Abstract

Work stress is a pressing feeling or feeling of pressure experienced by employees in dealing with their work. MTsN 1 Solok Selatan is one of the public schools. Based on the results of brief interviews with several teachers, the teacher said they were stressed and confused because there were demands for tasks that had to be prepared, such as preparing administrative completeness, changing curricula. This type of research is descriptive research. The sample used in this study were 65 people. The measuring tool for this research is a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires. The conclusion from the results of the study is that the level of teacher work stress is normal (46.2%), mild stress gets results (16.9%), moderate stress (20.0%) and severe stress gets results (16.9%). Suggestions to teachers and schools namely Regulating diet and exercise, Getting out of temporary routines, Annual recreation with teachers and students, Support from family and friends, Increasing the intensity of worship, Working meetings in tourist spots, Giving awards in the form of crowning outstanding teachers and having cooperation and deliberation between subject teachers at school or in the MGMP.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in supervising the use of Village Funds in Kenagarian Gunung Malintang, Pangkalan Koto Baru District, Fifty City District. In this study the author uses an empirical juridical approach. The empirical juridical approach means that apart from looking directly at the review of people's understanding of the settlement of traffic accident cases, the author also looks directly at what is happening in the field. The results of this study are: In Nagari Gunuang Malintang Village Fund supervision is carried out by the village community, the Nagari Deliberation Board (Bamus), Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP), Camat, Financial Audit Board (BPK). In this thesis, the authors found problems with supervising village funds that occurred in the field, namely when village funds were used for development. In Nagari Gunung Malintang, Pangkalan Koto Baru District, the development that is meant is the construction of a nagari road. In this case the construction of the nagari road is supervised by the village head, village officials and each chief executive of the activity. In supervising village funds in Nagari Gunung Malintang, Pangkalan Koto Baru District, it has been running according to the applicable regulations, but there are several obstacles in its implementation. The inhibiting factors for supervising village funds in Nagari Gunung Malintang, Pangkalan Koto Baru District, are: Poor time management in carrying out supervision of Village Funds jointly by supervisors. Lack of human resources in preparing village fund reports by development implementers. And the lack of a place to inform reports on the use of village funds. Efforts made to overcome the inhibiting factors for supervising village funds are: coordinating with the team in carrying out supervision of village funds jointly by supervisors. Conduct technical guidance for preparing village fund reports. Abstract

Viewed epidemiologically, diabetes mellitus is often not detected and the onset of diabetes mellitus is 7 years of diagnosis, so that early mortality and mortality occur cases that are not detected early. Early detection of diabetes mellitus is a public understanding of early action as an effort to possibly get diabetes mellitus early so that it can be handled adequately, so that diseases and complications can be prevented. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of diabetes mellitus early detection education (SIDEDI-DM) with video media on the level of knowledge in adulthood in Payung Sekaki District. This research is a quantitative research with a Pre-experimental design, in the form of a One Group Pre-Test Post-Test design. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with 30 respondents. Data collection using Diabetes Mellitus Early Detection Knowledge questionnaire sheet using Wilcoxon Rank Test. The results of the study before the intervention showed that the highest value was 6 and the lowest score was 2 with an average value of 4.67, as many as 21 people (70.0%) had sufficient knowledge, and as many as 9 people (30.0%) had less knowledge, and none had high knowledge. After being given the intervention, the highest level of knowledge was 10 and the lowest 7 with an average score of 7.97, as many as 30 respondents had high knowledge. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon Rank Test, P-value = 0.000 is smaller than alpha (p < 0.05). Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang aturan dan penindakan unit satlantas polresta Bukittingi terhadap pelaku pelanggaran modifikasi sepeda motor. ,Sepeda motor masih menjadi pilihan utama dan yang paling terjangkau untuk mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia, kendaraan roda dua dipilih sebagai transportasi yang umum digunakan. Kendaraan tersebut praktis dan efisien, membuat sepeda motor menjadi pilihan favorit, Modifikasi sepeda motor kian marak dilakukan di Kota Bukittinggi. Peminat modifikasi sepeda motor baik untuk penggunaan transportasi di jalan maupun untuk dilombakan dalam ajang modifikasi kompetisi sepeda motor, Pasal 52 UU No.22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan menjelaskan Modifikasi Kendaraan Bermotor sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 50 ayat (1) dapat berupa modifikasi dimensi, mesin, dan kemampuan daya angkut, Modifikasi Kendaraan Bermotor sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) tidak dapat membahayakan keselamatan lalu lintas, mengganggu arus lalu lintas, serta merusak lapis perkerasan/daya dukung jalan yang dilalui, Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana Satlantas Polresta Bukittinggi menangani pelanggaran lalu lintas yang melibatkan modifikasi sepedamotor. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kesadaran dan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap hukum berlalu lintas yang lebih rendah. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa satuan lalu lintas Polresta Bukittinggi melakukan pencegahan preventif dan responsif dalam mendeteksi pelanggaran lalu lintas modifikasi sepeda motor yang terjadi di Kota Bukittinggi, penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang memberikan data tentang sesuatu atau gejala gejala sosial, digunakan analisa kualitatif, yaitu penelitian kepustakaan akan dimanfaatkan untuk menganalisa data data yang diperoleh dari lapangan.

