Abstract

The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting several sources of previous research that discuss the same topic as the research to be conducted, namely from 6 journals. The purpose of this research is to describe how the implementation and benefits of the application of web-based guidance and counseling at the SMK level and to determine the effectiveness of using the application of website-based guidance and counseling at the SMK level. Based on the findings from 6 journals, it shows that the application of website-based guidance and counseling applications at the SMK level is very effective and good for application to students, because there are many conveniences for counseling teachers at school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of academic stress in students and the impact of applying the cognitive behavioral therapy approach to dealing with academic stress. The method used in this study is in the form of a literature review study, articles are searched through the database using Google Scholar is a web search engine run by Google that indexes scientific literature such as journal articles, academic books, conferences, found using the keywords "academic stress","Cognitive Behavior Therapy”, and “CBT to deal with academic stress”, which were published from 2018 to 2023 and were written in English and Indonesian. Based on data synthesis, 30 selected articles were studied and inputted which were prepared by reviewers for analysis. design, along with the results and conclusions of each paper. Qualitative research, and review articles are included to have a broader picture of this subject. The occurrence of academic stress on students is first the condition (Covid-19) then the occurrence of online learning which according to students is difficult to follow because of various problems such as exams, class rankings, homework, expectations, future achievements, and impacts on health such as suffering from illness headaches, difficulty concentrating, feeling excessive anxiety about everything, easily agitated, even consuming alcohol and drugs excessively. Second, student stress is influenced by personal desires that are not in line with the conditions of the learning environment, such as a dense school curriculum. , making decisions, continuing studies, majors, teachers and friends who have a variety of characters, and experience this on average at the high school level and are female, and the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in increasing the locus of control of students who experience academic stress can be seen through the statements contained in the homework that the counselee has given in each session.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a guidance and counseling program to improve the empathy ability of regular students towards students with special needs grade X at SMA CIS Depok. This study is based on the findings of the assessment results using the IRI (Interpersonal Reactivity Index) instrument which shows that the empathy level of regular students is still low so that it often disturbs ABK students, The method used in this study is reaseach and development.  The final result of this research is in the form of producing a product for the development of guidance and counseling programs to improve students' empathy skills.

Abstract

BK teachers have an important role in developing guidance and counseling programs for students. Based on the results of the need assessment of SMPN 3 Kragilan students, it shows that the main problems occur in the personal sector, so the purpose of this study is to find out how the success of the counseling program is designed in accordance with the need assessment, evaluation and follow-up of the counseling program that has been implemented, as well as obstacles in implementation of the BK program in schools. The method used in this study is a naturalistic qualitative approach, data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

Merantau is an activity carried out by someone who leaves his hometown on his own accord within a predetermined period of time with the aim of seeking life, studying knowledge and seeking experience. At this time, adolescents should begin to learn to have responsibilities who are able to think and act according to the norms prevailing in society. Self-control is an ability possessed by individuals, in this case students, to control or control themselves, both in terms of their behavior, thoughts and choices of decisions to be taken by these individuals. Overseas students need self-control so that the trust that their parents give them is maintained properly. This study aims to analyze self-control in the formation of overseas student associations in Sei Kera Hilir I village, Medan. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample used in this study were overseas students who were in Deda Sei Kera Hilir I, obtained by snowball sampling technique. The results of interviews with informants show that students feel a new life in the overseas environment and the self-control of every student who migrates is certainly different. There are those who apply it by contemplating in the room alone, there are those who invite other friends to exchange stories and some of them definitely hide things that are not good about not wanting to bother their friends. The causal factors are family conditions in the village, coursework, economics and others. It is conducted that forms of self-control in overseas students are behavioral control, cognitive control, and satisfaction control.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study is  to describe the profile of Psychological well-being of grade 6 students and as a basic arrangements of guidance and counseling program in elementary schools. Method: The technique used for this study is a descriptive technique with a quantitative approach, collecting data using the SCWBS instrument. The subjects for this study were 80 students of grade VI from a private school in Lampung with an age range of 11-12 years. Conclusion;The results in this study obtained 31. 3% of students with the psychological well-being in the high category, 56.3% in the medium category and 12.5% in the low category. Based on the analysis of the data, the psychological well-being of grade 6 in one of the private elementary school Lampung that using SCWBS psychological well-being instrument is in the moderate category and forms the basis for preparing a program in schools with a mindfulness approach to improve students' psychological well-being

Research results showing that basically  in method religious counseling in the community carried out by walking religious instructors Enough ok. As for the results implementation is Enough it worked,  This proven with the more height awareness public Fishermen who think that Drugs no road go out for people who are frustrated and do not know the direction in his life. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the guidance and counseling program to improve mindful self-care in the welfare of students in senior high schools.The method used is quantitative research by analyzing and comparing the scale of self-care and adaptation of students with self-care awareness by using instruments to find out about this, as well as the library research method, namely analyzing previous research by proving that the development of counseling guidance programs is to increase mindfulness self-care in high school students is known by the results obtained by measuring using diagrams and table scales. The design used in this study was a survey research design, high school level student population, a sample of 32 people, questionnaire data collection instruments and a multilevel scale, descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of research from the field can be said that the positive behavior of students greatly influences their physical and spiritual health. For the entire population, the mean frequency is 3.44. A summary of the total average for each subscale is displayed graphically, namely to understand the extent to which participants are involved in activities and see which activities they like. Students vary in their feelings about the effectiveness of their personal self-care practices, and they actively seek ways to enhance these skills. Students also want to improve their self-care practices because they feel self-care plays an important role in OT. To help students achieve these goals, PL programs can support students' knowledge and self-care practices in a number of ways. Supporting students in developing health-promoting self-care practices can enhance their well-being and enhance their professional practice, ultimately improving the lives of the clients they serve.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a guidance and counseling program to improve the academic intelligence of class X MAN Purwakarta students. This is based on initial findings on the results of a need assessment using the grit scale instrument which shows that the academic grit aspect is still low, where students who have low academic grit tend to disrupt the development of learning in class. Methods This study used a quasi-experimental research design approach with one group pretest - posttest supplemented by descriptive analysis. The research subjects were students of class X Man Purwakarta. Data collection was carried out using pretest and posttest, observation, and student worksheets. The data collection technique used is simple random sampling using the grit instrument. Based on the Quasi Experiment One Group Pretest – Posttest research, the initial pretest results found a score of 47.5, a change from the pre-test score to the post-test score, where for the experimental class the average increased by 32.2 while for the control class it increased by 79.629. This shows that there are differences in treatment between the experimental class and the control class. This proved to be effective because it showed that most of the students had tough characteristics such as those aimed at students with high grit so that they could be said to have achieved as much as possible.

Abstract

Maladaptive behavior in education is still common. Academic procactination is one of the maladaptive behaviors that is often found among students and university students. Academic procrastination is the behavior of procrastinating in doing academic tasks. This behavior is a behavior that must be overcome so that the procrastinator can achieve his developmental task optimally. As many as 80% of BK students class of 2021 Universitas Islam Jember are still experiencing academic procastination. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reality group counseling in reducing the academic procastination rate of BK students class of 2021. This research is a type of quantitative research with an experimental method using a one group pre-test pos-test design. The sample used in the study was 5 BK students class of 2021 with the criteria of having a high level of academic procastination based on the results of filling out the questionnaire. The collection method used is using a Likert scale and then the data is analyzed using the SPSS application version 28.00 with the paired Samples Test formula. The results showed that reality group counseling was effective in reducing the level of academic procastination of students.
