Abstract

This research examines the pattern of Islamic Education Management in Mandailing Natal; this research was carried out at the Musthofawiyah Islamic Boarding School in Purbabaru. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive system. A descriptive approach is a method that describes or provides an overview of the object under study through data or samples. Data sources used are primary and secondary data; data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and observation. As for the research results, The curriculum pattern at the Musthofawiyah Purbabbaru Islamic boarding school is very thick with maintaining the educational design; Syekh Musthofa Husen Nasution formed the initial tradition because starting from the change of the pesantren leadership until now, the curriculum has been held the same as the initial establishment of the Musthofawiyah Islamic Boarding School Purbabaru, the teaching pattern of the Musthofawiyah Islamic Boarding School Purbabbaru using four teaching patterns, especially Islamic religious studies, namely in the form of speaking methods, question and answer, dictation (Imla') and discussion, the facilities and infrastructure of the Mustofawiyah Islamic Boarding School experienced many changes in leadership from time to time both physically and non-physically, only a few secondary needs alone are still not enough.

Abstract

Many students experience difficulties in reading Arabic texts in several schools due to the lack of variety of learning media applied in class. This study aims to develop IQRA (Interactive Quiz for Reading in Arabic), an Adobe Captivate-based learning media for the Arabic reading skills of class X high school students. The method used in this research is research and development. The development design used to design this media refers to ADDIE. The research data was obtained using the nontest technique. The non-test instruments used were interviews, observations, teacher and student needs questionnaires, expert validity test questionnaires, product satisfaction questionnaires, and SWOT questionnaires for old and new products. The result of this study is an Adobe Captivate-based media prototype for the Arabic reading skills of class X high school students in the form of a Windows application (.exe). Based on a questionnaire that analyzes the needs of teachers and students, this Adobe Captivate-based media contains 3 themes, namely البيانات الشخصية, المرافق العامة في المدرسة, الحياة في الأسرة وفي السكن. The assessment of experts and teachers is that this Adobe Captivate-based media is appropriate in the aspects of software engineering, audio aspects, and visual aspects. The implementation of this media is a product satisfaction questionnaire by experts and practitioners who are declared appropriate. While the evaluation of this media is by SWOT analysis of old products by teachers and students, as well as SWOT analysis of new products by teachers and experts.

Abstract

Classroom management is a series of activities that teachers consciously carry out in an effort to create and maintain optimal learning conditions. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. To analyze the data used descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that class management in improving learning effectiveness at MA Miftahul Ulum, it can be concluded that class management can indeed increase learning effectiveness at MA Miftahul Ulum Besuki, Situbondo and all homerooms and teachers are always working to improve class management so that the student learning process increase may occur.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada hakekatnya suatu proses yang dilakukan dengan keadaan sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh komponen pendidikan terhadap peserta didik dan penggunaan metode strategi discovery learning diharapkan dapat memperbaiki proses pembelajaran di kelas. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode discovery learning, dampak penerapan metode discovery learning terhadap peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PAI di kelas VIII dan hambatan serta solusi yang ditemukan dalam menerapkan metode discovery learning pada mata pelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Penelitian lapangan (field research) ini yang berhubungan dengan analisis pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan penerapan metode Discovery Learning pada kelas VIII di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil akhir bahwa di SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh penerapan metode discoveri learning dalam pembelajaran PAI untuk mengaktifkan belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 4 Sngai Penuh diantaranya: Meminta siswa untuk menjelaskan materi yang telah di berikan sesuai dengan pemahaman siswa, untuk dijelaskan di depan kelas, siswa berinteraksi dengan teman temannya di kelas dengan demikian diharapkan dapat menemukan jawaban yang sempurna, dan siswa menulis hasil penemuan yang mereka simpulkan dari diskusi sebelumnya.

Abstract

Program sekolah penggerak merupakan pilot project dari kurikulum merdeka serta menjadi salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan pembelajaran berbasis paradigma baru yang berfokus pada kebutuhan peserta didik ditujukan untuk mencetak peserta didik yang berorientasi pada Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Dengan adanya program sekolah penggerak tentunya guru PAI di SD Negeri 104267 di Pegajahan juga harus terlibat dalam pengimplementasiannya, sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kesiapan guru PAI di SD Negeri 104267 Pegajahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kesiapan guru PAI di SD Negeri 104267 Pegajahan. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah metode dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan kajian eksploratoris untuk mengetahui kesiapan Guru PAI dalam mengimplementasikan Program Sekolah Penggerak. Guru PAI di SD Negeri 104267 Pegajahan masuk pada kategori siap dalam mengimplementasikan program sekolah penggerak. Hal ini dibuktikan persiapan guru baik dalam menganalisis kebutuhan proses pembelajaran, mengidentifikasi peserta didik dalam belajar, membuat rencana pembelajaran dan tujuan pembelajaran serta memikirkan dan menyiapkan strategi pembelajaran agar peserta didik memperoleh hasil belajar yang maksimal. Dengan penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi guru PAI dalam mengimplementasikan Program Sekolah Penggerak dengan menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This research discusses the Analysis of Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication of PAI Teachers in Fostering the Morals of SDN 09 Tanjung Medan, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency, this research aims to find out the Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication of PAI Teachers in Fostering the Morals of SDN Students and what factors support and hinder the Communication Patterns of teachers in Fostering the Morals of SDN Students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, the approach used is a non-verbal communication approach and a communication psychology approach.The research subjects are teachers or educators, and students. Data collection methods with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication of PAI Teachers in Fostering the Morals of Students of SDN 09 Tanjung Medan, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency, namely the Primary Communication Pattern, using communication symbols, namely verbal and non-verbal symbols and two communication models, namely two-way communication and many-way communication. The supporting factors in the teacher's communication process in fostering student morals are (1) supporting factors of the communication process, namely the application of verbal and nonverbal communication simultaneously. And inhibiting factors (1) obstacles from the communication process, namely two-way communication and many-way communication, (2) authentic or media obstacles, namely obstacles in the form of facilities in schools that still need to be improved.