Abstract

Concurrent regional head elections in Indonesia will be held for the fourth time in September 2020, but there have been changes due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so that the results of these changes have been determined by the general election commission on 9 December 2020. The community has a very important role in organizing democratic parties such as regional head elections. Therefore, the community cannot be separated from the election because it is a complete unit where the community is the main factor and determines the success of the implementation of regional head elections. The research used by researchers is normative legal research, which is the most widely conducted research. This is because research is only sufficient to do in the workspace, without bothering to dig up data from the community. The data that has been obtained from the results of this study are then analyzed on the basis of theory, both data sourced from primary data and secondary data and analysis using qualitative analysis.The results show that, the role of the community in direct regional head elections is to elect their regional leaders, where the community must be actively involved in supervising regional head elections, the important role played by the community can be by providing information about suspected violations, whether they have been committed. Pilkada administrators, either provincial or district / city KPUs, as well as pilkada participants. Regional head elections or regional elections in 2020, in 270 regions that will carry out a celebration or democratic party to elect governors and deputy governors, regents and deputy regents, mayors and deputy mayors, the community leaves everything to the authorities of the provincial, district / city KPU, DKPP, and Bawalse so that the 2020 regional elections will be better and very satisfying for the community.

Abstract

Dermatitis is skin inflammation in response to exogenous and endogenous factors causing clinical abnormalities in the form of polymorphic efflorescence. The incidence of dermatitis in 2022 in the Batang Kampang area is 50%. The aim of this study was to determine factors related to contact dermatitis prevention behavior in Fishermen in the Batang Kapas area of Pesisir Selatan Regency in 2022. The research method used is quantitative using an analytical descriptive method. This research was conducted in the Batang Kapas area of Pesisir Selatan Regency in July 2022. The population in this research was a group of 452 fishermen, while the sample was taken using the slovin formula using a simple random sampling technique of 82 respondents. Data were analyzed univariately in the form of frequency distribution and bivariately using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that more than half (69.5%) had poor prevention of dermatitis, more than half (62.2%) had a low level of knowledge, more than half (67.1%) had a negative attitude, more than half (72%) personal hygiene not good. there is a relationship between knowledge level and prevention of dermatitis (p=0.000), there is a relationship between attitude and prevention of dermatitis in fishermen (p=0.000), there is a relationship between personal hygiene and prevention of dermatitis (p=0.003). Based on the results of the study that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge, attitude and personal hygiene with the prevention of dermatitis in fishermen. Suggestions, it is hoped that all fishermen can overcome dermatitis and maintain good personal hygiene.

