Abstract

This study aims to reveal how much influence smartphone addiction has on academic procrastination in class XI students at SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. Techniques in collecting data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 73 students of class XI at SMP Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is quantitative research with an ex post facto approach. The results of the study generally show that students' smartphone addiction at SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi as a whole is at a high level with a percentage of 66.31%. The results of the study also showed that there was a significant effect of smartphone addiction on academic procrastination at SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi, which was 0.459 or 45.9% in the moderately strong classification with a determination of 0.17 – 0.49.

Abstract

The background of this research problem is to see the existence of the Tawhid practice process that has not been applied optimally, especially for students in the field of education. The process of practicing monotheism itself is considered to be limited to learning a science without applying and practicing it in everyday life. So that with these problems, the researchers conducted research to find answers to the formulation of the problem as follows: 1) How is the implementation of the process of using Asmaul Husna; 2) What are the results obtained from the use of Asmaul Husna; and 3) What are the obstacles faced from the process of using Asmaul Husna. This type of research is a qualitative research based on field research analysis with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the research data were analyzed using qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions. The data validity test in this study is data triangulation, namely technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: First, the implementation of Asmaul Husna learning as a form of practicing monotheism in Nazhirah Islamic Elementary School Bandarlampung is carried out through subject-based main activities and supporting activities which include all additional activities outside the learning process. Second, the results obtained by students in using Asmaul Husna as a form of practicing monotheism can be seen through three aspects of student development which include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Third, the obstacles faced are felt when the online learning process shows less than optimal results.

Abstract

Nowadays, the problem that often occurs, including in the religious environment, is a problem related to young people because young people are the biggest target of Satan, so he uses various ways to tempt every young person so that they fall into an unfavorable association so that in the end young people are far from God. That is why it is important for every person to believe that they can protect young people so that they can stay in the right association. This is a qualitative study using library research method. Researchers examine sources by comparing one statements with another taken from articles, books, or information on the internet. In this study, there are several ways to ensure that young people remain in the right associations, among them: understanding correctly what association is, imitating the good associations of several figures in the Bible, and selecting good friends in relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes in Economics subject through the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model based on the Edutainment method in class XI IPS 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Gombong. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 34 students of class XI IPS 3 at SMAN 1 Gombong. Data collection techniques include test and non-test techniques in the form of observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model based on the Edutainment method can improve student learning outcomes, especially in the cognitive domain, with the percentage of complete learning outcomes in cycle I reaching 32.4%, in cycle II the percentage of complete learning outcomes increases to 52.9 %, as well as in cycle III increased to 82.4%.

Abstract

The village. development of the village continues to transform over time. The new direction of village development has begun seen since the 2014 Village Law, which has entered its 8th (Eight) year. Various innovations are seen as including the Village SDGs as a new paradigm of village development. This paper tries to review village development from time to time using descriptive qualitative methods. The village SDGs as a new paradigm of village development still leaves problems such as the capacity of the village head and village officials who are still unequal. There is lacking of performance accountability on transparency. Besides the data from the SDGs data collection that has not be able to enjoyed and felt by the village. Abstract

The character and morality of students must be maximally cultivated so that they are not only superior in the academic field but also in the non-academic field to support their identity in the midst of globalization. Therefore, instilling noble character in Indonesian students is the most urgent matter that needs immediate attention. Through this study, it is believed that concepts or tactics for fostering noble character among Indonesian students can be found. This research was carried out using a literature review, which requires the collection and assessment of sources and facts from published works such as books, journals, papers, and theses. Data collection uses semantic and symbolic reading techniques. Based on the research findings, character education must still be carried out in higher education in order to improve and cultivate noble character among students. Teachers are responsible for fostering student character and morals. Through outstanding lecturer lessons in an academic setting, students will emulate lecturers and look up to them as role models.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing strategy of the Mizz@comp course and training institute in attracting community participation, the forms of community participation and the factors that influence community participation in organizing free computer course programs. The research design in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained in this study were that LKP Mizz@comp carried out four marketing strategies, namely market segmentation, market targeting, positioning and marketing mix. The forms of community participation in organizing computer courses are that the community does not actively participate in planning, but the community actively participates in implementing and utilizing the results. Factors that influence community participation are internal factors, the desire of course participants, age, gender, level of education, and income level. While the external factors are the intensity of socialization, support from the government and the activeness of the facilitators.

Abstract

This study examines the learning and learning outcomes of students' mathematics. The problem that is often encountered in learning mathematics is the low learning outcomes of students who have not reached the school's KKM. This study aims to determine the increase in results and learning activities of class VI students of SD Negeri 013 Rambah on cube root material using the drill method. This research is a classroom action research carried out in two cycles consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, perception, reflection. Reflection is used as a basis for planning improvements in the next cycle. The research data was obtained through observation sheets and the results of learning tests in cycle I and cycle II. obtained into data to be analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the use of the drill method can improve student learning outcomes and activities. Increasing student activity from the less category in cycle I to the good category in cycle II. The learning outcomes of students' KKM mastery in cycle I were only 16 students (50%), in cycle II it increased to 29 students (91%). Based on the findings of the researchers, it can be concluded that learning mathematics about cube roots using the drill method can improve the results and learning activities of class VI students at SD Negeri 013 Rambah.

Abstract

This research originates from the fact that many students in grade II SD are still not focused on participating in learning, especially in class II A SD Negeri 007 Tambusai. The results of learning science in class II A are very low, this is because students often do not understand what the teacher conveys, because the teacher also lectures more, and many students are still passive. So that the teaching and learning process does not go well, where students are bored because the learning conditions are not pleasant. One solution to overcome this problem is to use the PAIKEM method. The PAIKEM method is one of the learning methods that can improve science learning outcomes, and thus the purpose of this study was to describe the increase in science learning outcomes for class II A students at SD Negeri 007 Tambusai on energy and its changes. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach to the form of research, namely Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle was held in two meetings. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 007 Tambusai, with research subjects being class II A SD. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques, tests, documentation, and field notes. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis proposed by Arikunto which consisted of data induction, data description, and conclusions. The increase in Science Learning Outcomes in energy material and its changes using the PAIKEM method in each cycle can be seen from the average score of 74.61 with a learning completeness percentage of 53.84 in cycle I and an average score of 81.92 with a learning completeness percentage of 88.46 in cycle II. So, the PAIKEM method can improve science learning outcomes in energy material and its changes in class II A SD Negeri 007 Tambusai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with sampling using probability sampling technique. The total population in this study was 2,909 employees with 207 respondents selected at random (random sampling). Primary data for this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The software used is Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study reveal that: 1) Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a standard value at the P-value level <0.05 (0.043 <0.05); 2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a standard value at the P-value level <0.05 (0.011 <0.05); 3) Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a standard value at the P-value level <0.05 (0.000 <0.05); 4) Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Motivation together have a significant effect on Employee Performance with an F-count of 288.47 > F-table of 2.65 and the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) in R-Square obtains a value of 81 percent.
