Konsep manajemen pengajaran bahasa arab adalah rencana-rencana pengajaran bahasa arab meliputi; persiapan materi, perincian tujuan, metode dan media pembelajaran serta penilain yang digunakan guru bahasa arab selama kegiatan pembelajaran, baik di kelas atau di luar kelas. Semua itu dimaksudkan untuk mencapai target pendidikan bahasa arab secara maksimal. Guru bahasa arab harus memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi profesional.Kesuksesan lembaga pendidikan bahasa arab tidak bisa lepas dari sinergi antara konsep dan pelaksanaan manajeman bahasa arab yang baik. Artinya guru bahasa arab harus memahami konsep manajemen pembelajaran bahasa arab dengan baik agar pelaksanaan tujuan-tujuan pendidikan yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya bisa dicapai secara efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip yang baku. Dan guru bahasa arab yang baik memiliki sifat ikhlas dan dedikasi yang tinggi pada profesinya.Guru bahasa arab harus memiliki kompetensi yang mencakup kemampuan memahami prinsip-prinsip pendidikan bahasa arab,mengelola proses belajar mengajar bahsa arab secara konperhensif, menjadi pribadi yang arif dan bijaksana serta teladan yang baik bagi anak didik (teladan dalam bersikap dan teladan dalam berbahasa yang baik dan benar), mampu bekerja sama dengan rekan seprofesi dan masyarakat luas demi mewujudkan tujuan-tujuan pendidikan, dan menguasai materi bahasa arab beserta seluruh kompetensinya, memiliki kemampuan mengembangkan bahan ajarnya dan mengajarkan bahasa arab pada anak didik sesuai tugas dan fungsinya, yaitu alat komunikasi.Pendidikan bahasa arab yang sukses mencerminkan keseimbangan antara konsep dan implementasi kurikulum yang terencana, terorganisir dengan seluruh elemen pendidikan dan masyarakat secara harmonis,dan di evaluasi secara berkesinambungan.

Based on the low pass rate then made a research about the relationship of perceptions of lecturer performance with graduation rate of engineering students at the Nurtanio University. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with the number of samples taken at random as many as 60 students who take physics courses. Obtained average results From the above statistical results seen as 92% of students agree that the lecturer already has a good readiness to teach. As many as 85% of students stated that lecturers already have material readiness. As many as 88% stated that the lecturer has discipline in teaching. For the category of evaluation of teaching as much as 83% of students stated that the lecturers have fulfilled. As many as 97% stated that the personality of lecturers in teaching in the classroom and personality outside the class is good. It's just for the correlation between courses with courses has lowest score as much as 68% said there was a positive correlation. Based on the result of pearson product moment test, the correlation between student's perception on lecturer performance has an effect on graduation rate of student with value equal to 0,625 in enough category.

Penelitian ini berupaya menggali lebih dalam tentang relasi masyarakat dengan pondok pesantren dan peran pondok pesantren dalam pembinaan keberagamaan santri. Pertanyaan utama yang ingin dijawab melalui penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perilaku keberagamaan santri dan bagaimana peran pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan perilaku keberagamaan santri. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai bulan November 2017 di pondok pesantren Nurul Jadid melalui observasi dan pengamatan langsung. Temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumbangan pengetahuan dan menjadi rujukan bagi peneliti-peneliti selanjutnya untuk lebih disempurnakan lagi.

Kebijakan-kebijakan mengenai pendidikan pada Madrasah di Negara Indonesia diputuskan, semuanya dalam rangka memperbaiki layanan dan kualitas Bangsa Indonesia saat ini dan di masa yang akan datang. Namun tentu hal seperti ini mendapatkan 2 respon yang berbeda yaitu antara positif dan negatif. Berkenaan dengan otonomi daerah yang dikenal pula dengan desentralisasi pendidikan membuat Madrasah harus memiliki strategi-strategi baik dalam mengelola layanan pendidikan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat secara universal, sehingga muncul rasa kepuasan (satisfaction) masyarakat untuk dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada dirinya, orang lain, dan Negara Indonesia. Pembahasan (research) dalam artikel ini menggunakan kajian pustaka dan melalui beberapa observasi yang berkembang pada Madrasah saat ini.

