The digital era is currently affecting activities in the world of training. This study investigates the challenges training institutions face in accelerating the availability of online classes for today's trainees. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. A total of 126 participants came from graphic design training participants. Then, the data collected in this study was by distributing a 4-scale questionnaire, pretest-posttest assessment, and using a Likert Scale observation sheet with five scales (0-4). The results showed that the participants had a reasonable opinion of the availability of online classes at training institutions on the aspects of mastery of the material by the instructor, the accuracy of the presentation, the relevance of the training content, and its suitability for the needs of the training participants. The significance value based on age range, gender, and graduate status is 0.863, 0.094, and 0.107. The results of the pretest-posttest assessment also increased when using online classes. Positive results also impact training participants in understanding graphic design material as a whole with the availability of online courses at training institutions. The presence of this online class has had many positive influences in all aspects but still needs improvement because there are challenges that need to be resolved by the Training Institute. The faster the availability of online classes at the Training Institute, the quicker the fulfillment of training needs.

Implementing Distance Learning (PJJ) caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has triggered a shift in education from traditional to digital on various fronts, including practicum. The virtual laboratory can be an alternative to practical learning. It still has several areas for improvement, such as the unavailability of direct feedback. It is not optimal for improving higher-order thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Inquiry Intelligent Tutoring System (Inq-ITS) in improving Biology learning outcomes. This research is quantitative and uses quasi-experimental techniques. This research will be applied to students of the Faculty of Engineering, Sampoerna University. Quasi-experimental research methods were used to answer research questions. Data collection techniques use several instruments: pretest, posttest, and practicum results reports. Data analysis using N-gain. From the results of calculating the product's effectiveness, an N-gain of 0.76 is obtained. Therefore, Inq-ITS is very effective in improving Biology learning outcomes. This research is still limited to the Inq-ITS application. It is necessary to carry out further research on ITS by measuring using other applications. This research implies that students are better able to solve HOTs questions and make better practicum reports.

Learning physics requires understanding the concept so that students can analyze the relationship between concepts to explain a natural phenomenon. However, students need clarification and help to understand and analyze physics concepts. So to train to understand, students need self-directed learning. This study aims to analyze students' conceptual understanding, learning independence, and the effect of student learning independence on students' conceptual understanding of straight motion in blended learning. The sample in this study was 22 students of class X. The method in this study was a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest group design. The instrument used in data collection is a test. Data were analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon test and the one-sample T-test. The study results show that blended learning can significantly improve students' conceptual comprehension abilities and learning independence in straight-motion material. It is because students can learn independently during the learning process, so they are more active, creative, and independent in understanding a concept. Learning with blended learning influences understanding concepts, and understanding concepts affects students' self-directed learning.

Today's findings must refer to the four attributes of 21st-century learning: specific reasoning and critical thinking, imagination, progress, joint effort, and correspondence. 21st-century learning requires discoveries that are open and versatile to today's changing mechanical events. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the types of technology used by teachers to support the sociology learning process. In this study, the method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were surveys and interviews referring to questionnaires and interview guidelines as research instruments. The research subjects consisted of 145 high school students. The data obtained will then be analyzed interactively with 4 stages. The research results show that 95% of students are identified as having a smartphone. It is also supported by regulations at school that allow the use of smartphones for learning activities. It is just that this opportunity has challenges where students still tend to use smartphones to play games (48% of student respond). Seeing these opportunities and challenges, smartphones are a type of technology that can be optimized for sociology learning activities independently and in groups. Thus students can divert the use of smartphones as a means of playing, becoming a tool to support learning facilitated by the teacher.
