Abstract

The determination of the cost of renting a room at the Hotel Tampiarto Probolinggo is currently still using traditional methods that lack accuracy. Time driven activity-based costing method can solve these problems by presenting an accurate cost of room rental. This study aims to calculate and present hotel room rental prices with the time driven activity-based costing method and to find out the difference between the traditional method and the time driven activity-based costing method. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subject of this study is the rental price of all rooms at Hotel Tampiarto Probolinggo. The results of calculations and analysis in this study indicate that the calculation of the cost of renting a hotel room with the Time Driven Activity Based Costing method can be applied by Hotel Tampiarto because the results show that the allocation of costs for each activity based on the time required produces a more accurate and efficient cost of renting a room with the average efficiency rate of each room is 8% to 30% of the current price of traditional methods.With the cost of goods using the time driven activity based costing method, management can make business strategies to increase room rental income by making new strategies, especially for the type of room with the lowest sales level with cheaper room rental costs.

Abstract

Based on the results of a survey about teenage pregnancy of 7 adolescents aged 13-15 who were pregnant before marriage, who were still educated SLTP when pregnancy occurred. Early marriage is the most phenomenal symptom that often invites negative social stigma for society. Based on that, early marriage is an arranged marriage or marriage involving two parties between a man and a woman under the age of 18 years, which will usually give rise to negative stigma from the surrounding environment. Purpose of this study is to know people's views on early marriage and to know the level of social stigma against early marriage. Research method used in this research is qualitative research method, the approach used in this research is phenomenology. The study was conducted in Samarinda and several interviews were conducted in direct interaction with four subjects who had had early marriages in their teens or schools. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The study subjects numbered 4 people. The results show factors that led to the subject of B.C. marrying young were due to parental and cultural factors. The factor that causes MAF subjects to have early marriage is the presence of pregnancy factors outside of marriage. RS gets a negative response from the surrounding environment and the factors that cause social stigma in subject RS. are the presence of knowledge and education. The reason AR married young are due to the parental factor.

Abstract

Pemerintah Kota merupakan salah satu subjek yang mulai berkiprah di dunia internasional. Di sisi lain, kota dipandang sebagai lembaga dalam 'global governance' yang bekerja sama untuk memecahkan masalah global secara global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kota Bandung dalam menampilkan dirinya sebagai subjek hubungan internasional melalui implementasi kerjasama sister city antara kota Bandung dan kota Forth Worth dalam program International Leadership Academy (ILA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan kerangka konseptual yang digunakan terdiri dari konsep kerjasama internasional dan konsep sister city. Sejak tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2021 delegasi kota Bandung yaitu siswa SMA didampingi oleh pengawas dan karyawan mengikuti program ILA yang diadakan setiap tahun di Kota Fort Worth. Kehadiran delegasi ini mewakili Kota Bandung sebagai subjek hubungan internasional. Melalui kegiatan ILA di kota Fort Worth dengan siswa SMA Bandung sebagai delegasinya, kota Bandung dijamin kehadirannya di kancah internasional hampir setiap tahun. Namun sayangnya, Pemerintah Kota Bandung tidak sepenuhnya mendukung kegiatan program pertukaran pemuda ILA yang diadakan di kota Fort Worth. Padahal dukungan ini penting untuk menjaga kelangsungan keberadaan Kota Bandung sebagai subjek dalam hubungan internasional.

Abstract

Health protocols help prevent the transmission of Corona Virus (COVID-19), but the culture of people's adherence to the Covid-19 health protocol in each region is uneven, which is due to the influence of local culture in various blood areas in Indonesia. This study is intended to describe the impact of a culture of adherence to health protocols during a pandemic on students in the Western Indonesia Region. The research approach is quantitative with the type of correlation research, through purposive random sampling, namely 268 students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University class of 2018 and 266 students of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) University UHKBPNP class 2019, a total of 534 samples. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used the Kendall's Taub test. The results obtained a significance value of 0.018 <0.05, that there is a relationship between the cultural variables of adherence to health protocols. The correlation coefficient value is 0.554, that the level of relationship between the cultural variables of adherence to health protocols during the pandemic is strong. The direction of the relationship between variables has a positive value of 0.554. Shows the level of obedience culture experienced by students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education class 2018 at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University and students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education batch 2019 at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University based on health protocols.

Abstract

Technological developments make it easier for employees to carry out work, including archive management employees. Archives undergo changes and developments in electronic form. The development of supporting technology for electronic archive management. This study aims to analyze the use of electronic records to support the effectiveness of employee performance and the factors that support employee performance. This qualitative research uses a descriptive approach. The technique used to collect data is interviews. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. This study uses three stages of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The research subject is the selected resource person, an employee with the position of Customs and Excise Inspector. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of electronic archives supports employee performance. The benefits of using electronic archives include easy and fast use, safe, and time-saving. There are four factors supporting employee performance: the work environment, ability, motivation, and adequate facilities. Factors supporting employee performance in using electronic records are leaders who always encourage employees to learn and develop themselves and a comfortable work environment for employees, human resource capabilities, and adequate facilities and equipment provided by the institution.