Abstract

Regulations regarding the education system specifically for school-age children at Special Child Development Institutions (LPKA), including in article 3 letter (n) of the Children's Criminal Justice System Law Number 11 of 2012 stipulate that every child in the criminal justice process has the right to receive education. Apart from that, Special Child Development Institutions are obliged to provide education, skills training, guidance and fulfill other rights in accordance with the provisions of the Legislative Regulations. This education and coaching program is supervised by the Correctional Center. One of the rights of child prisoners is to receive education and teaching. In Article 1 of the National Education System Law Number 20 of 2003, education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have spiritual, religious strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character. , as well as the skills needed by himself, society, nation and state.Keywords:  Implementation, Development, Education, Teaching, Development Institutions, Children

Abstract

Fenomena kemacetan menjadi hal yang menarik untuk dikaji, seperti halnya kemacetan yang diakibatkan oleh adanya pengaruh aktivitas pusat perdagangan. Permasalahan kemacetan ini kemudian dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala antara lain terbatasnya ruas jalan sebagai prasarana dan sarana transportasi yang kurang sebanding dengan berkembangnya jumlah kendaraan bermotor yang menggunakan prasarana dan sarana tersebut. Proyek pembangunan flyover/underpass adalah suatu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi kepadatan kendaraan pada satu titik akibat adanya pertemuan 4 titik jalan raya yang berbeda arah. Jalan Basuki Rahmad sampai jalan R Sukamto merupakan penghubung antar daerah  yang sedang mengalami kegiatan pengembangan ruas jalan dan pelebaran. Sebagai sarana penghubung yang utama antar daerah, maka jalan harus dapat memberikan tingkat pelayanan yang nyaman bagi semua pengguna. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Pembangunan, Deck Slab, Fly Over.

Abstract

Hypertension sufferers need health services and early detection so that it does not get worse and cause other disease complications. To prevent this, one way is to improve health services according to community standards. However, the achievement of the hypertension control program in Rokan Hulu Regency in 2022, namely 33.40%, has not yet reached the target (100%). The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the hypertension control program at the Rokan Hulu District Health Service, so that challenges and efforts to improve further achievements are identified. This research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study design, with 4 informants. Determining informants in this research using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews, observation and document searching. The results of the research explain that the challenges faced in implementing the program are seen from the input components, namely untrained officers, limited budget allocation and unavailability of KIE media, process components, namely planning which is tied to operational guidelines, limited monitoring and evaluation activities on achievements, lack of coordination with cross-program and lack of cross-sector support which has an impact on the output component, namely program achievements are still low. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the implementation of the hypertension control program at the Rokan Hulu District Health Service in 2022 is still not optimal. The suggestion from the results of this research is that officers carry out On the Job Training, integrated with cross-programs, improve the implementation of monitoring and evaluation, provide rewards for health centers with the best achievements, conveying the results of achievements to the Head of the Health Service to be conveyed to the Regional Head (Regent), carrying out advocacy and outreach to hospitals to collaborate and support the achievement of SPM service targets, as well as increasing coordination with cross-sectors.Keywords: Program Evaluation, Hypertension, Challenges, Efforts

Abstract

Nutritional status is the state of the body as a result of food consumption and the use of nutrients. Distinguished between good, less and more nutritional status. initial survey on December 27, 2021 at Paud Hasnatul Hassanah Sungai Siput Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency in 2018. The number of students consists of 50 students. Of the 10 students studied who were well-nourished, 3 students were malnourished, 4 students were undernourished and 3 students were overnourished. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between maternal and socioeconomic knowledge on nutritional status in early childhood at Paud Hasnatul Hassanah Sungai Siput Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Univariate and bivariate data analysis using chi Square test. The results of the study were the majority of mothers had sufficient knowledge 40.0% and mothers with low socioeconomic 27.3%. There is a significant relationship between knowledge (P value = 0.000), socioeconomics (P value = 0.000) on the nutritional status of early childhood children at Paud Hasnatul Hassanah Sungai Siput Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. It is recommended for mothers to increase knowledge by always attending counseling about health, especially nutritional status in children, as well as for health workers to further improve counseling for families, health counseling counseling, and increasing the number of children in the community.Keywords: Knowledge Level, Socioeconomics, Nutritional Status
