Abstract

AbstrakJumlah CPNS yaitu 45 orang, lebih banyak daripada PNS yaitu 40 orang dan keikut sertaan pegawai dalam pelatihan atau diklat yang hanya berjumlah 30 orang dari 85 orang menunjukan kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang masih kurang memadai di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIB Purwokerto sehingga kinerja yang dihasilkan masih kurang maksimal. Tujuanidariipenelitian ini adalah sebagai masukan dan saran bagi instansi melalui analisis ilmiah yang telah dilakukan mengenaiopengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadapokinerja pegawai di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIB Purwokerto. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 orang dan diperoleh 55 orang pegawai sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y= 12,341+1,075X yang bernilai positif dan bermakna setiap penambahan 1% kompetensi maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat 1,075. Uji signifikansi menunjukan sig yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima maka dari itu menunjukan adanya pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIB Purwokerto sebesar 62,0% dan 38,0% lainnya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.AbstractThe number of CPNS is 45 people, more than PNS is 40 people and the participation of employees in training or training which is only 30 people out of 85 people shows the competence of human resources that are still inadequate in Narcotics Prison Class IIB Purwokerto so that the resulting performance is still lacking maximum. The purpose of this research is to provide input and suggestions for agencies through scientific analysis that has been carried out regarding theoinfluence of human resource competence on employee performance in the Narcotics Prison Class IIB Purwokerto. The research method in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study amounted to 85 people and obtained 55 employees as a sample using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study obtained a regression equation, namely Y = 12,341+1,075X which is positive and means that for every 1% addition of competence, the employee's performance will increase by 1.075. The significance test shows that sig is 0.000 <0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, therefore it shows the influence of human resource competence on employee performance in Narcotics Prison Class IIB Purwokerto by 62.0% and 38.0% other performance is influenced by variables other.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji 1) pengaruh penerapan inovasi dan pemasaran hijau secara simultan dan parsial terhadap daya saing;  2) menguji pengaruh Pemasaran Hijau terhadap Daya Saing dengan Inovasi sebagai variable mediasi; 3) implementasi Inovasi dan Pemasaran Hijau pelaku UKM. Melibatkan 81 UKM Unggulan bidang kerajinan dan kuliner, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data analisis jalur, menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan Inovasi dan Pemasaran Hijau baik secara simultan dan parsial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap daya saing. Hasil lain menunjukan bahwa penerapan Pemasaran Hijau berpengaruh positif untuk memperkuat daya saing melalui inovasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelaku UKM. Hal ini berarti pelaku usaha harus mampu menerapkan Pemasaran Hijau melalui sikap atau pola berfikir inovatif karena Pemasaran Hijau menjadi sebuah alternatif strategi yang tidak hanya membantu image perusahaan, tetapi juga memberi nilai tambah.

Abstract

AbstraksiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model mana yang lebih akurat dalam memprediksi imbal hasil saham farmasi yang tercatat di BEI antara tahun 2019 hingga 2021. Apakah  Model Penetapan Harga Aset Modal (CAPM) atau Model Teori Penetapan Harga Aset Modal Harga Arbitrase (APT). Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan sampling tertarget yang mengumpulkan data sekunder  berupa data Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), yaitu data Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dan data harga saham. Selain itu, dikumpulkan pula data sekunder  Bang Indonesia (BI) yaitu data inflasi,  suku bunga, dan data nilai tukar. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan uji beda dua sampel independen.Menggunakan hasil  MAD Mean Absolute Deviation Test untuk mengukur akurasi model CAPM dan APT dalam memprediksi return saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model CAPM lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan model APT.AbstractThis study aims to find out which model is more accurate in predicting returns on pharmaceutical stocks listed on the IDX between 2019 and 2021. Is it the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) or the Arbitrage Price Capital Asset Pricing Theory (APT) Model. This research method is quantitative analysis with targeted sampling which collects secondary data in the form of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) data, namely Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) data and stock price data. In addition, secondary data from Bang Indonesia (BI) was also collected, namely inflation data, interest rates, and exchange rate data. This research technique uses two independent sample differences test. Using the results of the MAD Mean Absolute Deviation Test to measure the accuracy of the CAPM and APT models in predicting stock returns. The results showed that the CAPM model was more accurate than the APT model.

