The Wave Catcher Shore Protection Dual-Slope (WCSP-DS) model in this study is a model of a dual function beach building as a beach protector and a catcher of wave energy, which has two walls, namely upright and inclined walls with an angle of 45°. The WCSP-DS building also has a reservoir at its top to accommodate wave runoff (overtopping). This study aims to determine the reflection in front of the model with variations in the freeboard height of the Wave Catcher Shore Protection Dual-Slope (WCPS-DS) building in a zigzag position. The test was carried out using a 1:20 scale 3D physical model at the Coastal and Environmental Engineering Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University, Makassar. Simulation and data acquisition were carried out in a wave basin measuring 15 meters long, 10 meters wide using a regular wave generation system and the wave height data on the wave probe was recorded automatically. The simulation was carried out with 5 variations of freeboard height on 3 variations of waves, namely wave height and period and 3 variations of water depth. The results showed that there was a significant effect of freeboard height, wave steepness and water level position on WCSP-DS vertical wall height or water depth relative to the wave reflection coefficient in front of the model. The value of the reflection coefficient (Kr) in the relationship between freeboard height and water depth (Fb/d) at a depth of 0.4 meters (d/z = 1.143) ranges from 0.42 – 0.74, at a depth of 0.35 meters (d /z = 1) ranged from 0.44 – 0.74 and at a depth of 0.3 meters (d/z = 0.857) ranged from 0.35 – 0.71.

The identity of the village as a tourism village is not only formal, but more than that, it must be able to be accounted for in its operational context. This operational context requires support from all parties so that the sustainability of the tourist village can be maintained. The thing that needs to be considered in the development of a tourist village is the sustainability of its potential. Because the purpose of a tourist village is to provide an opportunity for the community providing tourism to take part in their assets, not just being a spectator to tourism activities whose profits are enjoyed by investors (not local people). Therefore, it is necessary to identify the tourism potential that exists in Paksebali village before making arrangements that pay attention to the hospitality aspect and also the sustainability of natural, cultural and other potentials for the welfare of the local community. The problem that arises in the Paksebali Tourism Village is that the tourist attractions are far apart so that efficient circulation is very important in planning the master plan on a macro basis. And on a micro scale, the need for tourism support facilities that are hospitality and are responsible for the tourism potential available as a sustainable concept.

Economic development in urban areas indirectly changes the function of residential areas into commercial areas. Along with the development of the function of the Gajah Mada area, the threat of decreasing the visual quality of Jalan Gajah Mada as an artifact of the corridors of the Denpasar Old Town area naturally cannot be avoided. The need for increased trading space, high building density, development of economic functions that are more commercial in nature due to the demands of profit and modernization as well as a slum environment can also eliminate the visual character of the physical corridor of Jalan Gajah Mada which still retains the characteristics of Balinese architecture and the image of Kota Tua because Therefore, it is necessary to study the visual characteristics of the physical corridors of Jalan Gajah Mada so that directions regarding the arrangement should be considered in accommodating changes in the physical corridors so that they remain visually aligned. This research method is a type of descriptive research using qualitative methods. Descriptive research is a research that aims to provide a systematic, factual, accurate description of the facts and characteristics of the population so that it can produce the physical characteristics of the Jalan Gajah Mada corridor as seen from the path elements, architectural patterns and street trees that surround the corridor.

Concrete is widely used for buildings because of its high compressive strength. Reinforced concrete must be able to withstand water infiltration into the concrete. This is to prevent the infiltration of corrosive ions with water that cause corrosion attacks on the reinforcement. One type of concrete that can reduce the infiltration of water into the concrete is Self Compacting Concrete (SCC). SCC generally uses a very small water cement ratio, so it can reduce water infiltration into the concrete. SCC is not enough to cover with corrosion attack significantly. The use of added calcium stearate has been shown to significantly reduce corrosion attack on concrete reinforcement. Unfortunately, the effect of calcium stearate usage on the bond strength of reinforcement and concrete has not been well studied. This study aims to determine the effect of calcium stearate on 20 MPa concrete with doses of 0, 1, 5 and 10 kg/m3 on the pull out capcity and failure pattern of the concrete. The tests carried out include the compressive strength test and the pull out capacity. The results showed that the average pull out capacity with the addition of calcium stearate 0, 1, 5, and 10 kg/m3 were 5.78, 4.08, 3.83, and 3.45 MPa, respectively. The type of failure that occurs when the maximum load is reached is a splitting failure.

