Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan komik matematika sederhana bagi siswa SMPLB sebagai media pembelajaran serta untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan komik matematika sederhana. Sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa di SLB AC Dharma Wanita kegiatan pembelajaran lebih menekankan pada aspek visual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D metode ADDIE. Dalam pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Angket, Tes, serta Wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SLB AC Dharma Wanita Sidoarjo pada kelas SMPLB dengan jumlah sebanyak 14 Siswa. Angket digunakan untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa setelah belajar menggunakan komik, Tes digunakan untuk mengetahui Tingkat pemahaman siswa dalam memahami isi dari komik, dan pedoman wawancara digunakan untuk mengetahui secara langsung tanggapan siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan Komik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisa dari hasil penelitian menggunakan Analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komik matematika sederhana yang dikembangkan melalui lima tahap, pada tahap validasi instrument sebelum diterapkan dilakukan kepada 3 validator sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing hingga instrument Komik Sederhana yang dikembangkan dikatakan Valid atau layak untuk diterapkan kepada siswa. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan media Komik sederhana melalaui 5 tahap dan setelah dilakukan uji coba diperoleh bahwa media pembelajaran komik matematika sederhana berpengaruh terhadap motivasi siswa disamping itu juga berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

Guru memiliki peran penting dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini. Guru menerapkan strategi menarik agar anak merasa senang dan terdorong belajar. Minimnya minat anak usia dini menghafal Al-Qur’an dipengaruhi perasaan tidak mampu, sehingga semangat menghafal kurang. Kurangnya penguasaan tajwid, makharijul huruf, dan kelancaran membaca Al-Qur’an juga menjadi faktor kurangnya motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan peran guru terhadap motivasi menghafal siswa di RA Tahfizh Al Furqon Ponorogo, (2) Mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat peran guru terhadap motivasi menghafal siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Peran guru dalam memotivasi siswa meliputi: (a) guru sebagai suri tauladan (role model), (b) guru sebagai penyedia dan pengelola lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan kondusif, serta (c) guru sebagai motivator. (2) Faktor pendukung meliputi kehadiran guru yang konsisten, kualitas dan kredibilitas guru tahfidz yang mendukung program, serta disiplin guru saat mengajar. Faktor penghambat adalah suasana kelas yang terkadang bising karena siswa bermain atau berbicara. Namun, guru mengatasinya dengan nasehat lembut dan peringatan edukatif, seperti mengajak murojaah bersama. Selain peran guru dalam motivasi, kerjasama dengan keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar sangat diperlukan agar pembelajaran tahfidz berjalan optimal dan siswa dapat mencapai target yang ditentukan.

Abstract

Penelitian mixed-methods sequential explanatory ini mengkaji proses pemilihan jurusan siswa Kelas XI SMAN 8 Malang (n=34). Tujuan penelitian adalah memetakan pola minat sains (Fisika, Kimia, Biologi), mengidentifikasi faktor pertimbangan dominan, dan menganalisis faktor penyebab fenomena diskoneksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring (skala Likert dan esai) dan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Friedman, statistik deskriptif, dan analisis tematik. Hasil kuantitatif menunjukkan tingkatan minat yang jelas: minat Fisika (Mean=3,16) terbukti signifikan (p=0,001) lebih rendah dibandingkan Kimia (Mean=3,84) dan Biologi (Mean=3,78). Secara krusial, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa proses keputusan siswa didominasi oleh pragmatisme; faktor 'Cita-cita atau rencana karier' (Mean=4,35) dan 'Arahan orang tua' (Mean=4,06) terbukti menjadi pertimbangan yang lebih kuat daripada 'Minat pribadi' (Mean=3,94). Temuan ini secara langsung menjelaskan fenomena leaky STEM pipeline yang teridentifikasi pada 14,7% siswa kelompok diskoneksi, yang memiliki minat sains tinggi namun memilih non-Saintek. Analisis kualitatif membuktikan diskoneksi ini disebabkan oleh tiga faktor utama: (1) tarikan kuat dari minat karier di bidang lain, (2) dorongan keluar akibat kualitas pengajaran di sekolah yang menurunkan efikasi diri, dan (3) pendekatan pragmatis yang memisahkan antara hobi pelajaran dan komitmen karier di universitas

