Jurnal ini mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian tentang pendidikan dan pengajaran, dan artikel yang masuk hendaknya bukan hasil plagiat dan belum dipublikasikan di tempat lain. Abstract

Potential is a basic capability that has not been revealed. Every human being has the potential to develop himself differently. For the disclosure it required a condition outside of himself. Educational institution is a formal institution that has the main task to reveal and develop the potential of each learners, therefore in coaching and evaluation of learners should use an individual approach, not general. Developments experienced and experienced by individual students. While education is an interaction. In the interaction activities, educators or teachers act to educate the students or students. The act of educating is focused on the development of students become independent through the learning process. In general, developmental theories revolve around issues related to innate and environmental influences for individual development. Active in the sense of learners must be conditioned actively by nature, active because of the impulse from within himself naturally, for that required conditions that are individual. Coaching and evaluation are applied individually. The academic potential, talents and interests of learners are really taken into account, therefore rewards in various forms, such as awarding certificates, stickers symbolizing appreciation of achievement for various subject areas, even if necessary, rewarding, facilitating as much as possible all academic achievements, talents and interests rather than learners. The teacher looks at the potential / academic achievements, talents and interests that run naturally, to further develop. The learners are not forced to master a particular field that has been applied by the institution or government (general), the ability is the ability of himself naturally, not because of the pressures that burden the learner and also that will cause the parents worries. All conditioned naturally, naturally, the recognition of the ability of self-implanted early so that no need to push yourself beyond ability. Each individual has their respective advantages, the problem is how to utilize that ability, whatever the form.

Abstract

Still limited learning resources available in the library and the inability of most college students to purchase learning resources either in the form of a book or module.Then the necessity created a learning resource in the form of learning materials in the form of modules. This research aims to look at the results of a study of college students in learning using a module-based constructivism. The research is the research action class (PTK) consisting of three cycles, each cycle consists of four stages, namely action planning, implementation, observation, evaluation and reflection. The subject of this study is a three-semester student physical education PGMIPAU. The object of this research is the result of student learning. From the results of the studyobtained  the use of Constructivism-based modern physics module on cycle 1 median – median  test results of students are 50.54, on average cycle 2 – align students ' test results was 61.00, and median – median 3 cycle test results of students are 66.00, so it can be concluded that the use of Constructivism-based modern physics modules can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This paper is aimed at revealing (1) The role of entrepreneurship course in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), and (2) The characteristics of entrepreneur in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). This paper is made by relevance of library. The data are collected by documentation technique. The result of this paper show that (1) Entrepreneurship course is a really important course in university to create university graduate who have hard skill and soft skill as an entrepreneur. Abstract

Abstract : Mathematical representation is a representation, translation, disclosure, reappointment, figuratively, or modeling the idea, and the concept of mathematics contained in a configuration, construction, or certain situations shown students in various forms is an attempt to clarify the meaning of  demonstrate an understanding or seek solutions for theirs problems. This paper describes the ability of a mathematical representation of students after being given the questions of the Programe International Student Assessment (PISA) type. The subjects is students IX class of MTs PKP Al Hidayah Jambi city. While the measurement instruments is a matter of testing the ability of PISA mathematical representation type. The results showed that 96.67% of students able to present the data or information into the form of tables, charts, graphs or pictures. 80% of students can make the equation or mathematical model of the problem. 78.33% of students able to write the interpretation of the problem. 71.67% of students able to solve the problem with the steps the solving of mathematic problem.Keywords: Description, Mathematical Representation Capabilities

Abstract

The Product that expected in this research is a product of learning the history of media based on media audio visual The Site of Ancient Pugung Raharjo that packed in the form of learning video to raise awareness of the history of student learning and achievement. The purpose of this research are (1) to know the media teaching history which have so far carried out in SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah, (2) to know the media teaching of history which have carried out in SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah, (3) to know the process of development video media teaching of history based on visualize The Site of Ancient Pugung Raharjo, (4) to examine media effectiveness of teaching history by using audio and visual based The Site of Ancient Pugung Raharjo in order to raise awareness of history and student learning achievements.The method used in this research are using methods descriptive and evaluative. To compile the condition of being stay on the ground used method of descriptive. Meanwhile, to evaluate the audio-visual media feasibility study on the development used test method of evaluative. Dekriptif analysis results are obtained that the media used in the process of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah by media text books and media in the form of microsoft office powerpoint.The attitude of the consciousness of history and learning achievements of students are still low as seen from pretest that given to students. The development of media audio visual based on the site of ancient pugung raharjo by validation through expert test material, media experts, one-on-one, trial test of small group, and field test with average revenue of any tests are more than 3.5 so that we can conclude that the media is in the category of good and worthy for used as an instrument of research. for test the effectiveness of history shows the awareness and learning achievements students who use media audio visual based on the site of ancient pugung raharjo are better than the students who use media powerpoint if it would be compared. Abstract

