Abstract

Social media is currently used optimally by the public as a means of sharing information. No exception in terms of providing massive education. In the realm of law, increased education can be done through legal counselling. Increasing education is important because various studies have proven that high legal literacy can prevent legal problems, especially family law. Family law issues themselves are an issue in society, as evidenced by the high divorce rate in various religious courts, including the Religious Courts of Malang City and Malang Regency. Together with LBH Peradi Malang Raya, the servant optimizes legal counseling through Instagram and Tiktok social media, targeting Instagram and Tiktok user communities in Malang City, Batu City and Malang Regency. Servants compiled 9 (nine) legal educational videos with the theme of family law. Public enthusiasm is quite high in this video with a total of 33,035 views, 2,212 likes, and 169 comments.

Abstract

In fact, it turns out that MSME actors in Tambakrejo Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang City have experienced developments from time to time. As a state of law, in this case, legality efforts and legal protection by the government are needed for MSME actors. So far, MSMEs in Temabakrejo sub-district still lack knowledge about the mechanism of making a Business Registration Number (NIB) using Single Submission (OS). Therefore, this community service activity has the aim of helping the people of Tambakrejo Village in solving this problem. Socialization efforts, assistance, and direction in making NIB have been made to the community through OSS, where it is hoped that later the community will have new knowledge and understanding related to the protection of MSMEs that they have pioneered. In its implementation, there are 3 stages used, namely by socializing efforts to the community regarding the importance of making NIB, training in making NIB with OSS, and continuing with efforts to assist the community in making the NIB. The implementation of this activity has increased the knowledge and understanding of the community in TAmbakrejo Village, Gayamasari District, Semarang City

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of mental health psychoeducation for female prisoners in Class IIA Semarang Women’s Correctional Institution, focusing on the promotion of justice and improved treatment. Mental health challenges are prevalent among incarcerated individuals, stemming from factors like monotony, anxiety, stress, and depression associated with confinement. Through a series of psychoeducational sessions covering self-awareness, interpersonal communication, psychological first aid, emotion regulation, stress management, and positive self-talk, the research investigates the effectiveness of these interventions in enhancing mental health and well-being among female inmates. Post-test results reveal promising outcomes, with 57.69% of participants exhibiting a very healthy mental health status, 38.46% classified as mentally healthy, and 3.85% falling into the moderate mental health category. These findings underscore the significance of psychoeducational interventions in promoting justice and better treatment within the prison system.

Abstract

The development of business entities by utilizing technology in this case digital startups makes it necessary to see the problems of legal aspects faced by partners in this case digital startups business entities at the incubation stage. The purpose of community service is to provide an understanding of the fulfillment of legal aspects for digital startups business entities. The service method is carried out by selecting partners, determining the title of the service, conducting preliminary research, preparing an activity proposal and applying for a license to carry out the service. The results of this community service have found that there are still obstacles related to the legality process for business entities in this case determining the form of business entity that will be used in running their business, so it is necessary to provide further legal aspects assistance related to taxation and intellectual property in the form of brands owned by business entities.

Abstract

Community services are related to regional development which is also related to national development. The acceleration of the transformation of the quality of community services can actually affect the level of community welfare in a better direction in the era of Society 5.0. The formulation of the problem encountered is how is the transformation of public services in the Era of Society 5.0? and how is the Pringrejo E-Law Smart Village program an effort to transform Era Society 5.0 services? The formulation of the problem was answered by the Pringrejo UNIKAL KKN service method through five stages, namely observation, data collection, preparation of physical programs, trials – evaluation, and finalization. The result found is that community service programs are very important to be transformed with technology to support the increasing needs of the community. The intermingling is also in accordance with the concept of the current Society 5.0 era. The Pringrejo E-Law Smart Village program is here to be a solution and answer to the transformation of digital technology-based community services. Thus, the Pringrejo E-Law Smart Village program, which is a website-based smart law village program, is a solution to the transformation of community services in the era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activities is to provide understanding for village apparatus and the community in terms of identifying and analyzing the organizational arrangements of Village-Owned Enterprises. Each village has the authority to create and develop BUMDes. BUMDes is one of the indicators towards a prosperous village. Forming BUMDes is still a separate problem for villages, because it is not easy to set up a BUMDes. Preparations are needed to carry out the establishment of BUMDes. Corporate governance is also important because good governance will create success for the BUMDes themselves. Tanuharjo Village, Alian District, Kebumen Regency took the initiative to create BUMDes with village potentials, namely in agriculture and tourism. The establishment of BUMDes is not an easy thing to do and must be done with administrative completeness.

Abstract

The study recognized and identified that MSMEs in the village faced challenges due to limited knowledge about technological developments and business licensing, resulting in a lack of Business Identification Number (BIN) among business owners. This program aims to educate Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) about the importance of having a BIN and to help and assist them in obtaining this essential legal credential. Participants were guided through the steps of registering and inputting their personal data to receive a BIN. Which consisted of observation, socialization sessions, and practical assistance in obtaining BINs, also conducting a participant satisfaction rete index survey. Through this program, it is helped MSMEs overcome legal obstacles to access government programs and funding, and improve their business networks or markets. Which will result a better understanding of BINs importance, which enhanced their knowledge and professionalism in running their businesses. The participant satisfaction data from the socialization indicates an average score of 4.3, concluding that participants are satisfied with the implemented program.

Abstract

labels aim to provide legal literacy for the target audience, namely MI Darul Ulum Rejomulyo students, Magetan Regency by looking at knowledge, understanding, attitudes and behavior of students before and after the activities given in the form of questionnaires and sheets observation. The results of the Community Service activities after the Community Service team provided legal literacy, showed that there was a significant increase in legal knowledge, legal understanding, and legal attitudes of students regarding the laws and regulations on processed food labels. However, the legal behavior still shows students who do not really care about processed food labels.

Abstract

The development of business and information technology has a significant impact on economic development on the one hand, but also raises various legal issues on the other. One of the problems that often occur in relation to the business world is trademark disputes. Various cases of trademark disputes occur in various regions in Indonesia, ranging from trademark plagiarism, trademark abuse, to trademark counterfeiting both on a small and large scale. Kenteng Village, as one of the areas in Semarang Regency, has high tourism potential. In addition, Kenteng Village is also known as a village producing various handicrafts and small businesses typical of the region, so many brands in the village have not been registered. Whereas with a registered trademark, it has clear legal legality. This service program aims to provide strengthening of village community empowerment in the mechanism for resolving trademark disputes. This program is a community service program with partners Kenteng Village and Kenteng Village MSME Forum, Bandungan District. The outputs of this program are scientific articles, video highlights and mass media publications. In addition, this program is expected to provide a clear scheme in village institutions related to the settlement of trademark disputes.

Abstract

Trade secrets are one of Intellectual Property forms that is considered most valuable in business. However, result of research shows that trade secrets are not as famous as patents, copyrights, and trademarks. In Indonesia, trade secrets Act has been established by the government since 2000. Following the fact that trade secrets are still not commonly understood by societies, thus it is important to educate societies about trade secrets. This community service selected to educate gen Z in SMAN 1 Semarang since knowledge to trade secrets should be understood as early as possible. Nevertheless, it is worth to note that there are some reasons to conduct the community service in the school, two of them are SMAN 1 Semarang is one of the best high schools in the city and some students have achieved some prestigious awards in research. The methods in carrying the community service were by delivering important points on trade secrets, discussion session, and post-test. Based on the post-test answers, almost all students understood the urgency of trade secrets for business and stated that the event was useful.
