Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of implementing ERP in Supply Chain Management with a qualitative approach and measuring demand forecasting quantitatively in UMKM RM Pondok Ciung Tanjungpinang. Data was obtained by the author through direct interviews. Data is managed using the Weighted Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing formulas which will then be tested for error rates. The findings of this study are that RM Pondok Ciung uses Majoo as a Point of Sales (POS) system and the method that is suitable for demand forecasting is the exponential smoothing method which is tested with Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Error (MSE).

Abstract

The This writer aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Cap Lang Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Oil at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 61 people consisting of customers at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor who filled out the questionnaires that were distributed. Data collection techniques by means of field research as for observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothetical tests, namely partial tests and simultaneous tests. The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions. The research results obtained (1) multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.387 + 0.289 + 0.426 and (2) simultaneous hypothesis f test with fcount of 67.378 with a ftable value of 3.156 meaning there is a significant influence between product quality (X1) and brand image (X2) there is a purchase decision (Y). (3) There is a partial effect of product quality with product quality getting a value of t: 2.503 and brand image partially with a value of t: 2.731. Thus it can be concluded that product quality and brand image influ-ence the purchasing decision of Cap Lang Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Oil at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the Influence of the Training Program on Employee Work Performance at the UPTP Office of the South Makassar I Region, the method in this study was collecting data through questionnaires and observation. The population in this study were 40 employees. With a sample of 40 employees, the results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership behavior, transactional, and work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the context of non-profit organizations or communities (NPO) in Indonesia. Referring to the judgment sampling technique, the amount of primary data obtained is as many as 120 employees who work at NPO in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. To verify the research hypothesis, a structural equation modeling technique based on partial least squares was applied. The results show that transformational, transactional leadership, and work engagement affect OCB. The results of this study may be useful for NPO leaders and supervisors, especially regarding the influence of leadership behavior on the work results of human resource assets. Due to the limited amount of research conducted on leadership in non-profit organizations, this research contributes theoretically and empirically to the leadership literature as it is the first study to investigate the two leadership styles on work-related outcomes and work engagement in the non-profit sector.

Abstract

The development of the internet has popularized Digital commerce (e-commerce). There are various types online marketplaces with unique customer bases. Customers develop preferences or choices for certain online marketplaces over competitors. This research is to find out the choice variables that can influence. This study looks at online parameters that affect user experience when shopping. Included in this research are the discoveries of neuroscience, a type of limbic system that is basically similar to a client's personality. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the customer's limbic personality, and regression analysis using the SPSS application was used for online shopping attitudes. The research subject is an online shop with Zalora marketplace. The author uses the snowball method to collect data into Google Forms. The total of all respondents is 36 people. Zalora types of emotional types found as joy and pleasure. Zalora Limbic Map is a fantasy/entertainment system for balance. The most important aspects of brand identity are interaction, quality of information, usability, entertainment and personalization of customer preferences when shopping with Zalora. The SPSS partial test results show that the personalization variable significantly influences Zalora's marketplace preferences. In addition, the usability variable and the domain name affect it negatively, although not significantly. The model can explain consumer preferences for the Zalora marketplace by 63.7%.

Abstract

Globalisasi influence human behavior in the sphere of life. Changes in people's behavior include lifestyle, one of which is the desire to use foreign products. This study wanted to determine how ethnocentric consumers were among Trilogi University students, who numbered 2,289. To assess consumer ethnocentrism use CETSCALE as a measure. With the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, the results showed that their opinions on ethnocentricism in the form of protectionism, socio-economic conservatism, and ultra-nationalism affected the unwillingness to buy foreign products, and opinions about nationalism did not affect the unwillingness to buy foreign products.

Abstract

This research aims at product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The sampling technique used was purposive sample, that is people who have eaten at a pizza hut restaurant with a total of 125 respondents used by deploying google form. Hypothesis testing using a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The test results prove that product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Interview observation activities with MSME traders conducted by fe-male students from the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang have given questions to one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterpris-es (MSMEs), especially in Karawang City, namely the Bakso Malang company. This business has branches and one of its marketing areas is Citra Kebun Mas Housing, Karawang. This business is a very popular food for the people of Indonesia, the product categories sold are meat-balls, egg meatballs, plain chicken noodles, small chicken meatball noo-dles, chicken meatball noodles, chicken egg meatball noodles. the pur-pose of this study was to determine the increase in financial manage-ment capabilities in UMKM - Bakso Malang. This research was con-ducted on March 29 2023 at Citra Kebun Mas Karawang Housing Complex. This type of research is descriptive. The results of the study show that generally MSME meatball owners in the Karawang city area do not have adequate financial knowledge. There are still obstacles for business people in terms of knowledge and awareness to keep records and financial reports. Business people tend to think that only by collect-ing proof of transactions and keeping records. Therefore, many MSME sellers do not make financial reports because they are considered to be costly and time consuming.

Abstract

Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) adalah badan hukum publik yang dibentuk atas amanah Undang-Undang Nomor 34 tahun 2014 tentang pengelolaan keuangan haji. Salah satu tujuan pengelolaan keuangan haji adalah untuk meningkatkan manfaat bagi kemaslahatan umat Islam melalui program kemaslahatan. Program kemaslahatan BPKH didanai oleh nilai manfaat Dana Abadi Umat dan merupakan kegiatan bantuan sosial sebagaimana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) perusahaan, sesuai ketentuan undang-undang program kemaslahatan meliputi kegiatan pelayanan ibadah haji, pendidikan dan dakwah, kesehatan, sosial keagamaan, ekonomi umat, serta pembangunan sarana dan prasarana ibadah. Program kemaslahatan BPKH merupakan hal baru yang hadir sebagai bentuk lain dari Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) perusahaan ditengah-tengah ekosistem filantropi Islam Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan studi literature dan komparasi atas manajemen pengelolaan nilai manfaat Dana Abadi Umat sebagai program kemaslahatan umat dan manajemen pengelolaan dana ZISWAF (Zakat Infak Sedekah dan Wakaf) untuk kemaslahatan umat. Selain keberadaan dana ZISWAF, nilai manfaat Dana Abadi Umat melalui program kemaslahatan diharapkan memiliki peranan penting kedepan sebagai salah satu solusi dana sosial untuk mengurangi kemiskinan dan kebodohan di tanah air melalui kegiatan pendidikan dan dakwah serta pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Oleh karena itu, peranan manajemen pengelolaan nilai manfaat Dana Abadi Umat yang transparan, syariah dan akuntabel menjadi sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap secara empiris pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas dengan pemberian kredit sebagai variabel intervening pada Koperasi Kokaryasa periode 2011 - 2020. Dan penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sumber data sekunder dari buku laporan Rapat Anggota Tahunan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan modal kerja berpengaruh terhadap pemberian kredit secara positif dan signifikan, modal kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan arah hubungan negatif, Pemberian kredit berpengauh langsung signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, pada model keseluruhan diketahui bahwa pemberian kredit memediasi pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas secara positif dan signifikan. Adapun yang menjadi pembeda dengan penelitian lain adalah di mana pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian menggunakan variabel intervening pemberian kreditsebagai pemediasi pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas.