Abstract: This research was a quasi experimental research by using non-equivalent control group design. The objective of this research was to find out whether there is a significant influence of using picture toward students’ achievement in preposition of place. This research used the eleventh grade students of SMK YADIKA Lubuklinggau as the research subject. There were two classes which were used in this research; they were class XIA which consisted of 42 students as the experiment class and class XIB which consisted of 42 students as the control class. The experiment class was taught by using picture whereas the control class was not taught by using picture. Both classes were chosen by using sensus sample as the sampling technique. The instrument used in this research was a written test about preposition of place consisting of multiple choice items. From the data analysis, it was found that the value of tcount = 6,72 while ttable or t (0,05) (82) = ±1,99. The result analysis showed that tcount was outside the acceptance area of H0 whether it was tested by using significance level ( ) = 0, 05 or ( ) = 0, 01. Therefore, the gain score in experiment and control class was found out very significant. Besides, the mean score of post-test in experiment class is 11,78 point was higher than the mean score of post-test in control class. The finding proved that students’ achievement in preposition of place of the class which was taught using picture was better than the class which was not taught using picture. Therefore, it can be concluded that picture has a significant influence toward students’ achievement in learning preposition of place. It was found that pictures can be used for teachers of English in teaching preposition of place. Keywords: Picture, Achievement, Preposition of Place

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Bertujuan untuk menemukan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks deskriptif pada mahasiswa semester dua di universitas Batanghari tahun ajaran 2015/2016 melalui mind mapping. Datanya diperoleh dari pre-test dan post test dari masing-masing siklus. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan dalam kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menulis teks deskriptif. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada rata-rata dari pre test dan post test. Pada siklus 1 rata-rata pre test dan post test adalah 57.03 dan 65.15. Rata-rata dari pre test dan post test pada siklus 2 adalah 64.05 dan 73.00. Proses penelitian ini berlangsung selama empat minggu. Mahasiswa bisa mengikuti proses belajar mengajar dengan baik. Mereka tampak tertarik dalam pelajaran. Berdasarkan analisis, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa mind mapping bisa meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiwa dalam menulis deskriptif

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop LKS and knowing the quality of the LKS developed in the aspect of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The development of this LKS done on the material matrix of Class XI MIA SMAN 6 city of Jambi. This type of research is the development of research or Research & Developmet (R&D). This study refers to the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery and Evaluations). Assessment instruments used in this development is LKS by expert validation sheet material, design experts, media experts, the evaluation sheet, pre-test and post test. The quality of LKS onaspects of validity views based on validation by experts that is meets the criteria is very good and very viable with overall average 4.14 as well as the overall percentage of 82.9%. On the practicality of views based on the results of the evaluation of field trials by students that is meet the criteria of good and viable with average 4.00 sera overall percentage of 81%. While on the effectiveness of views based on a calculation t count (th) from the results of pre-test and post-test earned amounting to 23.39 and t table (tt) of 2.02 so th greater than tt. This shows that the hypothesis was accepted and acknowledged there were significant differences between the pre-test and post-test. Abstract

Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa that can be acute, chronic, diffuse or localized, the stomach is a digestive device that functions mechanically in storing food and drinks, breaking food into small particles, mixing with gastric fluid and gradually entering the intestine . The clinical picture of erosive acute gastritis varies from mild, asymptomatic, to very severe. Factors for gastritis are foods contaminated with bacteria, caffeine-containing drinks, alcohol, drugs such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs aspirin, acidic foods and drinks, spicy foods, and irregular diets. This research is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study were students from Jambi City High School who were randomly drawn to get 930 samples. The results obtained from 930 respondents, most (61.3%) had chronic gastritis. And found a significant relationship between diet and the onset of symptoms of acute and chronic gastritis with P-Value = 0,000. Based on the results of this study, the researchers expect health information, especially regarding gastritis by local health workers so as to reduce the incidence of acute and chronic gastritis. Keywords: Acute Gastritis, Chronic Gastritis, Gastritis Factors

Abstract

Persepsi merupakan pendapat, opini, atau pandangan seseorang terhadap sesuatu, peristiwa atau fenomena. Mutu sebuah pelayanan dapat dilihat dari bagaimana stakeholder atau pelanggan mempersepsikan layanan tersebut. Perguruan Tinggi (PT) merupakan organisasi yang bertujuan memberi pelayanan pendidikan tinggi kepada mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan. Profesionalisme merupakan salah satu wujud pelayanan kepada stakeholder atau pelanggan. Diharapkan dosen sebagai salah satu komponen pelayanan di PT memiliki karakteristik profesionalisme dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan 1) bagaimana karakteristik dosen yang professional yang diharapkan mahasiswa, 2) bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap profesionalisme dosen di FKIP Unbari. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini telah disebarkan angket kepada mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak dari setiap Prodi yang ada di fakultas ini. Berdasarkan analisis data terdapat tujuh kategori karakteristik dosen professional menurut persepsi mahasiswa. Ketujuh kkategori tersebut adalah: 1). Menguasai materi kuliah, 2). Memiliki komitmen kerja yang tinggi, 3). Terampil melakukan penilaian, 4). Memiliki wawasan yang luas, 5). Terampil menyajikan materi kuliah, 6). Memiliki ‘good rapport’ dengan mahasiswa, dan 7). Memiliki ‘good looking’. Analisi data selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa responden menilai bahwa dosen-dosen di FKIP Unbari, dengan kriteria yang disebut di atas adalah sangat professional. Diharapkan temuan penelitian ini dapat memberi masukan kepada pengambil kebijakan dan juga dosen-dosen di Universitas Batanghari untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa.
