Abstract

Abstract- In this paper the concept of service quality in supply chain has been investigated in the health system. This article aims to fill the gap in the literature by providing evidence about patients’ satisfaction and loyalty regarding the health-care they experienced from Indonesia private hospitals by supply chain strategy. This research was conducted using the data from the consumers who received services from 4 different private hospitals in Surabaya, Indonesia. Core service quality and peripheral service quality (Service Quality dimensions), appraisal emotion and perceived value (Consumer Perception), patient satisfaction, loyalty (Hospital Performance, and switching cost to the hospital were the variables considered for this study. A path analysis was done on AMOS 23 in order to compute path coefficients, direct and indirect effects of the variables on patients’ satisfaction and also loyalty to the hospital. The result found that core service quality impacts patients’ satisfaction. The peripheral service quality has no significant effect on the patient’s satisfaction. Core service quality and peripheral service quality has a significant effect on appraisal emotion and perceived value. The appraisal emotion and perceived value have an impact on the patient’s satisfaction and loyalty. Patients’ satisfactionis directly related to patients’ loyalty to the hospital.

Abstract

Today, information is crucial and the flow of information is becoming more and more numerous, so their management is delicate, hence the need to use an information system that supports all production systems, and the majority of competitive advantages is achieved through the intelligent use of these information systems. It is in this context of disrupted information that the use of information systems is necessary in organizations, as they have greatly influenced the ways of work and management. For this purpose, they allow easy access to relevant information in quantity and in real time, the rapidity of analyzing this information and the possibilities for dissemination and exchange between the partners, without forgetting the possibilities for storage and archiving in a more secure way than human intervention could. The study examines the impact of quality of training, service quality, information system quality and information quality on the use of an information system. A quantitative study is conducted to test these effects, the findings of this research are mainly comprised by three facts: (1) the use of information systems is obligatory in the context of intensive information. (2) Voluntary or mandatory use status must be specified in the analysis, (3) there is no specific antecedent to the act of use of IS in the retail sector

Abstract

The paper considers the historical retrospective of the development of logistics paradigms and analyzes the apparatus used to solve applied logistics problems. Obstacles to the implementation of the integrated paradigm of logistics, its analytical approach and simulation tools are investigated, which allowed to determine the structure of the decision support system in the management of material flow and formulate the concept of logistics coordination. As a result, it was possible to develop a conceptual scheme of the economic mechanism of logistics coordination of the production enterprise and to form a General algorithm for mathematical modeling of simulation and analytical models of logistics coordination and solving complex problems of material flow management in complex organizational and technical systems.

Abstract

Abstract— The object of the study is the barriers and drivers of the implementation and management of green agricultural supply chains in Azerbaijan. The main characteristics of the country's agricultural logistics have been considered; it was found that the development of agriculture is one of the most important non-oil sectors of the country. Recently, the introduction of advanced technologies in agriculture has been observed; this is evidenced by an increase in labor productivity and the expansion of organic farmland. The hypothesis of the study is that productivity in agriculture (including, organic farming) directly correlates with the volume of investments in the development of transport and storage. Statistical confirmation of the research hypothesis allowed us to highlight the development of the logistics infrastructure as the main driver of the implementation and management of green agricultural supply chains. The negative factors hampering the industry development are the lack of modern storage facilities, transport infrastructure, state support for agricultural producers, the lack of information technologies for supply chain management and cooperation between agricultural producers. Within the framework of the study, the feasibility of an agricultural cluster has been proposed and substantiated. A model to increase the competitiveness of agricultural producers has been developed.

The findings from the data analysis show that there was no CSR significant impact on company's idiosyncratic and systematic risk. However, it has a weak negative impact on total risk. The CSR dimensions that affect company risk are supply chain partnerships and tax contributions. The supply chain partnerships are negatively associated with company's systematic and idiosyncratic risk. This finding was also consistent after adding the control variables. On the contrary, tax contributions are positively associated with higher systematic and idiosyncratic risk to the company.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic affects almost all sectors of life. The Covid-19 virus attacks the world's economies, including Indonesia. The tourism sector has even felt its impact since the beginning of 2020. Fear of traveling, both domestic and foreign travel, as well as policies and instructions to stay at home to prevent transmission of the virus, create a domino effect on tourism supporting sectors, such as hotels, restaurants and retail business. In West Java alone, according to the Head of West Java Tourism and Culture Office, Dedi Taufik, as of April 16, 2020, there were 2768 tourism businesses consisting of tourist destinations, hotels, and creative economy activity in closed areas. This resulted in the loss of livelihoods, tens of thousands of tourism workers. In West Java, 33,084 tourism workers were unemployed. Research was carried out in several locations in West Java during the pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, that describes the object of research based on visible facts or as they are. Respondents were selected purposively by selecting 8 respondents according to research objectives including tourism industries agents (restaurants, spas, hotels and MICE), tourism researchers and policy makers (local government).
