Abstract

Physical education, sports and health are activities that involve students in physical activities aimed at improving physical fitness and improving students' motor skills. This research aims to determine the visibility and effectiveness of Physical Education, Sports and Health Learning in Elementary Schools (SD) in Buleleng District. Descriptive - quantitative research type with a sample of 45 schools from a population of 75 schools. Using collection methods in the form of surveys, observations, documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research in terms of visibility and effectiveness in terms of visibility of teacher personality competence with a score of 7.88 in the "Good" category, learning implementation with a score of 8.76 in the "Good" category, lesson implementation plans with a score of 8.06 in the "Good" category, and the ratio of teachers to students is 1: 26.29 in the "Ideal" category. In terms of effectiveness, the grades of students in elementary schools in Buleleng District at school have been stated to be good in taking physical education, sports and health (PJOK) lessons. For the questionnaire that researchers gave to elementary schools (SD) in Buleleng District, the number of respondents was 621 people. With a total of 10 questions given from the results of students' views, if the total average of the questionnaires given to students in elementary schools (SD) in Buleleng District with a total of 621 respondents gave a strongly disagree answer of 0.3 %, disagree 1.7%, agree 54.7%, and strongly agree 44.0%. So it can be concluded that the visibility in elementary schools in the "Good" category and the effectiveness of physical education, sports and health learning in elementary schools has been carried out effectively and systematically. Suggestions for efforts to achieve the goals of Physical Education, Sports and Health in elementary schools must be adjusted to several elements such as learning objectives, student abilities, learning methods, learning materials, facilities and infrastructure available at school, learning activities and student comfort.

Abstract

The research aims to determine male students' interest in participating in football extracurriculars at MAN Buleleng. The research method uses descriptive, through surveys. The research sample was 47 students. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. Data collection was used by administering questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the Gregory test. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that (1) the interest of male students in taking part in football extracurricular activities at MAN Buleleng was from intrinsic factors in the high category of 59% and the low category was 41% and the interest of male students in taking part in extracurricular football activities in MAN Buleleng was from extrinsic factors in the category the high category is 54% and the low category is 46%.

Abstract

Education in the 21st-century requires students to have learning and innovation skills, knowledge, media and technology skills, as well as life and career skills. To meet these demands, an appropriate curriculum is needed, one of which is the Merdeka Curriculum. One of the learning models that supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is Project-Based Learning (PjBL). PjBL is one of the student-centered learning models. PjBL emphasizes students to be collaborative, creative and able to think critically. This research was conducted to find out the problems encountered by teachers in implementing Project-Based Learning. This research used a case study using a descriptive qualitative approach. In collecting data, this study used two instruments, namely observation checklist when conducting observations and also interviews to strengthen the findings obtained during observation. This research was conducted at Pelangi School Bali. The subjects of this research were a teacher in grade 3 and two teachers in grade 4. The results of this research show that the most common obstacle experienced by teachers is time management.

Abstract

Companies are required to continuously improve the quality of human resources in order to compete in the global market. One effective way that must be done by human resource development to achieve this is to increase employee work motivation through a behavioral counseling approach with reward and punishment techniques. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively describe the role and function of human resource development in increasing work motivation through a behavioral counseling approach with reward and punishment techniques. The method used in this study is a field survey with structured interview techniques, participant observation, literacy studies, and documentation studies. The informants in this study numbered three people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data processing method used is descriptive qualitative with triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study and discussion, the author can conclude that the role and function of human resource development are very important in increasing employee work motivation. The application of a behavioral counseling approach with reward and punishment techniques that are consistent, fair, and transparent has empirically proven to be effective in changing behavior to be more adaptive so that it has a positive impact on improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning activities and learning outcomes of passing control techniques (inside foot) in football through the application of the GI type cooperative learning model. This study is a classroom action research with the subjects of the study being all students of class VIII 1 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in the 2023/2024 academic year totaling 22 students. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that at the initial observation stage, student learning success for learning activities was only 77.00%. In the implementation of cycle I, there was an increase in student learning outcomes of 81.6%. The implementation of cycle II actions also saw an increase in success to 90.9% of students meeting the minimum completeness criteria. Then, student learning success for learning outcomes was only 18.20%. In the implementation of cycle I, there was an increase in student learning outcomes of 81.8%. The implementation of cycle II actions also saw an increase in success to 92.4% of students meeting the minimum completeness criteria. Based on the results of classical learning, it can be concluded that the GI type cooperative learning model can improve learning activities and learning outcomes of passing control techniques (inside foot) in football for students of class VIII 1 of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. It is recommended that PJOK teachers can improve the GI type cooperative learning model on the material of passing control techniques (inside foot) in football for students of class VIII 1 of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja because through this study it has been proven to improve learning activities and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the learning process more than before. This study uses a development study approach with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The developed product has been validated by experts in the fields of educational content, learning design, learning media, and field practice. Product trials include individual trials on three students, small group trials on nine students, and large group trials on twenty-seven students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the validation of learning content experts produced a score of 96%, a very good category, validation of learning design experts produced a score of 96%, a very good category, validation of learning media experts produced a score of 95%, a very good category, validation of field practitioners produced a score of 96%, a very good category, individual trials produced a score of 98%, a very good category, small group trials produced a score of 96%, a very good category, and large group trials produced a score of 90%, a very good category. Therefore, the product developed, namely video tutorial-based teaching materials for basketball material (shooting skills), functions as a learning resource that can improve the quality of learning during the learning process.

