Abstract

Abstract- The practice of managing customer loyalty to the organization?s services based on the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is becoming increasingly relevant in the supply chain strategies. It is necessary to study potential consumers, identify their requirements and develop a competent marketing strategy for building mutually beneficial relations of the organization with customers. The development of a mechanism for assessing consumer loyalty to the healthcare facility services, its automation with the help of customer relationship management tools should be methodologically justified. Purpose. The research is aimed at developing a methodological approach to healthcare customer loyalty assessment, including identification of target and profitable segments, regulation of business processes, analysis of the customer database and business environment of an organization to increase the effectiveness of its marketing activities. Systemic research of customer relationships includes the following methods and tools: Data Mining methods with instrumental support of Statistica software, including factor analysis and formation of databases of endogenous and exogenous variables; specification of a mathematical model; correlation analysis; variable multiple linear regression analysis based on the generalized least squares method; model verification using R2-statistics and Fisher (F-test) and Student (t-test) criteria; ABC- and XYZ analysis of revealing customer consumption profiles; the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on expert assessments of the multicriteria problem solution while evaluating the support tools for managing consumer loyalty with a hierarchical structure. The practical and theoretical significance of the results. A methodological approach has been developed to identify healthcare facility (HCF) customer preferences, implemented using a variable multiple linear regression model, including both quantitative (age, number of bed days, etc.) and qualitative (social status, gender, marital status, parental status, education, medical service type) exogenous variables. Consumption profiles of HCF services have been constructed on the basis of their clustering and classification using ABC- and XYZ analyzes. An algorithm for evaluating the support tools of the consumer loyalty analysis has been proposed. The analysis of consumer demand for the organization?s services enables to develop an algorithm for assessing consumer loyalty management information systems, to form a system of indicators characterizing potential customers and their preferences in the medical services market; the most rational and customer-oriented services that reflect the customer?s consumption profile. The results can be used as practical tools for improving the economic efficiency of the organization depending on the cluster dynamics of consumption and changes in personal customer characteristics and CRM-based marketing performance support tools.

Abstract

In accelerating the integration of the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) and realising more equivalent modal splitting, short sea shipping (SSS) has become a progressively important component in IMT-GT transport planning. Over the years, numerous studies have attempted to look into the SSS requirements and to classify the SSS routes which are economically practicable. Interestingly, Ro-Ro services have become one of the interest areas under the SSS operations that have been extensively researched particularly in Europe. Notwithstanding the efforts made to develop successful Ro-Ro operations, there still exists a great potential which has yet to be exploited enough for various reasons. This paper aims to review the key factors which may contribute to successful Ro-Ro SSS operations. Although a myriad of important factors identified by means of empirical studies, a counter argument is that the important determining factors which are required for a particular route or region may not be applicable to another. In Europe and North America, SSS was introduced to divert road freight transportation away from the congested roads as its main purpose, whereas in Southeast Asian countries, SSS has been part of the initiative to ensure the attainment of a well-connected Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) community. However, earlier Ro-Ro operations along some of the routes were not able to sustain and ceased operations after several years. Hence, although important lessons can be learned from the experience of other regions, a more comprehensive study need to be conducted before any Ro-Ro SSS endeavour could be initiated to ensure the important determinants for its success that may be peculiar to a particular region or corridor are identified and addressed.

Abstract

Abstract- Today, human resource is considered as the main asset of organizations and its competitive advantage and is one of the most valuable resources and capital of that organization. The purpose of this paper is to increase the understanding of the challenges and conflicts in sustainable supply chain management through empirical evidence. Therefore, the importance of attracting, retaining and empowering this capital has always been considered by the thinkers. One of the solemn factors in employee management is solving the conflict between them, which has been analyzed in this paper using inferential statistics. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, firstly, the number of items for each component was determined and the initial form of the questionnaire was prepared by evaluating the theoretical foundations and studies, as well as obtaining opinions from some experts. After this stage, several copies of the questionnaire were distributed to a number of experts, and they were asked to express their corrective comments regarding the questionnaire. The results show that there is a significant relationship between avoidance style and teachers performance, and there was no significant relationship between the managers 'mastery style on the teachers' performance.

Abstract

The success of new products is accounted as the superior factor for the accomplishment of companies. The several investigations show that the rate of the failure of new products development has been mentioned as a basic problem in many of companies. One of the reasons of this failure is the high level of concern of the consumers in accepting the new product. The purpose of this research is identifying the effect of these concerns on accepting the new products. This research is practical in terms of purpose and is exploratory survey in terms of methodology. The tool of gathering the information in the stage of identifying the components of personal concerns of consumers is interview and in the stage of testing the hypothesis of research is questionnaire. The population of this research includes consumers of cosmetic product of Payoon trading company. The sample of interview is 23 people and the model of questionnaire is determined by simple random sampling and the formula of determining the volume of Cochran sample is calculated 246 people (the consumers of the products and the expertise). For testing the hypotheses the t-test is used and for ranking these factors the Friedman rating test is used. The results of research show that the fame and reputation has no significant effect on personal concern of users in accepting the new products. Therefore, it has the lowest priority in Friedman rating test. But the other variables including credit, price, product recognition, standards, and ease of use, reliance, and easy accessibility to product have significant effect on personal concerns of consumers in accepting the new product which are mentioned based on the priority of Friedman test.
