Abstract

Quality of Work Life atau Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja yang terdiri dari Sistem Imbalan yangInovatif, Partisipasi dalam Pemecahan Masalah, Restrukturisasi Kerja dan LingkunganKerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Sistem Imbalanyang Inovatif, Partisipasi dalam Pemecahan Masalah, Restrukturisasi Kerja danLingkungan Kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan Bank BTN KC. Syariah Medan. Penelitianini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner yangdibagikan kepada Karyawan Bank BTN KC. Syariah Medan. Sumber data yang digunakanyaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian iniadalah SPSS 25 dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil dataanalisis yang dilakukan, hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa secara parsial, Sistem Imbalanyang Inovatif dan Restrukturisasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkepuasan karyawan Bank BTN KC. Syariah Medan. Sedangkan variabel Partisipasi dalamPemecahan Masalah dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasankaryawan. Hasil pengujian kelima dari keempat variabel yakni dari Sistem Imbalan yangInovatif, Partisipasi dalam Pemecahan Masalah, Restrukturisasi Kerja dan LingkunganKerja secara bersama – sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasankaryawan.

Abstract

Marginal costs are changes in total costs that occur as a result of changes in the quality of goods or services, either increasing or decreasing total costs. In production cost analysis, various types of costs used in processing goods or services will be evaluated to assess the extent to which capital will be used and the extent to which profits will be obtained. This analysis aims to plan its business, and companies can determine whether they will achieve maximum or minimum profits. This research was carried out through literature studies, where data sources and information were collected through collecting data from various references, reading, recording and processing data which became the basis for the research. Based on research, maximum profit will be achieved when MR = MC. Research shows that UD. Taufik Jaya Makmur Samarinda has not achieved maximum profits.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the performance of Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data were obtained from the financial reports and Good Corporate Governance reports of 5 Islamic commercial banks that were sampled. The results showed that the performance of Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic was seen from the Risk Profile with the NPF ratio the bank's performance was in good condition, while based on the FDR ratio the bank's performance was in quite good condition, on the Good Corporate Governance factor the bank's performance received a good predicate. The Earnings factor with the ROA ratio indicates that the bank's performance is in fairly good condition, based on the ROE ratio it indicates the bank's performance is in poor condition, while the assessment with the NOM ratio indicates the bank's performance is in very poor condition. Assessment using CAR shows that the performance of all Islamic banks is in the very good category

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of company size, business risk and profit growth on capital structure in the automotive industry. This research uses a quantitative approach, which is measured using a multiple linear regression-based method with SPSS Version 25.00. The population of this research is automotive sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2021. The sample was determined using certain criteria, so the number of company samples for this research was 10 companies. Based on the analysis, it was found that the company size has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure, while business risk has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure and profit growth has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure in the automotive industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2021.

Abstract

Balinese people, including the people of Sanur, are thick with cultural diversity. Therefore, there is no day without religious activities. Various types of products are needed to support religious activities, for example in terms of fashion. The increasing fulfilment of means of supporting religious activities such as kebaya, kamen, and luxurious and contemporary accessories has become commonplace for women. Creating changes in the social environment by showing that consuming modern and luxurious religious support facilities with a hedonistic lifestyle can increase social status and self-esteem. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the role of self-esteem and hedonic lifestyle in modulating the impact of social climbers on consumer behaviour. The study focused on a population of women residing in Sanur. A purposive selection strategy was used to select a sample of 136 respondents. The quantitative research approach involved the use of questionnaires to obtain data. The data analysis methodology used was Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research findings show that social climbing has an important and positive impact on self-esteem and hedonic lifestyle. In addition, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on consumer behaviour, while hedonic lifestyle has a negative and significant effect on consumptive behaviour. Furthermore, social climbing has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behaviour. In addition, self-esteem plays an important role in mediating the relationship between social climbing and consumptive behaviour, with a positive and significant effect. Finally, hedonic lifestyle mediates the relationship between social climbers and consumer behaviour negatively and significantly.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of Person Job Fitand Job Burnout variables on Gen Z Job Satisfaction. In this study, Person Job Fitand Job Burnout variables were independent variables and job satisfaction was thedependent variable. Primary data collection using simple random samplingtechnique as a sample, with a total of 80 gen z respondents as followers of theWorksfess Twitter account who had resigned. The data analysis method used in thisstudy is multiple linear regression with the help of data processing using SPSSsoftware. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows thatsimultaneously the independent variables have a positive and significant influenceon the dependent variable (job satisfaction). And the value of r square shows thenumber 68.1% which means that all independent variables have a simultaneouseffect of 68.1%.Keywords: Person Job Fit, Job Burnout, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Einstrend Factory 3 Sewing Department with the aim of researching the effect of employee engagement and intrinsic motivation on employee performance. The research model used is quantitative and the method used is descriptive verification with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of research samples is 89 respondents. The results showed that partially employee engagement and intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously showed a significant influence between employee engagement and intrinsic motivation on employee performance of 58.2% and the remaining 41.8% was influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract

This research aims: (1) To determine the influence of green places on purchasing decisions for Wikstea products among students at the Faculty of Forestry, University of North Sumatra. (2) To determine the effect of green promotion on purchasing decisions for Wikstea products among students at the Faculty of Forestry, University of North Sumatra. This research method This type of research is quantitative research and is associative in nature. The results of this research; (1) From the green place statement, in the future the procurement of Wikstea stands/outlets can be further increased to reach new consumers. (2) green promotion statement, it is hoped that the Wikstea company can make advertisements or promotions about the importance of using products that are friendly to living creatures and the environment. Abstract

This study intends to examine how firm sizes, liquidity, and effective corporate governance affect financial statements. In this study, agency theory is employed. The study's independent variables include the size of the organization, liquidity, and excellent corporate governance. The quality of the financial reports is one of the research's dependent variables. Consumer products firms that floated on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2021 make up the sample for this study. SPSS is employed in the quantitative research methodology. The linear regression analysis method is used in this study. This study will demonstrate effective corporate governance and the effects of firm size on the reliability of financial reports. In the meanwhile, the quality of financial reports is unaffected by liquidity.

Abstract

This research aims: (1) To determine the influence of AI Chatbot on purchase intentions of Lazada users in the city of Medan; (2) To determine the effect of trust on purchase intentions among Lazada users in the city of Medan. (3) To determine the effect of AI Chatbot on purchase intention with trust as a mediating variable among Lazada users in the city of Medan. This research method uses quantitative methods. The research sample was 5 sub-districts represented by 170 respondents. Research results: (1) Chatbot AI has a positive and significant effect on Trust among Lazada users in the city of Medan; (2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention of Lazada users in the city of Medan. (3) AI chatbot has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention of Lazada users in the city of Medan.
