Abstract

Some problems that occur in students related to conformity or join in related to the influence of groups or other parties, conformity related to high risk relationships, such as deviating and discussing the law, this research seeks to find an acceptable fix in a group that is categorized as an appropriate action (part of it). the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of group conformity to the distorted discussion of students looking at the forms of group conformity in students, how to deviate obtained from conformity including bullying, extortion, smoking, beating and canceled cheating during exams, this study uses quantitative research methods in terms of the level of explanation, this study also uses associative forms of causal relations with other objectives to apply the process of confrement to group variables. There are independent and variable variables el in this study are: 1) group conformity 2) deviant motivation, data collection techniques using questionnaires, data collection methods are done by giving separate questions, or asking for help, respondents respond, loosen in the form of data, data analysis of this study is a technique simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. based on the results of the analysis of data techniques with the simple linear regression analysis method the conformity to complaints contributes to 0.069 at the significance level (p <0.05). between group conformity to deviate, in other words the hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

The increase in narcotics abuse in Indonesia has made increase of convicts. In the Correctional Institution, convicts will be given guidance in the form of Therapeutic Community as strategies to aimed and restoring the convicts as before. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Therapeutic Community in the implementation of coaching that can be a reference in the implementation of coaching in the Indonesian Correctional Institution. Implementation of the Therapeutic Community in Corrections Institutions in Indonesia must have the support of various parties in its implementation in order to run well, but in reality the field still has some obstacles in implementing the Therapeutic Community.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the existing level of emotional intelligence among Management and Science University?s (MSU) School of Education and Social Sciences (SESS) students. It will also look at the relationship between intrapersonal and interpersonal level among SESS students. The sample is 100 students that divide by 50 males and 50 females. In this research, it used a survey tool which Emotional Competencies Inventories (ECI). In this research it used inventory with 40 items in it. It is divided to two parts, intrapersonal and interpersonal abilities. First is to recognize emotions categories of self. Second is emotional self-management and lastly personal motivation.  Interpersonal part is consists of two categories, which is the ability to recognize others feelings and the ability to handle relationships effectively. This researcher analyzes the data using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 17.0. The reliability for this instrument (Emotional Intelligent Inventory) is .791. The data was process by using the descriptive statistics of the mean score and the standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relationship between the construct of intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships among the students. The results showed that each of the questions and objectives of the study have been answered. The results of the study also illustrate the level of emotional intelligence among SESS students are at moderate level. This study also discusses the results of the study, future research recommendations and limitations of the study

Abstract

The results of recentt study abaout mental health disorders status showed that 36% experienced mental health disorders in the form of anxiety and women, the incidence rate was higher than men, 61%: 39%. The study was conducted 62 surveys in 12 countries covering 22,790 correctional prison residents found that every 6 months there was a prevalence of psychosis in men 3.7% and women 4% major depression in men 10% and women 12% and personality disorders in men 65% men and 42% women. From these data, many Penitentiary Citizens experience mental health disorders such as stress and sexual deviations. Deviations committed by Penitentiary Members include such as hallucinating / fantasizing, masturbating, and biological violation activities carried out by men and women in Correctional Institutions. This study uses the General Strain Theory theory by Robert Agnew using a quantitative approach. The data collected uses primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires to a predetermined sample of Penitentiary Guards. From the results of the study above the level of risk of deviant behavior of Correctional Guidance Citizens continues to increase along with the increasing level of pressure experienced by Correctional Guidance Citizens.

Abstract

Health for prisoners is very important and good sanitation is a factor in creating health itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the sanitation factors that influence the health conditions of inmates in Bekasi Class IIA Penitentiary. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the cross-sectional approach by comparing independent variables and dependent variables identified only once and at the same time. From the results of the dissemination and evaluation by the prisoners. The results showed that the condition of residential cells in Lapas Class IIA Bekasi was good. This can be seen from the average obtained on the condition of residential cell forging conditions that show a scale above 4, which means the respondents agree that the condition of the residential cell is good. Based on research conducted by researchers in Bekasi Class IIA Lapas, it shows that the sanitation condition of Lapas affects the health conditions of prisoners. Following the concept of the epidemiological triangle of causes and processes of disease occurrence.

