Abstract

The phenomenon of declining purchasing decisions can be seen from the fact that sales targets have not been achieved, product quality is not good, prices are not competitive, and promotional strategies are not yet attractive. This study aims to analyze the contribution of product quality, price, and promotion factors to the purchase decision of Toyota Innova at PT Perintis Perkasa. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. This study involved a sample of 131 consumers who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by providing an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. In addition to questionnaires, data were also collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the significance obtained was 0.001 (Sig < 0.05). These results indicate that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on these results, it can be concluded that, partially and simultaneously, product quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant contribution to purchasing a car with the Toyota Innova brand at PT Perintis Perkasa.

Abstract

From a utilitarian point of view, this research aimed to examine and assess the fifth draft of the KUP law, which plans to increase tariffs and the imposition of VAT on goods and services that should be excluded. By conducting a prescriptive analysis using the normative method, the results of this study found that the VAT rate would be increased to 12% with a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 15%. And in general, this policy can violate the principles of utilitarianism because it tends to injure social welfare. However, if VAT is only set on certain goods and services that are more exclusive to subsidize goods and services consumed by the poor, it will gain legitimacy in utilitarianism.

The samples in this study were 10 state-owned enterprises companies (BUMN) in the finance and insurance sector, which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020. The technique used in the study was purposive sampling. The results show that Rentability significantly affects the Company's Value.  Based on the calculated t value (3,955) > table t (0.677) and the Sig value (0.000) < 0.05. The GCG (Good Corporate Governance) is able to moderate the influence of Rentability on the company value based on the calculated t value (8,096) > t table (0.677), and the Audit Committee based on the calculated t value (8,332) > t table (0.677). Rentability is able to explain the variable variation in the company value based on the R2 value of 28.5% and GCG (Independent Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee) is able to strengthen the relationship between rentability and the company's value to 47.7%.

From the results of the analysis that the researchers did, it can be seen that the results of the Simple Linear Regression test show that Based on table 4.20 above, it can be understood that: Constant a = 3.936 and coefficient b = 0.441 so that the simple regression equation becomes Y = 0.441 + 3.936X constant a is 3.936 The regression coefficient for X is 3.936 which states that each addition of one unit of X variable will increase consumer satisfaction by 0.441 or 44.1%, the coefficient is positive. While the results of the hypothesis test show that tcount on employee performance is 4,328 at degrees of freedom (df) = N-2 = 43-2 = 41, then the ttable is determined at 1.217. So it can be concluded that tcount > ttable (4,328 > 1,217). Then it can be concluded that tcount > ttable (4,328 >1.217).
