Abstract

Sleep quality is the condition in which a person sleeps and then feels fresh and fit when waking up. Poor sleep quality can cause a person to be unhealthy and easily get sick. The prevalence of sleep disorders among adolescents in Indonesia is 37.7% in suburban areas and around 38% in urban areas. One of the factors that affect sleep quality is the use of smartphones. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between smartphone use and adolescent sleep quality at SMA Negeri 2 Tualang, Siak Regency in 2023. This study uses quantitative research methods with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. The population in this study were 768 students with a sample of 209 students. The analysis used in this study was univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the duration of smartphone use (p=0.0001), smartphone addiction (p=0.010), social media use (p=0.0001), online game addiction (p = 0.0001) with adolescent sleep quality. From these results it can be concluded that the use of smartphones is associated with adolescent sleep quality. It is expected that adolescents can maximize sleep hours at night.  Keywords: Smartphone Usage, Sleep Quality, Social Media, Online Games, Teenagers

Abstract

Technology and information are now driving increased development in all fields. One of the increases in national development is the development of industrial and trade activities, increasing industrial and trade activities resulting in an increase in the capital sector in business development. While not all entrepreneurs have sufficient capital to develop their business, this is where many transactions are created In everyday life in the form of credit or loans, the Agreement has a close relationship with the engagement as Book III of the Civil Code Article 1233 which mentions the occurrence of an engagement which suggests that the engagement arises from an agreement or law. Abstract

The researcher discusses the status of ownership of fiduciary security rights over collateral rights transferred to other parties case study (Decision Number 36/Pdt-Bth/2020/PN Bkt). This started when the plaintiff made a unilateral transfer of the object which was the object of collateral, which was known when the defendant was going to pay off the car installments, he received a notification that the car had been paid for by another party. The aim is to find out how the ownership status of the collateral rights over the collateral rights is transferred to other parties and what is the responsibility of the fiduciary recipient for the goods transferred. The form of research conducted by the author is normative. The author of the literature as relevant secondary data, the processing of data analysis carried out is qualitative. So that from this research the results are that the collateral object is transferred without the knowledge of the first party, so it remains that the material rights that are born first will take precedence over those that are born later. However the situation is between the Property Rights and the Law of the contract cannot be overridden by one another, meaning that the Property Rights of an object are still in accordance with the name stated on the Deed or the ownership letter and the responsibility of the fiduciary recipient is obliged to compensate for losses equivalent to the goods transferred.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months without being given other foods except vitamins, minerals and drugs in the form of ORS, drops and syrup. One of the factors causing breastfeeding mothers not to breastfeed exclusively for 6 months is the lack of knowledge and attitude of mothers towards exclusive breastfeeding. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) breastfeeding until the age of 6 months in the world is still very low at 41%, while the target to be achieved in 2030 is 70%. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence between knowledge and maternal attitudes towards exclusive breastfeeding. This research will be conducted in July-August 2023. This study used analytical research methods with a correlational type with a Cross Sectional design with a sample of 57 respondents. The results of the study obtained a p-value of 0.026 which is lower than 0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers and exclusive breastfeeding. While the results of the significance test based on maternal attitudes obtained a p-value result of 0.012 which is lower than the significance standard of 0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between maternal attitudes and exclusive breastfeeding. The researcher's suggestion is expected to be used as learning material for respondents to increase the knowledge and attitude of breastfeeding mothers towards exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

According to Article 20 Paragraph (5) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, further explained in Article 73 Paragraph (4) of Law Number 13 of 2022 concerning the second Amendment to Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning Formation of Legislation, if the DPR and the President have approved the draft law, but the President does not approve it, then 30 days after approval of the draft, it will automatically officially and legally become law. This study aims to examine the juridical implications of the law without the president's signature in achieving good governance, as well as analyze the reasons for not signing the law. The method used in this study is a normative juridical method, in which the data obtained comes from library research. This approach involves collecting data through official documents, books, and research results related to the topic being researched. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the juridical implications of laws without the president's signature on efforts to realize good governance are creating opportunities for the public to participate in the governance of the laws produced, in order to prevent laws that are formally and juridically flawed, by submitting a judicial review to the Constitutional Court. The underlying reason for the President's non-signature of the law is the potential for controversy and unrest in society.

Abstract

One of the main components in the development of environmentally friendly electric-based vehicle technology is the battery. Battery technology is growing along with the significant growth rate of electric vehicles lately. The main issues concerning the use of batteries are limited capacity, long charging times, and safety issues such as battery temperatures that can rise rapidly during use and charging. A number of innovations have been made to overcome the battery charging problem, which is key to the development of electric vehicles. This paper uses three charging methods to present the charging process of lithium-ion batteries that are widely used in electric vehicles. The simulation process was conducted with a 16.7 kW test circuit that is designed to deliver a maximum charging current of 90 A. Test results have been presented where charging with the constant current constant voltage method can provide better charging behavior for the battery. It took 100 minutes to fully charge the battery, keeping the temperature below the maximum limit of 45OC.Keywords: Battery, Charging, Time, Temperature.

Abstract

Personal data theft in Indonesia, with several high-level data breaches throughout 2022 to 2023. The urgency of this problem is highlighted by the fact that Indonesia has just passed its first comprehensive data protection law in 2022. Previously the regulations used were regulations from the minister of communication and informatics number 20 of 2016 concerning protection of personal data in electronic systems. The lack of legal regulations in Indonesia regarding the protection of personal data has been identified as a problem. The new law is critical in maintaining public trust, especially since personal information has been compromised in previous security breaches. The law requires entities that handle personal data of Indonesian residents to ensure data protection in their systems. The urgency of personal data theft in Indonesia is increasingly clear by the fact that Indonesia is ranked third as the country most affected by data breaches in the second quarter of 2022. The impact of personal data theft in Indonesia is very significant and far-reaching. This study uses the normative juridical research method, which is legal research conducted by examining literature or secondary data as a basis for research by conducting a search of regulations and literature related to the problem under study. Using descriptive research specifications and data collection techniques using library research with qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the research in this study are the legal arrangements regarding the crime of personal data theft in Indonesia and the characteristic forms of the crime of personal data theft in Indonesia. In conclusion, personal data theft in Indonesia has significant implications for society, including loss of trust, financial loss, legal implications, cybersecurity risks, social media risks, and reputational damage. The new personal data protection law is an important step in addressing this problem and protecting the personal data of Indonesian residents.

Abstract

One of the objectives of the Republic of Indonesia based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is to create a prosperous, just, and prosperous society. In realizing these goals, national development activities are needed, especially development in the economic sector. In Indonesia there are several financial institutions that provide credit loans, such as pawnshops, non-bank financial institutions, and bank financial institutions both government and private. This research method used in this study is descriptive, namely legal research on the enactment or implementation of normative legal provisions in action on every particular legal event that occurs in society. Article 1444 of the Civil Code which states If a particular item which is the subject of the agreement is destroyed, can no longer be traded in such a way that it is not at all known whether it still exists, then abolish the bond, provided that the goods are destroyed beyond the fault of the debtor, and before he neglects to deliver them. Destruction referred to in the Fiduciary Guarantee Act is total destruction, where the object that is the fiduciary guarantee can no longer be used properly, even though a small part or the rest of the object still exists due to events beyond the fault of the parties. And the creditor has the right to an insurance claim from the destroyed object, the insurance claim is used as a substitute for the destroyed collateral object.