East Bogor District has 6 Village Office with an area of 10.15km2. The increase in population growth and development in the area has also increased the movement of traffic flow into and out of the area, causing several problems especially in reducing the performance of road sections that cause traffic congestion on road sections. This study aims to create a model of the generation and attraction generated by land uses such as the Education Building, Industrial Estate, Traditional Markets and Supermarkets. Located in the district. Data processing is carried out with the calculation method of transportation analysis using MKJI 2017. Then it uses (Trip Generation Manual) and then modeled in (Saturn Software). The number of Stitches and Pulls in the area studied was found to be 91.82 trips / hour. With the level of road services with a range of C to F. Then the design equation of transportation modeling for East Bogor sub-district in 2019 is Y = 11,790 + 1,098 (X) then in 2025, Y = 2963.66 + 0.840 (X). This proves that if there is no improvement and improvement of road network infrastructure, and efforts to procure an adequate road-based mass public transport system, it will add to the decline in performance of road segments in the region in the future.

Motorcycles produce a variety of sounds. Sound is synonymous with noise. Noise is big enough to have an impact on the comfort of a place that is directly related to the highway. The distance between the hospital building and the road must be taken into account. This distance is important for the realization of patient comfort in the hospital/treatment room. The volume of motorcycles, light vehicles and heavy vehicles must be controlled, especially those passing through schools/places of worship/hospitals. Traffic flow/volume of motorcycles, light vehicles and heavy vehicles have a significant effect on noise. The calculation results obtained the largest equation on the fourth day of research at the third point (sound level meter2), with a contribution of 34.22% at y = 59.11 + 0.3x1 - 0.1x2 - 0.17x3. This equation means that if there is no decrease in the volume of motorcycles, light vehicles and heavy vehicles, the noise level in SLM2 is 59.11dBA. If there is an increase in the volume of motorcycles, light vehicles and heavy vehicles, the noise significantly affects. The results of the second equation from the calculation of the first day at the third point (sound level meter3) with a contribution of 19.30% based on the equation, y = 60.54 + 0.01x1 – 0.01x2 + 0.08x3. This means that if there is an increase in the volume of the motorcycle, the noise on the SLM3 is 60.54dBA. From the results obtained, there has been a decrease in the volume of motorcycles, light vehicles and heavy vehicles that pass through RS Hermina Bogor during the Covid-19 pandemic, because many hospital visitors/users do not travel or self-isolate at home. Decrease in the number of motorized vehicles that pass in front of the hospital. RS Hermina Bogor reached 45%.

The pile of garbage is getting higher and land is starting to be limited at the Mandung TPA in Tabanan Regency to accommodate all the volume of incoming waste. The government's efforts to overcome the waste problem are by implementing independent waste management starting from the village through the TPS3R program. Currently, out of 133 villages in Tabanan Regency, only 11 villages have implemented and have TPS3R. One of the 11 TPS3R is the TPS3R KMS Bayu Suci in Batannyuh Village, Marga District. This study aims to determine the suitability of the capacity of the waste management site at TPS3R KSM Bayu Suci based on the standard of space requirements referring to the Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Labor-Intensive Activities of the Directorate General of Human Settlements 2020. The importance of this research is to anticipate future problems that arise due to an increase in the volume of waste. but both in terms of processing equipment and land is not sufficient. The results of this study will show the extent and number of ideal equipment needed in maximizing the TPS3R program. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method by describing descriptively the data obtained in the field. The main data were obtained from the management of the Bayu Suci KSM and the Tabanan Regency Environmental Service. Based on the results of the study, that the minimum area of land required to maximize the service of TPS3R KSM Bayu Suci is 402 m2 with a minimum composting area of 201 m2. The composting system uses the drum method of 840 units. Based on current conditions, TPS3R KSM Bayu Suci has met the minimum land standard suitability by having a land area of 500m2, but it is still lacking in terms of hangar area for composting area which is only 75 m2 and the need to improve infrastructure to maximize waste processing services.
