guna menunjang sarana belajar mengajar. Semangat dari kinerja guru-guru di yayasan agar terus dipertahankan, mengingat sangat susah mencari guru-guru yang memiliki dedikasi dan memiliki loyalitas kerja yang tinggi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between ethical climate and leadership effectiveness in companies with ethical leadership variables as intervening variables. Ethical leadership is based on the diversity of situations and conditions in the company and personal values within the leader so as to allow conflict or good synergy between employees. The population of this study were all permanent employees under the medical services division, especially the nursing field, totaling 133 employees at the Muhammadiyah University Hospital, Malang. The research variables will be elaborated through a questionnaire which will be distributed to respondents based on the total amount, because all pupulation is used as research objects. Data collected will be processed using the analysis "Partial least square (PLS)". This is because the PLS analysis is able to measure variables that cannot be measured directly but are interrelated. The results showed that the ethical climate and ethical leadership and influence on leadership effectiveness at Malang Muhammadiyah Hospital.Keywords: ethical climate, ethical leadership, effectiveness leadership

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, both on the direct and indirect effect on employees of favehotel Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The study population was all employees of favehotel ahmad yani Banjarmasin and a sample of 67 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a path coefficient value of 0.604. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient value of 0.320. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a path coefficient value of 0.280. Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not mediate job satisfaction on employee performance with a direct effect value that is greater than the indirect effect.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to examine and analyze how much promotion strategy and price influence purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest in embroidery sasirangan fabrics. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a formal research procedure design that contains clear definitions of research objectives and information needs. To answer and achieve the research objectives, regression analysis will be used. The object of this research is the consumer or potential consumer of the Sasirangan Embroidered cloth "Bunga Bangkal Sasirangan" in the Bangkal Cempaka Village, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. From the research results, it is known that the promotion strategy directly affects the buying interest of Sasirangan cloth, while the price does not have a significant effect. The ability of the purchase intention variable as a mediator shows that the purchase intention variable can only mediate the effect of promotional strategies on purchasing decisionsKeywords: Promotion Strategy, Price, Purchase Decision, Buying Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of planning (X1), implementation and administration (X2) variables on accountability (Y). The object of this research is BUMDes in Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The method of determining the sample in this study using purposive sampling with a total sample of 32 BUMDes. The results of the study prove that the planning (X1), implementation and administration (X2) variables for accountability (Y) are partially or simultaneously. This proves that in BUMDes management, planning and implementation as well as administration in accordance with regulations and standard operating procedures will have an impact on optimal BUMDes management accountability.Keywords: Planning, Implementation, Administration, Accountability, BUMDes.