Abstract

Digital technology development requires companies to transform in order to compete in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research aims to analyze the influence of adaptive leadership on digital transformation readiness in technology companies. Adaptive leadership encompasses the ability to manage change, solve complex problems, empower teams, communicate flexibly, and manage uncertainty. Digital transformation readiness includes aspects of technology, organization, human resources, strategy, and digital culture. This research used a quantitative approach with the simple linear regression method. The results of the t-test show a significance value of $0.029$ ($< 0.05$) and a regression coefficient of $0.246$, which means that adaptive leadership has a positive and significant influence on digital transformation readiness. The higher the level of adaptive leadership in the organization, the more prepared the company is to face technology-based changes. These findings affirm the important role of adaptive leaders in creating an innovative, collaborative, and flexible work environment to support the success of digital transformation. This research is expected to serve as a reference for organizations in developing a leadership model that aligns with the dynamics of contemporary technological change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang tren riset algorithmic literacy dalam pendidikan dan media digital periode 2011–2025. Dengan pendekatan bibliometrik, studi ini menganalisis 379 artikel dari Scopus untuk melihat tren perkembangan riset, penulis berpengaruh, jejaring kolaborasi, serta pemetaan kata kunci menggunakan Bibliometrix dan VOSviewer. Hasilnya menunjukkan pertumbuhan signifikan sejak 2011, dengan peningkatan tajam setelah 2020. Paulo Couraceiro menjadi penulis paling produktif dalam riset alghorithmic literacy. Terdapat tiga klaster utama kolaborasi penulis, dan tema kata kunci menyoroti keterkaitan algorithmic literacy dengan kecerdasan buatan, pemikiran komputasional, dan literasi digital. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan pergeseran algorithmic literacy dari orientasi teknis menuju pendekatan yang lebih humanis dan kritis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically the influence of perceived usefulness of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and teaching method on students’ 4Cs skills (critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration) in higher education. The research also investigates the mediating role of teaching method in the relationship between perceived usefulness of GenAI and 4Cs competencies. The object of this research involved 50 undergraduate students from Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire consisting of three main constructs, namely perceived usefulness of GenAI, teaching method, and 4Cs skills, measured using a five-point Likert scale. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that perceived usefulness of GenAI does not have a significant direct effect on students’ 4Cs skills. However, perceived usefulness of GenAI significantly influences teaching method, and teaching method shows a strong and significant effect on 4Cs development. Furthermore, teaching method does not significantly mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness of GenAI and 4Cs. These findings suggest that GenAI technology alone is not sufficient to enhance students’ 21st-century skills without strong pedagogical integration. Teaching method is confirmed as the key factor that directly contributes to the development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration among students. Therefore, higher education institutions are encouraged to prioritize instructional innovation and pedagogical strategies to maximize the potential benefits of GenAI for meaningful learning and skills development. The study contributes to the extension of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by highlighting the importance of pedagogical design beyond technological perception in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between digital readiness, perceived usefulness of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), and academic resilience among university students in the digital learning era. The research involved 45 undergraduate students from Universitas Negeri Surabaya as respondents, selected to represent learners who actively engage in technology-supported academic activities. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire measuring digital readiness, perceived usefulness of GenAI, and academic resilience, adapted from validated instruments in previous studies. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate both the measurement and structural models. The results show that digital readiness has a significant positive effect on academic resilience, indicating that students with higher digital preparedness tend to possess better adaptability and persistence when facing academic challenges. Digital readiness also significantly influences perceived usefulness of GenAI, suggesting that students who are more digitally prepared are more likely to view GenAI as beneficial for learning. However, perceived usefulness of GenAI does not significantly affect academic resilience and does not mediate the relationship between digital readiness and academic resilience. These findings underscore that digital readiness serves as a direct and dominant predictor of academic resilience, while the perceived usefulness of GenAI has not yet functioned as a psychological mechanism that strengthens students’ adaptive capacity. The study highlights the importance of improving students’ digital competencies to foster resilience in technology-driven learning environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of fitrah from the perspective of the Qur’an and Hadith and to examine its relevance for the development of Islamic education in the digital disruption era. The research employs a library research method, using primary sources such as Qur’anic verses, Prophetic traditions, and classical literature on fitrah, as well as secondary sources derived from contemporary studies on Islamic education and the challenges of the digital age. The analysis was conducted through thematic content analysis, encompassing etymological, conceptual, and pedagogical dimensions. The findings indicate that fitrah represents the fundamental theological potential of human beings—encompassing an innate inclination toward monotheism, truth, and morality—which may either develop or deviate depending on environmental influences. The Qur’anic perspective (Qur’an Ar-Rum:30; Al-A’raf:172) and Prophetic traditions (Bukhari and Muslim) affirm that all humans are born in a state of purity and are naturally predisposed to receive divine values. In the educational context, the digital disruption era presents challenges such as the rapid flow of information, moral relativism, digital hedonism, and the shifting of educational authority. The results further emphasize that the development of fitrah must be carried out integrally through the strengthening of faith, the habituation of noble character, value-based digital literacy, educator role-modeling, and the creation of an Islamic educational environment. Thus, Islamic education holds a strategic role in preserving the purity of fitrah and shaping learners with a strong Islamic identity, moral resilience, and the capacity to adapt to technological change.

Abstract

This study explores the role of transformational leadership in supporting automotive companies’ adaptation to digital technology changes. The automotive industry faces rapid transformation through automation, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and smart robotics-based production systems. Findings indicate that transformational leaders who are visionary, communicative, and supportive of learning accelerate technology adoption, minimize employee resistance, and foster an innovative culture. Major challenges include psychological resistance, limited digital literacy, technical obstacles, and misalignment of organizational culture. Effective adaptation strategies include intensive training, technical mentoring, cross-divisional collaboration, and operational policy adjustments. Transformational leadership is crucial in aligning digital vision, enhancing human resource competencies, and creating an adaptive work environment, enabling optimal acceptance of digitalization across all organizational levels. These findings highlight that successful digital transformation depends not only on technology but also on leadership quality and organizational culture. Abstract

This research intends to conceptually examine the Montessori Model and its role in enhancing the quality of daycare programs, specifically its application in Pocenter Playgroup, Ponorogo. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the study gathered data via direct observation of educational activities, comprehensive interviews with parents and teachers, and documentation of routine learning records and children’s portfolios. The results indicate that the organized environment, access to multisensory resources, and the combination of sensory and practical life activities are central to Montessori practices within the daycare environment. These activities promote children’s autonomy, focus, imagination, and self-control, while also enhancing fine-motor skills and social-emotional abilities. Interactions between teachers and children demonstrate educators' roles as facilitators and observers, enabling children to actively explore and engage with tangible materials suited to their developmental stages. Genuine assessment via portfolios and daily records improves communication with parents and guarantees ongoing stimulation between home and school. The research highlights various challenges, such as differences in teacher proficiency, scarce access to quality Montessori materials, and the necessity for improved assessment instruments. In summary, the results highlight that the Montessori Model provides an extensive conceptual foundation that greatly enhances the quality of daycare programs when applied consistently and backed by proper teacher training, oversight, and contextual adjustment. This research emphasizes the significance of combining conceptual comprehension, teaching methods, and program assessment to enhance early childhood education services in daycare environments.