Abstract

Problems in the family become an issue that is always discussed in the development of psychological science and counseling. The family as a place to protect, be compassionate, build themselves up for its members often causes many problems. The problem is related to interactions between family members so that it causes conflict. This paper was written using the literature review method. The findings show that interactions that occur within families vary and are prone to conflict. So it is very important for family counseling to handle and develop a family to become a healthy and harmonious family.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to find out what preventative measures to prevent violence between convicts in existing correctional institutions. Penitentiary has a very strategic role in the framework of developing human resources, the implementation of guiding convicts including how conducive conditions are created in their implementation. The method used is normative and empirical juridical methods, namely research emphasizing secondary data by studying and reviewing riot prevention efforts, especially positive legal rules derived from library materials that exist in the legislation regulations, namely Law No. 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections and other related laws. This study uses descriptive analysis research, which is a study that describes and describes the situation or facts that exist about efforts to prevent violence between prisoners in prison and detention centers in Indonesia. The results of this study are known that in correctional institutions the reality is constrained by several things such as, inadequate prison facilities and detention centers, the number of employees or officers who are not in accordance with the number of convicts, the number of convicts that exceeds capacity, the lack of supervision also caused an easy commotion inside the correctional institutes and detention center.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that stress is a global epidemic and that the United Nations (UN) is reporting workplace stress labeled as a 'disease' of the 20th century. The more complex and dynamic an organization is, the higher the source of stress. Work stress comes from many aspects such as job management characteristics, organizational relationships, workload, organizational structure and climate, job characteristics and more. Excessive work stress not only adversely affects the organization but also affects the physical and mental health of employees and family relationships. Failure to control work pressure will also affect job satisfaction. As such, This concept paper analyzes the need to conduct stress and job satisfaction studies among polytechnic lecturers in Malaysia. This analysis is not only intended to catalyze this research, but it also has the potential to assist polytechnic management in developing workplace stress management programs and improving job satisfaction among lecturers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the Self Change character of SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar Students. The low character of self-change of students is very interesting to be discussed and disclosed in a research study. This type of research is Experimental Research, with the design of pretest-group control group design. This research population is all class X of SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar. A sample of 102 students was taken randomly from the class and from the results of the distribution of self-change questionnaires, which were calculated using the T formula. The results of modeling techniques and social skills techniques showed that social skills techniques were effective in increasing self-change characteristics, while Modeling techniques were not effective change. This result is evidenced by the value of Fcount obtained at 29.944 and Ftable of 5.29. Compared to the value of Fcount with Ftable it is found that Fcount> Ftable with a significance level (p)> 0.01, it can be concluded that there are differences in the effectiveness of behavioral counseling between modeling techniques with Skill techniques Social to self change

Abstract

The research background of students' low spiritual life skills and the absence of online teaching materials for practicing spiritual life skills. The research objective is to produce online teaching materials for spiritual life skills that are effective in implementing student counseling services. The development research design was carried out using the ADDIE model. The research subjects of the seventh-grade students of Tunas SMP Swasta Tunas Karya Batangkuis for the 2019/2020 academic year with total of 30 students. The instruments used were questionnaires and interviews, worksheets for practicing spiritual skills. Data analysis techniques were qualitative analysis and the percentage of data analysis. Based on the validation by material experts, it was 75.71% for the category "Valid and the media experts were 86.42% for the" Valid "category. The effectiveness of teaching materials is obtained from the results of the students' practice scores of the students' training showed that 27 people had passed with an average percentage of 85% and achieved very good classification. This study stated that spiritual life skills teaching material is effective for use in counseling services to students.
