Abstract

This study analyzed the participants, processes and circumstance as a medium for presenting ideas and experiences of speakers in President of Joko Widodo's speech and their relation to the context of the situation in the text. This research is qualitative research using Functional Systemic Linguistic theory. The main source of the data is President of Joko Widodo’s speech regarding the preparation plan for the 2022 G20 Summit activities accessed through the official website of the Cabinet Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia. This study used the note-taking technique to record the speech before dividing it into clause pieces. The results of this research are found three elements namely participants, processes and circumstance. The participants are found human and non-human participants. Human participants are the most likely participants with an 87% of appearances. The processes are found material, mental, verbal and relational processes. The verbal process is the process that occurs the most with a percentage of occurrence as much as 60%. The circumstance are found in the speech namely; circumstantial cause, problem, range, location and role. Circumstance of location that refers to time occurs the most with a percentage of 38%. Based on the analysis of transitivity and related to the context of the situation, it can be seen that President Joko Widodo wants to inform the general public, both domestically and abroad, about the preparations that have been made by Joko Widodo as chairman of the 2022 G20 Summit activities and the issues to be discussed at the event.

Abstract

Low student learning outcomes in learning are a problem that occurs in education. The lack of available teaching materials is one of the things that causes these problems. The problem faced by grade VI A and VI B students at SD Negeri 18 Pemecutan is the low learning outcomes of students in science learning caused by the lack of teaching materials in science learning and only relying on teaching materials searched on the internet by teachers. This study aims to (1) describe the process of developing social studies e-module media containing Balinese Folklore Based on Pancasila Student Profile, (2) explain the quality of social studies e-module containing Balinese Folklore Based on Pancasila Student Profile, and (3) find out the effectiveness of social studies containing Balinese Folklore Based on Pancasila Student Profile. The development model used was Dick and Carey. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The subjects of this study were 60 students of grades VI A and VI B SD Negeri 18 Dismissal for the Academic Year 2023/2024. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive, quantitative descriptive analysis, and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the research conducted were (1) The process of developing social studies e-modules containing Balinese Folklore Based on Pancasila Student Profiles, (2) E-modules were declared valid with expert assessments of subject content with a presentation of 96% of very good categories, instructional design experts with a percentage of 100% of very good categories, learning media experts with a percentage of 94% of very good categories, linguists with a percentage of 98% in the very good category, individual trials with a percentage of 94.16%, and small group trials with a percentage of 89.16% in the good category, (3) the use of e-modules is declared effective as evidenced by the improvement of the teaching results of class students who are taught with social studies e-modules containing Balinese Folklore compared to classes taught with conventional modules.

Abstract

This is development research with the aim of this research is to produce student worksheet with problem based learning model oriented to student’s critical thinking skills with has good validity and practicality. The development model used is ADDIE stand for analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. This research is in SMP Negeri 37 Pekanbaru with research subjects were 35 students in class IX. In this research used non-test techniques with validation sheets and practicality sheets instruments. Based on the result of this research showed that the student worksheet was included in the very valid category with an average score = 4,53. Then the student worksheet included in the very practical category with an average score = 4,24.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rancang bangun, validitas atau kelayakan , dan mengetahui efektivitas e-modul pendidikan pancasila berbasis profil pelajar pancasila. Penelitian pengembangan (RnD) dikembangkan dengan model pengembangan Dick And Carey. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan tes. Uji kelayakan dilakukan oleh dosen yang berkompeten dan uji coba ke siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kuantitatif, kualitatif, dan statistika inferensial. Hasil uji kelayakan menemukan bahwa media e-modul pendidikan pancasila berbasis profil pelajar pancasila kelas III dinyatakan layak berdasarkan: persentase hasil penilaian ahli isi materi 96,67% , persentase hasil penilaian ahli desain pembelajaran 96,4%, persentase hasil penilaian media pembelajaran 95% , persentase hasil penilaian ahli bahasa 95%, persentase hasil penilaian uji coba perorangan 92,5%,dan persentase hasil penilaian uji coba kelompok kecil 89,7%. Hasil uji efektivitas yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistika inferensial teknik uji-t memperoleh hasil t hitung = 9,525 dan t tabel = 2,00324 . Hal ini menunjukan t hitung > t tabel, sehingga H1 diterima. Implikasi Secara empiris terbukti bahwa dengan menggunakan e-modul pendidikan pancasila berbasis profil pelajar pancasila kelas III, kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi lebih menarik, efektif, aktif dan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