Abstract

Supervision is a management instrument that needs attention; on this basis, the management function is improving. Madrasahs are an important part of the national education system with distinctive characteristics but are still weak in the oversight function in management. Madrasah-Based Management (MBM) is the autonomy given to madrasas to regulate all existing policies in their environment in order to achieve madrasa goals mandated by the Ministry of Religion. In practice, madrasas are given full authority to regulate learning curriculum management, student management, infrastructure management, personnel management, financial management, public relations management, and special services management. This study aimed to explore strengthening the supervision of madrasah-based management at the State Aliyah Madrasah in rural areas. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The research location is at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Serang. They are collecting data using interviews and observation, and literature study. Data validity used triangulation techniques, while analysis used narrative techniques. The results show that the supervisory function of madrasah-based management includes weak team performance, limited infrastructure, curriculum, funding and teacher ranks. The research implies that the stronger supervision of madrasah-based management in rural areas will improve the quality of madrasah.

Abstract

Modern era has caused pesantren to decline in presence and appeal, necessitating upgrades in their education system, programs, and curricula to align with contemporary needs. This study examines the concepts of modern pesantren education presented by Wahid Hasyim and Yudian Wahyudi. This type of library research is in the form of comparative and descriptive. The research data collection method is documentation, while the analysis technique used is content and comparative analysis. The analysis reveals that Hasyim and Wahyudi view the pesantren education system as traditional, focusing solely on religious sciences while neglecting experimental sciences. They advocate for dismantling this system by integrating religious knowledge and science. However, they acknowledge the strengths of pesantren in producing scholars proficient in Arabic and Islamic sciences. To revitalize pesantren education, they emphasize integrating religious and scientific knowledge, including general subjects like mathematics and science, and language programs to enhance linguistic skills. They stress the need for pesantren to adapt to the modern world while preserving their identity as centers of classical Islamic scholarship. Wahid Hasyim highlights collaboration among pesantren, the community, and the government, necessitating government support regarding facilities and access. Yudian Wahyudi believes modern pesantren education must apply an inclusive, innovative, and adaptable educational approach to prepare students for social, technical, and cultural changes. Overall, the study highlights the importance of revitalizing pesantren education by integrating religious and scientific knowledge, collaboration, and necessary support to advance Islamic education in the modern era.

Abstract

Integrasi kurikulum merupakan pendekatan yang menggabungkan berbagai komponen kurikulum menjadi satu kesatuan yang utuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji implementasi integrasi kurikulum Jaringan Sekolah Islam Terpadu (JSIT) dengan kurikulum Nasional pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP IT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik secara mendalam dan bermakna terhadap pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, dan guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini dikonfirmasi melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kurikulum nasional dan kurikulum JSIT memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif bagi peserta didik, tidak hanya dari perspektif umum, tetapi juga dari perspektif agama, serta dapat menghubungkan keduanya dengan baik. Pendekatan pembelajarannya menggunakan konsep terpadu dan implementasi integrasi kurikulum yang dilakukan oleh SMP IT Al-Hijrah telah sesuai dengan apa yang tertera pada buku panduan standar mutu kekhasan sekolah Islam terpadu. Terdapat permasalahan dalam pelaksanaannya yakni 1) masih terdapat guru yang belum memahami hakikat integrasi kurikulum, 2) kurangnya alokasi waktu dan dana, 3) kurangnya kerjasama dengan para orang tua, 4) Masih terdapat murid yang tidak bersemangat dalam proses pembelajaran. Adapun solusinya yaitu; 1) mengikuti pelatihan, seminar, serta diklat terkait integrasi kurikulum yang telah disediakan, 2) melakukan evaluasi jangka pendek dan panjang, 3) adanya penjelasan dan sanksi, 4) Mengkreasikan metode pembelajaran. Sehingga dengan adanya integrasi kurikulum ini dapat membantu peserta didik memiliki imtaq serta iptek yang baik.

Abstract

The learning process needs a special strategy, especially in this case about the practice of prayer in children with special needs (children with disabilities). Therefore, children with disabilities need direction and guidance from teachers so that they can understand the learning of prayer practices in accordance with the conditions they experience. For this reason, the purpose of this study is the learning strategy of PAI teachers in the practice of praying for children with disabilities. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The subject of this study was a teacher of PAI subjects at SLBN Palangka Raya, while the informants were school principals and students with disabilities, data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, the validity of the data was carried out using triangulation of sources and techniques, while data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the learning strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the practice of praying for children with disabilities at SLBN 1 Palangka Raya uses an individual learning strategy consisting of planning, including the preparation of RPP and PPI as well as learning resources. Meanwhile, the implementation, which includes teachers using individual strategies and is face to face, the methods used in learning are demonstrations, lectures, questions and answers, commands, and repetitions, while the media includes prayer videos, pictures about prayer practices, and prayer readings.