Abstract

Human resources are very important to know in running the wheels of government so that the vision and mission can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to find out what strategies were carried out by the Lurah and employees at the Batunadua Jae village office, Padangsidimpuan City in developing the quality of human resources in this case employees and what were the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the development of human resources. Based on the results of research with interviews with 8 employees, including the Lurah, it was found that human resource development activities have not been running optimally. Of the 8 employees, only 4 people or 50% have implemented or participated in human resource quality development activities. The activities that have been followed include training or technical guidance on public administration and services. Another development is leadership training which is only attended by the Lurah and the Secretary of the Lurah. The supporting factor for the development of the quality of human resources is the number of activities available both by the government and the private sector. The inhibiting factor experienced is the lack of interest and funds needed by employees in participating in human resource quality development activities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan pengaruh secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan  deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 karyawan, dan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi berganda sebesar r = 0, 718 berarti hubungan antara motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan berada pada kategori kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut diperoleh sebesar 71,8%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa besarnya kontribusi ketiga variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 71,8%, sedangkan selebihnya 28,2% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Adapun hasil uji F dapat diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 80,776 > 2,70 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

The main aspect that needs to be considered by the management of every organization in carrying out an activity is Quality of Work Life (QWL) which it can be called quality of work life in Indonesian. This study aims to determine whether the quality of work life affects the performance of the Class IIA Gunung Sindur Special Prison employees. The methodology used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population is all employees of the Class IIA Gunung Sindur Special Prison. Samples were taken using a random sampling technique of 80 people obtained from the Slovin formula. After testing using the F test, it can be concluded that the quality of work life has a very significant effect on employee performance. Descriptive analysis that has been carried out by researchers shows that the performance of employees gets a very good predicate.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important factor in an organization as the holder of control and the main asset to achieve goals in the organization where he works. The phenomenon that occurs is that village officials are less disciplined when working, village officials come and go not according to the rules of working hours, lack of communication between col-leagues when carrying out activities. This study aims to determine the effect of monitoring and performance evaluation on the work productivity of village officials in all villages in the Belitang Mulya District. The research method used is quantitative. Data were analyzed using Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination, t-Test, and F Test. The results showed that there was a signif-icant effect of performance evaluation on work productivity and there was a significant effect of monitoring and evaluation of performance on work productivity.

Abstract

The readiness of human resources is the most critical support in developing halal tourism. Competence of human resources as strength. Several studies have used social cognitive theory in building human competence. However, it is rare to use a social cognitive theory approach to work as worship. This study aims to determine the achievement of human development competencies in Halal Tourism. This study uses a social cognitive theory approach with Islamic values, namely Islamic Self-Efficacy. The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents who came from the tourism-driving community in Terban Kudus. The analysis used multiple regression with SPSS to test the effect of Islamic self-efficacy on human resource competence. As a result, it is known that the behavior of believing in destiny, halal knowledge, and workplace spirituality simultaneously and partially affect the competence of halal tourism ambassadors. This study reveals the existence of Islamic Self-efficacy in building human resource competence in the field of halal tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and company size on the value of manufacturing companies in various sectors and asset groups as a fundamental analysis tool in investment decisions. The object of research is a manufacturing compa-ny listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. 117 companies were selected using the purposive sampling method. The research data is secondary data, namely audited financial reports obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression. Simultaneously capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size have a signifi-cant effect on firm value. Partially, capital structure, profitability, li-quidity, and company size show different results with different effects on the firm value both for manufacturing as a whole, as well as by sec-tor and asset group.

Abstract

Community empowerment refers to the ability of people to have access to productive resources that enable them to increase their income, both goods and services. This empowerment process does not appear automatically but grows and develops based on the interaction of the local community and with outsiders. This study used a qualitative research approach with an interview method which was conducted by interviewing 3 related respondents namely village heads, economic activity actors, and batik craftsmen. The author finds compatibility between village empowerment and programs that have been created through the implementation of local wisdom-based village empowerment managed by Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) for the village which provides community guidance to be able to learn batik, manage UMKM and digitize promotional media that make villages more advanced and prosperous society. After conducting more intense research analysis, in the end, this village empowerment is the most important component in the progress of each village, to improve the creative economy in the village, especially Tugu Selatan Village, so that it becomes an inspiration and innovation for other villages to become prosperous villages. in terms of culture, economy, and society. The findings in this study are that Tugu Selatan Village has succeeded in empowering the community for the advancement of the village by maximizing the culture around it and utilizing it as a source of the village's economy.
