Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of caning law in Aceh within the framework of sharia law and how the law interacts with human rights principles. This study also explores the regulation of caning law in the Indonesian legal system and identifies potential conflicts between Aceh's local authority in implementing sharia and Indonesia's obligation to comply with international human rights standards. With the type of normative legal research, this study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the balance between the implementation of sharia law and the protection of individual rights. Qualitative secondary data analysis. Drawing conclusions using deductive logic. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of caning law in Aceh, although based on sharia law regulated through Qanun Jinayat and given legitimacy within the framework of regional autonomy, still causes controversy related to violations of human rights principles. Keywords: Controversy, Caning Law, Human Rights

Abstract

This article discusses the biography and philosophical thoughts of Al-Farabi, a Muslim philosopher known as the "Second Teacher" after Aristotle. This study aims to reveal how Al-Farabi's life background influenced his thinking, especially in the philosophical concepts of emanation, divinity, prophecy, soul, and reason. Using a qualitative approach based on literature analysis, this study explores Al-Farabi's intellectual contribution in bridging classical Greek thought with Islamic traditions. The results show that Al-Farabi's thought makes a significant contribution in integrating rationality and spirituality, especially through the concept of emanation, which explains the hierarchical relationship between God and His creation. In addition, Al-Farabi's views on divinity, prophecy, and reason highlight the importance of reason in understanding reality and achieving happiness. This article also explores the relevance of Al-Farabi's thoughts in modern contexts, such as dialogue between religion and science, education, and the development of an ideal society. Al-Farabi's thinking remains a relevant intellectual heritage in responding to contemporary global and ethical challenges. Keywords: Al-Farabi, Islamic philosophy, emanation, divinity, reason, prophethood, contemporary relevance

Abstract

Building construction found in Indonesia generally uses concrete as its main structural material, the need for concrete in construction is very large. This is because concrete has many advantages when compared to other building materials. Especially concrete that has high compressive strength. According to the general specifications of Bina Marga (2018) revision 2, Concrete is a mixture of Portland cement or equivalent hydraulic cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and water with or without additives to form a solid mass. Concrete is also widely used in building construction because it has advantages including being easy to form according to plan, raw materials or concrete components are easy to obtain, durable, fire resistant, easy and relatively cheap maintenance costs and concrete is a structure that has high compressive strength. So researchers are interested in conducting research using geogrids to analyze the effect of geogrids as additives in concrete mixtures. And because the weakness of concrete is its low ability to withstand flexural strength, in this study the researcher will analyze the effect of geogrid as an additional material for fs'45 concrete on the flexural strength of fs'45 concrete and analyze the comparison of normal fs'45 concrete with FS 45 concrete with geogrid additional material. Keywords: Geogrid added concrete

Abstract

The current Legal Theory of Development is a product designed by Indonesians, with adjustments that reflect local cultural contexts and values. This theory was formed, grew, and developed from Indonesia's unique conditions, so its application requires special attention to the diversity and social circumstances of local communities. The challenge faced is how to integrate this theory into the national legal system and the extent of its influence on legal reform in Indonesia, both in reality (das sein) and ideal (das sollen). This research uses a normative juridical method with a descriptive approach, in which secondary data is analyzed qualitatively and concluded with a deductive logic approach. The results show that the application of Legal Development Theory in the National Legal System reflects the aspirations of the community in assessing the implementation of the current law. The impact of this theory on the modernization of national law confirms the ideal concept (sollen) which is recognized and reflected in the social reality (sein) of society. Keywords: Legal Development, Das Sein, Das Sollen

Abstract

Abstract: Stunting is a condition in which the growth and development of a toddler is impaired due to long-term malnutrition, causing the child to be shorter in height than other children their age. Mauk sub-district still faces a serious problem related to the high stunting rate. Although handling efforts have been made, stunting cases in this area are still high. The purpose of the study was to determine the correlation of motor and social emotional development with the degree of stunting in toddlers. The study used quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The research was conducted in two stunting locus villages in Mauk District, Tangerang Regency. The research was conducted in November 2023. The study population was all stunted toddlers in the Mauk District area. The research sample amounted to 72 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate. The results showed there was a relationship between stunting on motor development (p value: 0.046) and social emotional development (p value: 0.035). It is recommended that parents of toddlers can do stimulus that can stimulate children's cognitive development. Stimulus carried out by parents must be done intensively so that there is an increase in child development slowly and for the Puskesmas to be able to provide counseling programs to posyandu cadres and the community regarding child development, how to stimulate it.Keywords: Toddler, Motor Development, Social-emotional Development, Stunting.
