Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of salary, allowances, and bonuses on employee loyalty using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on private sector employees in Tangerang City through a survey method utilizing a Likert-scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that salary, allowances, and bonuses have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. These findings imply that a fair and competitive compensation system plays a vital role in retaining the workforce. The results align with human resource management theories and support government policies on decent wages as regulated by Government Regulation No. 36 of 2021 on Wages and Banten Governor Regulation No. 561/Kep.293-Huk/2023 concerning the 2024 regional minimum wage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze four strategic dimensions in the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), namely managerial competence, social entrepreneurship, technological adaptation, and village business sustainability. The research employs an interpretative qualitative approach, involving 15 informants consisting of village heads, BUMDes managers, village officials, and community partners in Punggul Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation to explore contextual understanding of the dynamics of BUMDes management. The findings indicate that managerial competence is a crucial aspect in strengthening BUMDes governance, particularly related to the ability to plan business activities, organize operational processes, prepare financial reports, and make data-driven decisions. Social entrepreneurship was found to be a key driver of community participation and the creation of socio-economic value. Technological adaptation, measured through the level of digitalization and use of village information systems, serves as an essential factor for efficiency and transparency, although its implementation still faces challenges such as low digital literacy, resistance to innovation, and limited internet infrastructure. The dimension of village business sustainability has developed through business practices that consider economic, social, and environmental aspects, although their implementation remains partial and is not yet supported by consistent institutional policies. Overall, this study finds that synergy between human resource capacity building, technological innovation, and commitment to sustainability forms an essential foundation for transforming BUMDes into an inclusive, competitive, and sustainable village business model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which digital learning affects students academic performance. In addition, the study also seeks to identify the role of digital competence in moderating the relationship between digital learning and students academic performance. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of students enrolled at Warmadewa University and Universitas Pendidikan Nasional University. Using purposive sampling, 97 respondents were obtained. Data analysis was conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to examine the relationship between digital learning, academic performance, and the digital competence of students in private universities. The data processing tool used was IBM SPSS 25. The???? value of 0.595 with a significance value of 0.000 indicates that the first hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely that digital learning has a positive effect on students academic performance. The significance value for the interaction between digital learning and digital competence is 0.001. Based on this value, the analysis results state that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that digital competence moderates the effect of digital learning on students academic performance; specifically, digital competence strengthens the influence of digital learning on academic performance. From these findings, private universities can implement structured programs to improve digital competencies, for example by providing LMS training and supporting the development of digital teaching materials for lecturers, facilitating online learning assistance for students, and ensuring adequate technical support and access to appropriate devices.

Abstract

The This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on employee turnover intention at a luxury resort in Ubud, Bali. A quantitative causal associative method was employed with a total sample of 72 respondents. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression via SPSS 26. The t-test results indicate that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention (t=?5.837;p<0.05), with compensation optimization as the primary anchor. Conversely, job insecurity has a significant positive effect (t=10.396;p<0.05) and acts as the most dominant predictor stimulating resignation due to employment status and career uncertainty. Simultaneously (F-test), both variables significantly influence turnover intention (F=54.089;p<0.05) with an R-Square of 61.1%, while 38.9% is explained by external factors. Practical implications require management to design transparent career pathing and enhance solution-oriented supervision to strengthen human resource retention.

Abstract

Firm value serves as a primary objective for stakeholders, including investors, creditors, and managers. The significance of firm value makes investors and creditors increasingly selective when investing in or extending credit to companies. The study population consists of 100 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that are included in the Kompas 100 Index. Purposive sampling was used to select the sample, based on the criteria that companies must have been included in the Kompas 100 Index for two years and that financial information was available throughout the observation period. The final sample comprised 62 companies, resulting in a total of 124 observations over the two-year period. The analysis techniques employed were path analysis and the Sobel test for indirect hypothesis testing. The results indicate that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has a positive and significant effect on firm value, whereas GCG has no effect on stock returns. Stock returns have a positive and significant effect on firm value. GCG has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and stock returns also have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Stock returns do not mediate the effect of GCG on firm value, whereas financial performance mediates the effect of GCG on firm value.

Abstract

Operating cash flow is crucial for restaurant continuity because daily operations require cash receipts from sales to remain aligned with production and recurring operating expenditures. Prior studies have largely examined profit, turnover, or sales volume, leaving limited direct evidence on how sales volume, selling price, and production costs jointly explain operating cash flow in a restaurant setting. This study examines the partial and simultaneous effects of sales volume, selling price, and production costs on the operating cash flow of Pit Stop Burger Canggu, Badung, Bali. A quantitative causal-associative design was applied to 48 monthly observations covering 2022-2025 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, an F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Sales volume had a positive and significant effect on operating cash flow (B = 38,201.689; t = 19.993; p < 0.001), and selling price also had a positive and significant effect (B = 655.044; t = 13.501; p < 0.001). Production costs had a negative and significant effect (B = -0.365; t = -5.218; p < 0.001). The model was significant (F = 222.693; p < 0.001) with an adjusted R2 of 0.934. These findings indicate that restaurant cash-flow resilience depends on coordinated sales growth, value-based pricing, and disciplined production-cost control.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether these governance factors have a significant impact on firm value. The research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis. The population consists of all energy sector companies listed on IDX during the period, with samples selected using a purposive sampling method. The results show that the board of directors has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while the audit committee and risk management disclosure do not have a significant influence. These findings suggest that the strategic role of the board of directors is more impactful in shaping investor perceptions and enhancing firm value compared to other governance elements. The study contributes to the understanding of corporate governance dynamics in emerging markets, particularly in the energy sector, and highlights the importance of strengthening board effectiveness.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, yet many, particularly those in the culture-based creative sector, struggle to translate financial knowledge and digital tools into sustainable business performance. This study analyzes the influence of financial literacy and digital financial innovation on MSME business performance in Bali and examines whether access to financing moderates this relationship. Using a quantitative approach grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 384 MSMEs selected through probability sampling using the Krejcie and Morgan formula. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), including moderation analysis using a product-indicator approach. The results show that financial literacy, digital financial innovation, and access to financing each have a positive and significant effect on business performance. Access to financing significantly strengthens the relationship between financial literacy and business performance, while its moderating effect on the relationship between digital financial innovation and business performance is not statistically proven. These findings indicate that improving MSME performance requires an integrated strategy that combines financial capabilities, digital adoption, and equitable access to formal financial services. This research offers practical implications for policymakers and financial institutions in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of culture-based MSMEs.