Principal leadership is the ability and readiness of the principal to influence, guide, direct and mobilize school staff so that they can work effectively in order to achieve educational goals. Management is a process for moving, organizing and mobilizing human efforts to achieve goals. Management can also be concluded as a process to move a school institution to carry out its duties. Marketing is a social and managerial process, either by individuals or groups, to obtain what is needed and desired through the creation of offers, the exchange of valuable products with other parties. The aim of this research is to determine the principal's strategy in marketing education at Al Amin Nusantara Islamic Middle School, Central Lampung. The approach that researchers used in this research was a descriptive analysis approach. The data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the principal's strategy in marketing education at Al Amin Nusantara Islamic Middle School, Central Lampung has implemented a good strategy, the principal has implemented a broad open marketing strategy, target market strategy, competitive position strategy, and mixed strategy. Supporting factors to influence school principals in managing educational marketing include the school principal's high commitment, both with agencies, committees, residents, and also support from other people. The obstacles faced by school principals in educational marketing are the lack of facilities and infrastructure, personnel and also donors who care about the school situation, which can hinder the management of educational marketing.

Abstract

This research is attemped to analyze the implementation of entrepreneurship education in Pondok Pesantren Minhajuth Thullab Way Jepara East Lampung. The research objectives are to find the implementation of entrepreneurship education and relevance with needs of the society. The research method applied in this study is quallitative. Data were collected such as observation, interview, and documentation. These data analyzed by triangulation method. The researcher used data reduction, display data, and verification to analyze the data. There are some research findings can be taken: 1) Implementation of entrepreneurship education based on Islam in Pondok Pesantren Minhajuth Thullab Way Jepara East Lampung is not optimal, this is due to lack of teachers qualified in the field of entrepreneurship, structure and infrastructure, and also limited capital owned businesses, 2) The mentor of Pondok Pesantren Minhajuth Thullab (Kiyai) has an important role , namely as the originator , pioneer , movers , and the direct supervisor of the program. The findings showed that the implementation of entrepreneurship education in Pondok Pesantren Minhajuth Thullab Way Jepara East Lampung still cannot be separated from the challenges and obstacles that must be faced.

This investigation employs both empirical and theoretical methodologies to gain a comprehensive understanding and analysis of a cultural phenomenon, utilizing field records derived from collected data. Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (PTK) was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in mathematics education subjects. Therefore, this Classroom Action Research (PTK) aims to describe how to improve student learning outcomes by implementing the Problem Based Learning Model in Class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Batu Island. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects in this classroom action research (PTK) were Class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Batu Island with a total of 16 students. The results of the research showed that from the first cycle of students' learning test scores, it was clear that of the 16 students who were research subjects, there were 13 or 81% who got a score in the poor category, and 3 students or 19% who got a score in the good category. . This means that, after implementing the problem-based learning (PBL) model, the learning outcomes of class Therefore, researchers continued research in cycle II. The student learning outcomes obtained in cycle II were 16 students who were research subjects, showing that 100% of students achieved completeness with an average score of 85.6. This shows that the application of the problem-based learning (PBL) model with the improvements made after implementing cycle I has increased and has achieved classical completeness. In this case, the problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning on the subject of matrix addition and subtraction operations and material on arithmetic sequences and series in class XI SMK Negeri 2 Pulau-Pulau Batu.