Abstract

Personal endurance is very important as it encourages students to have the need to be able to survive to overcome all obstacles and obstacles in achieving the expected goals. Personal heterosexuality is the need for sexual relations with other people, including associating with the opposite sex, having affection for the opposite sex, having a sense of concern for the opposite sex. Behavioral is an adaptation of the behavioristic counseling school, which emphasizes attention to visible behavior. Modeling is a learning process through observation after observing the behavior of other people. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Behavioristic approach with modeling techniques to build personal endurance and personal heterosexuality in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Denpasar. This research design uses a one group pretest-posttest design with a research population of all students in grades VIII.1, VIII.2 and VIII.3, totaling 90 people. Sampling used random sampling and random class techniques as an intact group. Based on the selection results, classes VIII.2 and VIII.3 were obtained as the assessment sample. Statistical tests use the t-test to determine the effectiveness of the treatment that has been carried out. H0 is rejected if tcount > ttable. H0 is accepted if tcount ≤ ttable. Based on the H1 ttest, the tcount was 4.926, while the ttable with db N-1 = 30 – 1 = 29 and a significance level of 5% (0.05) was 1.699. Based on the H2 t-test, the tcount was 3.738, while the ttable with db N-1 = 30 – 1 = 29 and a significance level of 5% (0.05) was 1.699. Because tcount > ttable it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, H1 and H2 are accepted..

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop an Android-based table tennis learning application for students in the Health and Recreation Physical Education study program for the 2023/2024 academic year. The increasing use of technology, especially smartphones, provides a great opportunity to integrate technology into education. In this context, the application of table tennis learning is expected to make it easier for students to acquire basic techniques and theoretical knowledge of the game in a more interactive and flexible manner. The research method used is research and development using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The results of the development are Android-based applications, including historical material, facilities and infrastructure, basic techniques and game rules, as well as quizzes for evaluating theory and practice. Product validation is carried out by content and material experts, media experts, design experts and field practitioners. The assessment results show a validity percentage of 96% from content experts, 100% from media experts, 90% from design experts, and 100% from field practitioners, all in the "Very Good" category. Application trials also showed a positive response from students, with individual trials and small group trials reaching 99% and 100%, respectively, while field trials received an average score of 45 and a percentage of 89% with "good" criteria. The conclusion of this research is that this Android-based table tennis learning application is suitable for use in learning the game of table tennis.

Abstract

Kesulitan dalam mempelajari dan memahami matematika seringkali dikarenakan oleh kecemaasan matematika siswa. Kecemasan merupakan suatu kondisi seseorang memiliki perasaan khawatir, takut, dan gugup terhadap suatu hal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meninjau literatur mengenai kecemasan siswa pada pembelajaran matematika. Metode penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Artikel yang ditinjau didapatkan dari Publish or Perish dengan sumber Google Scholar. Dari 200 artikel yang diperoleh dari Publish or Perish, kemudian dipilah menggunakan covidence sehingga didapatkan hasil akhir berupa 27 artikel yang akan ditinjau dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kecemasan matematika dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu faktor dari dalam diri siswa dan dari luar siswa. Kecemasan matematika juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan matematis siswa dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini berguna mengetahui kemampuan numerasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal AKM pada konten bilangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas V SDN 6 Songan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu triangulasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes soal uraian tipe AKM untuk mengukur kemampuan numerasi siswa yang sudah divalidasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian yakni: kemampuan numerasi siswa kategori tingkat tinggi sebanyak 9 siswa dengan persentase 31%, kemampuan numerasi siswa kategori tingkat sedang sebanyak 11 siswa dengan persentase 28% dan kemampuan numerasi siswa pada kategori tingkat rendah sebanyak 9 siswa dengan persentase 31%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan numerasi siswa di SDN 6 Songan dominan pada kategori sedang.
