This study aims to determine is there any effect of direct learning methods (MPL) on high jump skills, is there any influence of problem solving learning methods (MPM) on high jump skills, and there are differences in the effect of direct learning methods (MPL) and problem solving learning methods (MPM) on high jump skills. The research subjects were students SMP Negeri 29 Makassar and were randomly selected and 20 people were gathered, and made into two groups consisting of 10 people each group. The research used a pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted during eight meetings. Before treatment, samples were given in a process high jump of skill test, then were treated according to the methods of each group then after treatment were given a posttest. The results showed that there was a significant effect of MPL on high jumping of skills (p <0.05); there was a significant effect of MPM on increasing the high jump process of skills (p <0.05); and MPM significantly improved high jumping of skills than MPL (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study 1) MPL improves high jumping skills, 2) MPM increases high jumping skills, and 3) MPM is better than MPL.

The purpose of this study was to analyze effect of ladder drill scissor hops dan ladder drill icky shuffle on agility and speed in pencak silat athletes. This studi use experimental method with two groups of pretest-posttest design was. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive statistics and t test. The sample consisted of two groups, 10 students were given the ladder drill scissor hops exercise, and 10 students were given the ladder drill icky shuffle. Do exercise for 6 weeks with three exercises per week. Data collected are the 30 meter test to retrieve running speed data and the Illionis Agility Test to retrieve agility data. The results showed the value of the t test agility between groups shows the sig-2 tailed value 0.864>0.05 and the results of the t-speed test show the sig-2 tailed value 0.297>0.05 so that Ho accepted which means both agility and speed have increased but both are not significantly different between the ladder drll scissor hops and the ladder drill icky shuffle.

This study to analyze the impact of the reactive agility sprint mirror drill exercise in the increasing the speed.. This research was done at UNIPA Surabaya by using a sample of soccer athletes in Unipa Surabaya by using the original pairing technique in determining the sample group. This type of quantitative research is the type of research that is suitable for testing the speed of reactive agility sprint mirror drill training by applying the quasi experimental design method. To measure the speed was taken by using the 30 m sprint test. The results of this study indicate that the Reactive Agility Sprint Mirror Drill training has a significant effect on speed, as indicated by the results of the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test pre and post velocity p = 0.723 (p> 0.05) and p = 0.166 (p> 0.05). ) and the homogeneity test used the Leavenes Test with the results of pre p = 0.131 (p> 0.05) and post p 0.146 (p> 0.05), while to determine the results of the T-test used paired sample test with dependent variables in the experimental group with numbers significance p = 0.003 (p <0.05), in other words it has an increase in effect, meaning that there is a significant effect, while the T-test results of the dependent variable in the control group obtained a significance number of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), the conclusion is increase effect. Applying eclectic learning means combining two or more learning models to be applied at one time. This article aims to analyze students' motivation and learning outcomes in participating in a combination of learning from problem based learning (PBL) with cooperative learning. This research is weak-experimental using static-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 52 students (male= 35, female= 17) 8th grade junior high school were taken using the cluster random sampling method. Motivation data are collected using a questionnaire, while learning outcomes use skills tests. PBL as the main model combined with cooperative type team game tournament (TGT) and jigsaw is applied as a treatment. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and t-test. The results showed that motivation [t(25)= 51.97, p= 0.000] and learning outcomes [t(25)= 13.41, p= 0.000] increased significantly in the PBL-TGT group. Likewise with motivation [t(25)= 48.88, p= 0.000] and learning outcomes [t(25)= 11.74, p= 0.000] in the PBL-Jigsaw group. There was no difference in increased motivation (t(50)= 0.963, p= 0.34) and learning outcomes (t(50)= 0.000, p= 1.000) in the two groups. It can be concluded that PBL is compatible combined with TGT and Jigsaw in increasing motivation and learning outcomes.

The essence of the research studies that researchers carried out were to obtain data and research on the impact of outdoor education on student empathy. This method uses an experimental method while the village uses a randomized control group test pre-test final design. The population is students of class VIII Junior High School III Bayongbong with a total of two hundred and six (206) people. Sixty samples were taken, selected using a random sampling technique. These random results, obtained thirty samples of the experimental group and thirty samples of the control team. The measuring instrument used in measuring empathy behavior uses an empathy scale test that has been tested for its validity and reliability. In calculating the hypothesis testing statistics using the SPSS 23 application through paired t-test Paired sample t test. The final data from the results of data analysis can be seen that outdoor activities have an influence on empathy behavior. The results obtained are Sig.2tailed 0, 000 <α0, 05. From the results of data processing and analysis, it can be ignored that outdoor education has a significant effect on student empathy

This study uses a research and development method with the aim of creating an endurance training model using a basketball, so that the exercise is not monotonous. This research was conducted at the student sports arena belonging to the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. In this study, observations were also carried out before making a training model, namely conducting interviews with basketball athletes and coaches. Models made by expert decisions. The result of the expert's assessment of the endurance with the ball training model is 82.7% of the training model is very feasible to use. Meanwhile, the results of product trials 82.8% of students with the endurance with the ball training model are very suitable for use. The pre-test and post-test results data were also tested for normality through the Liliefors test and the results were normal. To see whether this ball-training endurance model can improve the athlete's endurance ability, a 1200m running test was conducted. After carrying out the exercises with the new resistance training model, the post test results improved. The increase in the pre-test score from 2.8 in the medium category to the average post-test score of 3.8 in the good category. The study resulted in 17 models of endurance training that were effective to do.