Grammatical or sound variety in scientific writing (Academic Voices) is a method used by writers to convey their own ideas and other people's ideas in the standard of scientific writing both in the form of Writer's Voice, Direct Voice, Voice indirect (Indirect Voice), additional voice (External Voice). The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of writers about quotations, to distinguish writers' voice, direct voice, indirect voice and external voice and reduce the level of plagiarism in writing journal articles. This study uses research in the form of Electronic Literature Study (E-Library Research) using observation and documentation. The result is 90% (ninety percent) of authors use author's voice (Writer's Voice) rather than direct voice (Direct Voice), indirect voice (Indirect Voice), additional voice (External Voice) in E-journal, formality of writing style scientific works are very varied and e-mail address (e-mail) is one of the conditions for the publication of articles as scientific papers.

Earing the word education is certainly no stranger to the public. Education is addressed with school and learning. The word education in terms of language is derived from the word "pedagogy" namely "paid" which means child and "agogos" which means guiding. So pedagogy or education is the science of guiding children. Education can also be defined as a process of changing the attitude and behavior of a person or group in an effort to mature a human being or a student through teaching and training efforts. The word management is often heard in our daily lives. Management is used to assist us in doing things. The role of management is needed in daily life which is intended to regulate all work. Through management, all work can be done and done well and systematically. We usually get quality when we discuss about industries related to the provision or delivery of services. The field of education is one area that provides services to its customers. The intended customers in the world of education are divided into 3 groups, namely primary customers (directly involved, namely students), secondary customers (who support education such as parents), and tertiary customers (indirectly involved but have an important role in education, namely employees, community, and government).

Pesantren dikenal sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tertua di Indonesia. Keberadaan pesantren seusia datangnya Islam itu sendiri, utamanya di Jawa. Meski begitu peran pesantren tidak banyak dibaca oleh beberapa kalangan mengingat pesantren yang cenderung eksklusif dan tradisonal. Karena itu, ke depan tantangan pesantren semakin komplit mengingat peta persaingan menuju era globalisasi semakin meningkat. Lulusan pesantren dituntut untuk lebih aktif dalam menyikapi perubahan. ISID Gontor, merupakan salah satu contoh konkretnya. Di pondok pesantren Gontor, secara historis, pesantren lebih dulu berdiri daripada ISID. Pondok Modern Gontor berdiri pada tahun 1926 sedangkan ISID berdiri pada tahun 1963 atau 36 tahun setelah berdirinya PMG (Pondok Modern Gontor).

In every public relations institution has a role, because through public relations the strategy plan forms the public opinion of educational service users of an institution both negative and positive opinions. This study aims to determine how the public relations communication strategy in forming a positive public opinion so that the image of the institution becomes good and has an impact on marketable institutions. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive approach. The public relations communication strategy in the Public Relations Section of MTs Nurul Yaqin is by implementing two communications, internal communication and external communication. The difficulty in communication strategies in the public relations department of MTs Nurul Yaqin is the quality of human resources who still lack the mastery of communication techniques. To achieve the goal of MTs Nurul Yaqin Public Relations in shaping the image of the institution, it requires team cohesiveness, sincere work, discipline and professionalism in public relations.

Educational institutions are grown by initiative, one of which is certainly inseparable in so much the contribution of the existence of a mature planning with the preparation of a strategy / concept of management framework to create a quality educational institution. This journal describes a public relations management framework within educational institutions ranging from Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. Public affairs and lobbying are high status and strategically important strategic public relations. It is a field of public relations practice that produces high levels both scientifically and publicly concerning the role it perceives in supporting the company's strengths and impacts related to the functional legitimacy of democratic institutions. For this paper content analysis is done from academic journals to provide insight into how public affairs and lobbying have been theorized and researched within it public relations scholarship and to ascertain what level of wider public concern has been addressed. The findings include empirical confirmation of a low level of research activity in public affairs; that rhetorical stakeholders and theories are the most widely used theories, but far from the dominant paradigm
