Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cognitive counseling techniques reframing the mind to improve the self-intraception of high school students Lab. Undiksha Singaraja. The population of this study is all students of class XI SMA Lab.Undiksha. The sample of this research is determined by purposive sampling technique with 7 student. Methods of data collection in research using interview method, diary, and questionnaire self intraception pattern likert scale. Data analysis method for hypothesis test using t-test. The results of this study indicate that cognitive counseling techniques reframing the mind effectively to increase the intraception of students of class XI SMA Lab.Undiksha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-reliance, proactive attitude, and optimism towards coping stress on employees in the Badan Keuangan Daerah Buleleng. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of an interval scale questionnaire, where the populations chosen as respondents were all employees in the Badan Keuangan Daerah Buleleng, amounting to 65 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) structural equation model based on PLSplease (Partial Least Square) variants assisted with SmartPLS 3 software. Proactive attitude has a significant effect on coping stress. Optimism has a significant effect on coping stress. For this reason, in its realization, employees will be able to improve and maintain self-reliance, proactive attitudes, and optimism so that later they will be able to have been well coping stress.

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of the BPJS health in implementing sanitation and environmental health programs as a prevention of Tuberculosis in correctional institute Class II B Mojokerto. The method used is descriptive by presenting a description of the state of the implementation of health services in detail based on the facts that can be interpreted to conclude The results of research showed that the environmental health program that was running less optimally and the absence of a special program to prevent tuberculosis. The tuberculosis prevention program is carried out according to the PPI TB procedure but is not optimal because there are many facilitative and administrative deficiencies

Abstract

The counseling services were created to help people deal with life's problems in more effective ways. Various theories and approaches have been introduced so that practitioners are more confident and have directions in carrying out their duties. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is one the approaches that views individuals have inner strengths and can deal with the problems they are facing in their daily lives. Feeling anxious is everyone's normal emotion. However, for some people, this anxiety can disrupt their life. This concept paper examines whether the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is suitable to be applied for clients who suffer from anxiety issues in life.

Abstract

Terrorism is a problem that requires special handling, one of which is by fostering deradicalization. In Indonesia according to data obtained that de-radicalization is considered unsuccessful because there are still many terrorists who dare to commit acts of terrorism even though many other terrorists have been arrested. One of the indications is like the North Sumatra Poltabes office bombing incident in November 2019 where the Police arrested 74 suspected terrorists involved in the suicide bombing. This study aims to determine the various activities carried out for deradicalisation guidance and to see the achievements of deradicalization coaching .The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with literature study approach. The results show that various activities have been carried out by the government one of them is create BNPT a special institution to manage and implement deradicalization of terorrism prisoners through soft approach to deradicalize terrorist prisoners by reshaping their thinking about the struggle against religion. The conclusion is that the development of deradicalization of terrorist prisoners in Indonesia has been carried out by various parties, but based on the results of this study and previous research is still not optimal so it needs to be reviewed about the type or method of fostering deradicalization that is appropriate.

Abstract

LGBT culture has permeated into Malaysian society. It permeates society regardless of educational background, religion and even to students and Professionals. The purpose of this study is generally to explore the understanding of LGBT among students in an IPTA. Specifically, to research IPTA students? understanding about LGBT issues and inquire into IPTA students? perception among LGBT groups in Malaysia. The participants included a total of fifteen (15) IPTA students pursuing undergraduate studies were selected using the qualitative methodology was based on a semi-structured interview of LGBT issues. The participants consisting of Malays, Chinese and Indians age range 20 to 23. The study was conducted at an IPTA in Malaysia. The results of this study were analysed using the content analysis method of the respondents' actual sentences. The results of the LGBT understanding study have found themes and codes of understanding of LGBT acronyms, same-sex relationships, bisexual relationships, and gender exchange. Themes and codes relating to perceptions of religion are contrary to human nature, contrary to eastern culture and open-minded. The findings of this study can provide an in-depth understanding of LGBT in public institutions and help stakeholders formulate principles and policies to address LGBT issues.

Abstract

Career planning is a process for students to develop and implement an activity in order to achieve the desired career. These activities generally contains a variety of academic activities in accordance with a career. But, there are many students are confused how to plan his career. Based on the planning from the objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the classical counseling services using think pair share technique concerning on the career planning class in X MA Futuhiyyah 2 Mranggen. This research used quantitative methods using true experimental design Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. In this study were taken from two sample classes using cluster random sampling technique. The results of the data pretest-posttest processing test results obtained hepotesis ie = 8.507 ? = 2,000 then from these results we can conclude that there is the enhancement of the classical service technique to think pair share on career planning the students? in X class MA Futuhiyyah 2 Mranggen Demak

Abstract

This research is motivated because of low learning motivation shown by sleepy behavior during class hours, often forgetting assignments given by the teacher, cheating on friends' work, less attractive to him in doing assignments, difficulty understanding lessons, learning if there are exams or tests, discouraging each face difficulties. This research was conducted quantitatively in a quasi-experimental design with the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of class XI Kesatrian 2 Semarang High School. Samples taken in this study were 34 students of class XI IPS 3 which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 17 students and the control group of 17 students. With the determination of research subjects using simple random sampling techniques. The data of this study were obtained through a psychological scale of learning motivation. Then the modeling guidance services provided by the modeling technique are on target and on the right material. This is because students after getting a modeling technique group guidance services can apply effective study habits, able to increase enthusiasm in achieving learning goals. Suggestions for supervising teachers are expected to help the supervising teacher to find out student competencies in enhancing learning motivation.

Abstract

In Law 12 of 1995 concerning Correctional, it is explained that the convict is someone who has obtained permanent legal force from the court for violating the law he commited and placed in a correctional institution. In undergoing their criminal term in correctional institution they receive guidance in order to realize their mistakes, improve themselves, and no longer to repeat their criminal acts, so that they can be readmitted into the community. In the process of their return to the community, many of them were struggled to adapt again, because of  negative stigmatization of the community. The impact is they will find hard to get a decent job, will be exclude from the community, and even worse they will did their crime again. In correctional institution there is a term for recidivist or a term for those ex-convict who have been released but go back again into correctional institution  for repeating their crime. In this case many opinions from outside assume if the coaching process was given did not go well or failed. So in the study will discuss how to disperse the negative stigma of ex-convicts through the implementation results of the guidance that has been given into the community.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who are unable to appreciate friends or other people who are talking, cannot be good listeners, do not speak when meeting other people on the street, do not shake hands with the teacher they meet, students are less able to communicate in good language to the teacher or friend, unable to respond properly when invited to speak. This type of research is a quantitative research design of quasi-experimental from nonequivalent control group design with the pre-test model post-test control group design. The population of this research is the students of class XI Accounting 1, XI Marketing 2, XI Animation SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang. The sampling used in this study is Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis technique used is percentage analysis with t-test. The results of the interpersonal communication scale of the experimental group using the t-test post-test results showed an average of the experimental group of 79.5% and the control group of 71.23%. So that there was an increase in the experimental group by 8.27%. In the calculation of the t-test results obtained at the count (12.99)> t table (2.00). Then the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It was concluded that there was an influence of classical guidance with the two stay two stray method on interpersonal communication of class XI students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang.
