Abstract

Institution must has strategies to survive and continue to flourish in today's challenging situation. One important strategy is to strengthen employee engagement as it is a factor that can increase employee retention. The aim of this research is to explain the implementation of initiative employee engagement on Al Binaa IBS. The research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are conducted through direct observation in the field and interviews with the personnel department. Based on the results of research it is obtained that the employee engagement strategy implemented by Al Binaa has a good impact in improving employee retention. Implementation of employee engagement programmes in Al Binaa includes 1) Employee spiritual building activities; 2) Rewarding staff who perform both work time achievement and staff performance; 3) Benchmarking programmes and regular training; 4) Commonwealth programmes (bonding); 5) Internal communication; 6) Staff well-being.

Abstract

This research investigates the organizational structure and effectiveness of management at Koperasi Pembangunan Usaha Sumatera Barat, utilizing qualitative methods such as observations and interviews. The cooperative's hierarchical framework, which encompasses the General Assembly, managers, and staff, ensures efficient decision-making and consistent implementation of policies. With an experienced manager at the helm, the cooperative places great emphasis on cooperative education and character development, cultivating a culture of honesty and integrity that is crucial for long-term sustainability. The cooperative upholds familial principles and promotes mutual trust, employing a selective recruitment process to ensure alignment with its core values. The cooperative's empathetic approach to problem-solving, which includes pawn systems, collateral sales, and deadline extensions, highlights its ability to handle challenges with compassion. Financial management practices, such as employing professional accounting services and providing quarterly financial reports, guarantee transparency and accountability. Furthermore, the distribution of 40% of profits through the Surplus of Cooperative Efforts (SHU) demonstrates a commitment to fairness and the collective well-being of its members. The study concludes that the cooperative's well-defined organizational structure significantly enhances the effectiveness of its management. The hierarchical organization facilitates transparent operations, while leadership driven by values fosters a cohesive and sustainable culture. These findings hold valuable insights for other cooperatives seeking to enhance their management effectiveness through structured organization and value-based practices.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of the halal lifestyle trend and lifestyle on the shopping behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI), UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents, and the analysis was carried out using SPSS version 23. The results of the study, as determined through partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) analyses, reveal that the halal lifestyle trend does not significantly affect students' shopping behavior. On the other hand, the lifestyle variable demonstrates a positive and significant influence on students' shopping behavior. The combined effect of both the halal lifestyle trend and lifestyle is found to be positively and significantly correlated with the shopping behavior of FEBI UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan students. In conclusion, the presence of the halal lifestyle trend does not result in an increase in students' expenditures or shopping behavior. However, lifestyle choices significantly impact students' shopping behavior, with higher lifestyle preferences leading to increased shopping activities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing, Brand Awareness and Price variables on purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles on the GoFood marketplace platform. This research uses quantitative methods with the research object being Generation Z Mie Gacoan consumers in Jabodetabek. In this research, the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique was used with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and the data was processed with the help of the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of this research stated that the role of Social Media Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Price had a positive and significant effect on Decision to Purchase Gacoan Noodles on the GoFood marketplace platform. There is an indirect influence between Social Media Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Purchasing Decisions which shows positive and significant results.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out what factors influence buying interest. In this research, promotion and brand image are used as dependent variables. Primary data collection using a non-probability sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/opportunity for every member of the population to be a sample. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22 software. And the overall dependent variable has a stimulant effect on Buying Interest with a calculated F value of 171,596 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.5. And the value of R square shows the results of 0.785, which means that the entire dependent variable has a simultaneous effect of 78.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the quick ratio, long term debt to equity ratio, tobin's q, inflation and world oil prices on IDXENERGY stock returns with stock beta as the intervening variable. The research sample consisted of 29 companies using purposive sampling. This research is a quantitative study using panel data regression analysis and path analysis using Eviews 13. Partial results show that quick ratio and LTDER have no effect on stock beta, while Tobin’s Q and inflation have a significant effect on stock beta. Quick ratio and LTDER have no effect on stock returns, while Tobin’s Q, inflation, world oil prices and stock beta have a significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously quick ratio, LTDER, Tobin’s Q, inflation and world oil prices affect stock beta and simultaneously quick ratio, LTDER, Tobin’s Q, world oil prices and stock beta affect stock returns. In addition, stock beta is able to mediate Tobin’s Q and inflation on stock returns but is unable to mediate quick ratio, LTDER and world oil prices on stock returns. Simultaneously stock beta is able to mediate quick ratio, long term debt to equity ratio, Tobin’s Q, inflation and world oil prices on stock returns.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the dependent variables human resources management and leadership relate to the performance of sharia banks (sharia business units). The research method uses a census by sending 20 questionnaires to Islamic banks (Sharia business units) which were carried out in the period July to September 2021. The results of data collection were processed using SPSS version 22 statistics. The research results showed that the dependent variables were human resources management and leadership partially and jointly influences the dependent variable of sharia bank business performance (sharia business unit) which is 82.7%. The implication of the research is that the concept of sharia finance is not only to maximize welfare and consumption through achieving sharia bank business performance but also to maintain a balance between material and spiritual satisfaction (maqashid sharia).

Abstract

The problem that often arises from the distribution of financing is the case of delinquent repayment of financing that can disrupt the liquidity and profitability of financial institutions. Murabaha financing is a product that is in great demand by the lower middle class because the process is very simple and faster by using a sale and purchase agreement with collateral or collateral. The purpose of this study was to analyze the resolution of non-performing finance (NPF) at KSU JMS Karanganyar. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods with interviews, observation and documentation. Factors that influence the emergence of non-performing financing are triggered by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include weaknesses in financing analysis, financing period, less than optimal control from LKS, and less than optimal risk screening. External factors include customer bad faith, declining customer approach, disasters such as the covid 19 pandemic outbreak and customer carelessness in the use of funds. The policies taken by KSU JMS Karanganyar to reduce NPF include On The Spot, collection, restructuring, settlement through collateral, write off, and the formation of a risk team. The success of this NPF reduction apart from the policies taken is also influenced by the improvement of the national economy and the economy of the community.

Abstract

Konsep tata kelola perusahaan (GCG) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan sehingga berdampak pada kelangsungan dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Profitabilitas merupakan komponen lain yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kategori asosiatif yang melihat pengaruh dan hubungan antar faktor. Data dalam penelitian berasal dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memancarkan karakteristik yang relevan dengan Kinerja Keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 45 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive contoh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Artinya masing-masing variabel berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dan periode penelitian lebih dari 5 tahun agar analisis dapat lebih baik.

Abstract

In this study, the influence of perceived value on consumer loyalty and the impact of marketing mix communication on both will be investigated. This study also considers how perceived value mediates the influence of marketing mix communication on consumer loyalty. 125 By.U mobile card consumers in Bandung, West Java, received surveys from researchers using quantitative methods. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 structural equation modeling. The positive impact of Marketing Mix Communication on consumer loyalty and perceived value is demonstrated in this study. Perceived value also impacts consumer loyalty. This study also provides evidence supporting the idea that the relationship between marketing mix communication and consumer loyalty is mediated by perceived value.