Abstract

The current development of technology makes it easier for humans to search for information. Electronic words of mouth (eWOM) or information media through the internet becomes the most widely used media by the public to search for needs, dig information, evaluate alternatives, and make purchasing decisions. After recognizing the needs, the public starts looking for information about the products they need to purchase. The better the review provided by someone, the higher the purchasing interest. This study aims to analyze the effect of eWOM and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative methods. It involved 132 customers aged 18-60 years old who have purchased Argotelo products as samples. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that eWOM affects purchasing decisions. Then, customer satisfaction affects purchasing decisions. Besides, eWOM and customer satisfaction affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam bisnis. TIK adalah teknologi yang digunakan untuk menganalisis, menyimpan, dan menyebarkan informasi, serta mendorong operasi yang saling terkait dan efisien guna mendukung kinerja bisnis yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan pertumbuhan bisnis antara perusahaan yang menggunakan dan tidak menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian dilakukan di Pulau Sumatera, Indonesia. Sumatera dipilih karena meskipun merupakan penyumbang ekonomi terbesar kedua bagi Indonesia setelah Jawa, namun indeks perkembangan TIK-nya rendah dibandingkan dengan wilayah lain. Studi ini memanfaatkan gelombang data publik terbaru dari Survei Perusahaan Bank Dunia untuk Indonesia. Enterprise Survey mensurvei 194 perusahaan di dua provinsi: Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Provinsi Lampung. Chi-square dan Mann-Whitney U Test digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, TIK lebih umum digunakan di perusahaan besar, sementara lebih jarang digunakan di UKM. Pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan yang menggunakan dan tidak menggunakan media email berbeda secara signifikan, sedangkan perbedaan dalam pemanfaatan situs web tidak signifikan. Perbedaan kecil dalam penggunaan situs web dapat dikaitkan dengan semakin populernya perantara dalam platform e-niaga yang inovatif.

Abstract

Indonesia implements a total defense system where this system involves all components of the nation, which in its implementation is carried out according to their respective capabilities and capacities. one manifestation of the universal defense system is the existence of TNI Operational Service activities. As the implementation of the strategic vision, it is one of the regional development activities to create space, equipment, and harsh combat conditions to ward off threats, challenges, obstacles, and disturbances that may arise in the current strategic environmental conditions. This study aims to analyze the vision and mission of national defense and how the National Defense Strategy Policy in the Framework of Creating Tough Space, Tools and Conditions (RAK Juang) to Support National Defense. This type of research is a literature study approach where the data sources used are journals, articles, books, and other relevant sources. The results of the research are that the achievement of goals in the national defense policy, namely creating a vital fighting space, tools and conditions to support national defense, can be realized through TNI Service Operations activities which are carried out in stages, gradually and integrated with local government development programs so that they can reflect the unity of the TNI. The implementation of military operations to create a formidable battle space with physical activities has contributed to the interests of development in the context of prosperity.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keanekaragaman tradisi dan budaya di setiap daerah di Nusantara lahir dari kemajemukan masyarakat dengan ciri khas berbagai sistem hukum adat yang berbeda dengan hukum nasional yang justru dapat memperkaya khasanah hukum nasional Indonesia. Urgensi kajian artikel ini adalah perlu adanya integrasi kebijakan pembentukan regulasi dan pengelolaan di bidang kearifan lokal seperti adat dan tradisi yang terdapat di setiap daerah di Indonesia. Masalah yang dikaji adalah: pertama, mengkaji kebijakan pengembangan adat dan tradisi dalam konteks pluralisme hukum dan kedua, menganalisis konsep hukum sebagai integrator dalam kebijakan adat dan tradisi dalam konteks pluralisme hukum Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, perkembangan adat dan tradisi dalam konteks pluralisme hukum selama ini, hukum negara berada pada posisi ordinat dan kearifan lokal berada pada posisi subordinat, sedangkan telah terjadi marginalisasi kelompok masyarakat hukum adat di Indonesia. kebijakan pengembangan adat dan tradisi; dan kedua, konsep hukum dapat berfungsi sebagai integrator antara kepentingan subsistem dalam kebijakan pengembangan adat dan tradisi dalam konteks pluralisme hukum di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis SWOT pada PT. Elteha International cabang Singaraja dan mengetahui analisis SWOT sebagai dasar bauran pemasaran. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Reduksi Data, Tampilan Data/Penyajian Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan dan Verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Elteha International Singaraja adalah sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang ekspedisi. Penentuan strategi pemasaran menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Data internal dan eksternal diperoleh dari hasil wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan narasumber yaitu pimpinan perwakilan PT. Elteha International Singaraja, karyawan di PT Kerta Gaya Pusaka, hubungannya dengan PT. Elteha International Singaraja dan konsumen tetap di PT. Elteha International Singaraja menyimpulkan sebagai berikut, Faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi kekuatan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pada PT. Cabang Elteha International Singaraja adalah kecepatan dalam pengiriman dibandingkan dengan jasa lainnya, perusahaan juga memiliki kantor yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, selalu memberikan keamanan terhadap barang yang akan dikirim, faktor yang menjadi kelemahan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan di PT. Elteha International cabang Singaraja.
