Abstract

Investasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan dana yang dimiliki, dan pada waktu tertentu dana yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan manfaat sesuai dengan harapan tujuan investasi. Tujuan investasi adalah untuk memperoleh kompensasi dari sejumlah uang yang diinvestasikan dalam suatu periode tertentu, kecuali karena inflasi, serta karena ketidakpastian pembayaran di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profil risiko, perilaku diversifikasi, kesiapan pensiun terhadap keputusan investasi, faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari regulasi dan teknologi informasi terhadap keputusan investasi serta mengetahui pengaruh profil risiko, perilaku diversifikasi, kesiapan pensiun, regulasi, dan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif; populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) Bank Mandiri Provinsi Bali dengan sampel sebanyak 100 nasabah dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan program SPSS for Windows versi 2.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang terdiri dari profil risiko berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Perilaku Diversifikasi dan Kesiapsiagaan Pensiun berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi; faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari regulasi dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Dan literasi keuangan tidak dapat memoderasi profil risiko dan perilaku diversifikasi terhadap keputusan investasi. Sebaliknya, literasi keuangan dapat memediasi kesiapan pensiun, regulasi, dan teknologi informasi pada keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Insurance is insurance or agreement between two parties, the first party is required to pay contributions or premiums while the second party is required to provide guarantees to the first party if something bad happens to the insured participant or object. In addition to the community, insurance is also used by companies as a step to make investments to minimize losses that may occur in the future. This indicates that insurance has become an important part for every company. This study aims to empirically examine the role of peer influence and service quality on purchasing decisions of insurance products. The research method used is causal quantitative because the data used are quantitative data and the research variables have a causal relationship. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is to use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM analysis is used because SEM has the ability to measure latent variables that are not directly measured but through the estimation of indicators or parameters. The results show that peer influence and service quality have an effect either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions. This means that in order to increase sales of insurance products, it is important for management to pay close attention to the variables of peer influence and service quality.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, teknologi semakin maju, tidak bisa dipungkiri kehadiran internet semakin dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Media sosial memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal, media sosial, dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas UKM Mitra Binaan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Kota Medan. Tingkat produktivitas UKM disebabkan oleh kurangnya modal, media sosial, dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 677 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 87 dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan nilai toleransi 10%. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial modal, media sosial dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas UKM mitra binaan PN III. Secara simultan permodalan, media sosial dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas UKM mitra binaan PN III. Dengan demikian, implementasinya diasumsikan memiliki hubungan atau keterkaitan dengan produktivitas UKM. Permodalan, media sosial dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas UKM binaan PN III Kota Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja, variabel komunikasi internal, dan variabel manajemen perubahan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Phillips Seafoods selama era Covid 19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT Phillips Seafoods. Objek penelitian ini berfokus pada variabel disiplin kerja, komunikasi internal, manajemen perubahan, dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel change management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan secara simultan variabel manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. variabel disiplin kerja, komunikasi internal, dan manajemen perubahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan transportasi yang semakin pesat, persaingan yang semakin ketat juga mendorong para pelaku bisnis untuk terus berinovasi dalam membuat strategi pemasaran guna menarik perhatian pelanggan dan menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Pelanggan tidak hanya menilai produk dan layanan berdasarkan kualitasnya, tetapi juga melalui strategi pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran dapat dilakukan secara agresif melalui pendekatan experiential dan pendekatan emosional kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh experiential marketing dan emotional marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan showroom LGS. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 230 pelanggan showroom LGS dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 pelanggan showroom LGS yang pernah melakukan pembelian berulang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengolahan data regresi linier berganda yang telah memenuhi syarat validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis parsial uji-t, dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS versi 24). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa experiential marketing dan emotional marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di showroom LGS.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises play an important role worldwide, in both developed and developing countries. A big part of the problem of small businesses today is competing and maintaining their business among competitors. This study aims to generate a theme of competitiveness from textual data by introducing topic modelling as a research approach. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses a quantitative approach and descriptive analysis using the Mallet Topic Modelling program as an analytical tool. Ten themes have been identified, including two topics Understanding Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Networks; and Conditions of Industry and Learning Organizations have the highest proportion of topic composition. These topics are used to understand the competitive factors between internal and external small businesses. This study uses the Mallet Topic Modelling Tool program, and ten factors of small business competition can be identified. The results of this study can provide a new area for future research directions. At the same time, entrepreneurs and business people can obtain competitive factors suitable for their business s sustainability.

