Abstract

The occurrence of house fires in densely populated areas has a high-risk level. One of city in Indonesia that has high-risk level of this incident is Bandung City. That high-risk incident cause anxiety community, and also cause many house fire insurance product arise. Insurance product is made to protect consumers from risk and guarantee by a premium. Insurance company formulate premium based on analysis calculation from expected claim, cost, commission, and margin. This paper aims to estimate maximum expected claim using portfolio approach. There are several steps in this research. The first step is resampling the data used Maximum Entropy Bootstrapping (ME Boot). Next, determine threshold value to get extreme data value. Then, conduct Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to fit the data with Generalized Pareto Distribution (GPD). Afterwards, estimate Generalized Pareto Distribution (GPD) parameter. Then, calculate Operational Value-at-Risk (OpVaR Portfolio) as maximum expected claim measurement. The results from this research are the expected maximum claim of IDR. 18.690.352.676,615 for next one year with 95% confidence level. The expected claim result could be used as consideration for house fire insurance products premium that appropriate for Bandung City community.

Abstract

Abstract— Although  several  studies  have  explored  the  relationship  between  the  operation  and performance  of  a  supply  chain  (SC),  a  general  SC  model  cannot  deliver  the  expected  financial results at a company-wide level. In this paper, we argue that this cannot guarantee the maximization of a firm’s overall value because short-term financial performance metrics do not reflect the risk to businesses and the invested capita. Information asymmetry determines investors to call for auditors’ services.  Ensuring the reliability of compliance with the requirements of the financial reporting framework based on supply chain management is one of the fundamental factors for ensuring the quality of audit. This paper aims to analyze the influence of the financial reporting framework based on supply chain management on the process of forming the auditor's report. The process of developing financial statements is proceeding along the path of maximum informatization of these statements. Current users requirements are not always met by existing accounting and reporting standards. The capabilities inherent in the fair presentation framework push the boundaries of any standards, allowing the preparer to fill the financial statements with relevant information. Considering the financial statements framework on the part of the auditor, it can be argued that this will have an impact on the audit process. Objectively it consists in obtaining audit evidence and evaluating it. This means that the application of the fair presentation framework by the management of the audited entity will require the auditor to adjust the verification process accordingly, which should address such elements as the quality of audit evidence, the methods of obtaining it, and the auditor's assessment.

Abstract

Abstract— Theorizing and moderated mediation analysis enables supply chain management scholars and practitioners to extend the boundaries of our present knowledge by examining how, when, and why lean, agile, resilient, and green association to capabilities, sustainability, and performance occur. However, only a limited number of studies have addressed this issue because of the complexities associated with their execution. In this article, we provide primary data on capabilities, sustainability, and performance in the supply chain contexts of a detailed model. Also, a widespread review of the literature was presented to motivate the underlying measures associated with the supply chain management paradigms, supply chain capability, sustainability, and performance used to create the study model. This review and subsequent model are intended to support future theoretical and practical investigations of supply chain management paradigms across complex and comprehensive relationships.

Abstract

In the current highly competitive and fast-changing business environment, in which the optimization of all resources matters, creating an efficient supply chain is crucial. The article examines supply chain finance in economic environment for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). This article discusses the main aspects of supply chain finance. The authors describe various theories presented in the works of researchers in this area of financial learning. The issues of making financial decisions, the possible behavior of investors and the external and internal influence of various factors in the process of making these decisions are raised. The article notes that in modern finance, traditional methods of analysis and forecasting do not give a full explanation of the studied financial events. In this regard, when formulating conclusions and summarizing the final calculations, financiers are increasingly talking about the need to study the supply chain finance factors that underlie financial decision-making.