Abstract

Honda has become a market leader that has never been displaced from its position as the top leader in a motorcycle manufacturer with high sales. However, in recent years Honda's position has been shifted by Yamaha. The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution of the percentage of frequency on the satisfaction of using a Honda motorcycle. This type of research includes experimental research in the form of quasi-experiments. This study uses a descriptive method with a survey approach and uses a random sampling technique. The survey in this study was conducted through information gathering techniques by compiling a list of questions (questionnaires) to be submitted to respondents. The number of samples used is 57 respondents, with an error rate of 10%. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The study results are motorcycle user satisfaction at the Tunas Jaya Abadi Motor Palangka Raya dealer, seen from the product quality dimension. It is known that users are more interested in attractive Honda motorcycle design indicators. From the price dimension, it is known that most of the users are satisfied. For the price marketed at the Tunas Jaya Abadi Motor Palangka Raya dealer. From the dimension of service quality, users are pretty satisfied with the service at the Fleet Tunas Jaya Abad dealer. From the emotional factor dimension, it is known that users are satisfied with the service at the Tunas Jaya Abadi Motor dealer. Concluded that the frequency distribution percentage significantly affects the satisfaction of Honda Tunas Jaya motorcycle users.

Abstract

Islamic banks are a combination of conventional and sharia practices carried out in banking operations, different cultures will give birth to a dynamic condition. The main problem as described above is that employee performance is identical to Islamic values, this is caused by too much workload so that they have to continue to work beyond reasonable working hours or overtime. The number of employees who are absent due to various reasons. This study examines how religiosity, work stress on employee performance, and the effect of workload moderating variables on the relationship between religiosity and performance in Islamic banks in Pasuruan City. Data were distributed through questionnaires and in-depth interviews to 70 employees of Islamic Banks in Pasuruan City, East Java Province, Indonesia. Data collection through questionnaires was processed with SmartPLS data analysis. The results showed that religiosity had a positive and significant effect on work stress and employee performance, job stress had no significant effect on performance, and workload as a moderating variable weakened the influence of religiosity on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the level of customer satisfaction with opening an account without using a BNI SONIC machine and using BNI SONIC, as well as the effect of implementing BNI SONIC on improving service quality at BNI in Bali. This quantitative research used a questionnaire method filled in via Google Form. The data analysis technique used the Independent Sample T-Test. The results showed: (1) The level of quality of BNI customer service in opening an account by BNI Manual showed that the category of quality for customer service was “Very Low” before the implementation of BNI SONIC. (2) The level of customer service quality after the implementation of BNI SONIC, showed that results in the "Very High" quality category. (3) Based on the results of Independent Sample T-Test, there is a significant difference between the average results of the service quality of BNI Manual and BNI SONIC.

Abstract

The problem that often arises is role conflict. The existence of role conflict in an agency certainly dramatically affects the performance of its employees. Role conflicts can occur due to differences in commitment, inappropriate communication language, character, ethics, and individual behavior in social relationships and job competition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work role suitability and role conflict on the performance of administrative employees at State Vocational Schools in Buleleng Regency. This type of research is ex-post facto quantitative research. The subjects in this study were administrative employees, while the object of this study was the suitability of work roles, role conflicts, and performance of administrative employees. The population in this study were all administrative employees totaling 195 respondents with the Slovin formula calculation formula. The data collection technique used a questionnaire method which was filled in via Google Forms with a Proportional Random Sampling system. The data analysis technique used Path Analysis Test. The results of the study show: first, work role congruence and role conflict have a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance variables. Second, the suitability of work roles to administrative role conflicts shows that the suitability of work roles has a positive and significant direct effect on role conflicts. Third, the suitability of work roles on the performance of administrative employees shows that Role Conflict has a positive and significant direct effect on performance. Fourth, role conflict on administrative employee performance because the Role Conflict variable has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance.
