Abstract

Rumah makan dalam penelitian ini terdapat pada Kecamatan Kota Timur dan Dumbo Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hygiene sanitasi rumah makan di tinjau dari variabel fasilitas sanitasi dan penjamah makanan. sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 21 rumah makan. pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan pemilik rumah makan/penjamah makanan serta pengamatan langsung pada fasilitas sanitasi rumah makan. Panduan yang digunakan adalah lembar pemeriksaan untuk fasilitas sanitasi dan lembar pertanyaan untuk wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan hasilnya di sajikan dalam tabel penilaian hasil variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk hygiene sanitasi rumah makan di tinjau dari variabel fasilitas sanitasi terdapat 5 (24%) rumah makan yang sudah memenuhi syarat kesehatan dan 16 (76%) rumah makan yang belum memenuhi syarat kesehatan. jika ditinjau dari variabel penjamah makanan terdapat 2(10%) rumah makan yang sudah memenuhi syarat kesehatan dan 19 (90%) rumah makan yang belum memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Hasil penjumlahan skore baik yang memenuhi syarat maupun yang tidak memenuhi syarat mengacu pada Kepmenkes No 1098 tahun 2003. Dari hasil penelitian ini di harapkan agar diadakan pelatihan dan penyuluhan mengenai hygiene sanitasi rumah makan kepada seluruh penjamah makanan, pemilik rumah makan, agar rumah makan yang dikelola dapat memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Abstract

Gaya hidup (pola konsumsi, status merokok, tingkat stress dan aktivitas fisik) dengan penurunan/peningkatankolesterol HDL sangatlah berhubungan dan berpengaruh, mengingat peningkatan HDL, memiliki dampakterhadap sistem pembuluh darah yang berfungsi memberi kehidupan organ-organ vital seperti jantung, otak,ginjal, paru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan gaya hidup (pola konsumsi, status merokok, tingkatstress dan aktivitas fisik), dengan HDL guru sekolah menengah yang mengalami gula darah puasa terganggu diMakassar. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan rancangan crosssectional. Sampel sebanyak 55 guru yang di ambil dari 12 sekolah berdasarkan hasil skrining faktor risikodengan kriteria guru berusia antara 30-60 tahun, yang memiliki riwayat keluarga DM dan hipertensi. Data yangdikumpulkan adalah gula darah puasa, HDL, pola konsumsi, merokok, tingkat stress dan aktivitas fisik. Polakonsumsi menggunakan DQS (Diet Quality Score). Tingkat stress menggunakan Dass 21, Aktivitas fisikmenggunakan PAR (Physical Activity Ratio). Data dianalisis dengan chi-square untuk melihat hubungan gayahidup (pola konsumsi, status merokok, tingkat stress dan aktivitas fisik) dengan HDL. Hasil penelitianmemperlihatkan sebagian besar subjek berjenis kelamin perempuan (81,8%) dengan tingkat pendidikan sebagianbesar sarjana (94,5%). dengan riwayat penyakit keluarga sebagian besar menderita DM (74,5%), dan mengalamiobesitas sentral (69,1%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara variabel polakonsumsi (DQS) dengan kadar HDL (p=0,039), Namun, tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara variabelmerokok dengan HDL (p=0,836), Tingkat stress dengan HDL (p=0,805), Aktivitas Fisik dengan HDL(p=0,483). Disimpulkan bahwa pola konsumsi yang kurang berhubungan dengan penurunan kadar HDL padaguru yang mengalami GDPT.

Abstract

Nutrition cannot be separated from food because every food we consume containing essential nutrients (macro and micronutrients) which are needed to maintain a healthy body. Adequate nutritional intake can maintain and improve body health and even reduce the risk of diseases, especially during this pandemic. Nutritional status is said to be good if our diet is balanced and followed by the needs of the body. The aims of this study are to analyze the diet, the intake, and the nutritional status of students at the University of Bina Mandiri Gorontalo during the pandemic. This research is a descriptive-analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were 60 students of Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo who were randomly selected. The subjects were analyzed for diet and nutritional adequacy using a 24-hour food recall questionnaire, NutriSurvey software, the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) form, and the calculation of nutritional status based on body mass index (BMI). The results of this study showed that students' diets have different frequencies and variation. It is shown that students who still do not meet their energy needs for the energy adequacy as many as 53.3%, for the protein intake as many as 41.7% of students whose protein intake exceeds their needs, for the fat intake and carbohydrates, respectively 56.7% and 48.3% of students whose needs for fat and carbohydrates are still lacking and not according to the RDA standard. As for the nutritional status, students who have normal nutritional status are 58%, Underweight (thin) 34%, and Overweight (Fat) 8%. The diet of students during this pandemic has a different frequency and variety of food, some students are still not sufficient to meet their needs for the energy and macronutrient intake, and most of the students has normal nutritional status. ABSTRAKGizi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari makanan karena setiap makanan yang kita konsumsi mengandung zat gizi esensial yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh. Asupan gizi yang cukup mampu memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan tubuh bahkan mampu menurukan risiko terhadap penyakit terutama dimasa pandemic ini. Status gizi dikatakan baik bila pola makan kita seimbang dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola makan, asupan dan satus gizi mahasiswa Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik deskriprif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo sejumlah 60 orang yang dipilih secara acak. Pada subjek dilakukan analisis pola makan dan kecukupan gizi mengunakan kuisioner 24-hour food recall dan software NutriSurvey, Formulir Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), serta perhitungan status gizi berdasarkan indeks masa tubuh (IMT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola makan mahasiswa memiliki frekuensi dan variasi yang berbeda-beda, untuk kecukupan energi sebanyak 53,3% mahasiswa yang masih kurang memenuhi kebutuhan energi, untuk asupan protein sebanyak 41,7% mahasiswa yang asupan proteinnya melebihi kebutuhan, untuk asupan lemak dan karbohidrat masing-masing 56,7% dan 48,3% mahasiswa yang kebutuhan lemak dan karbohidratnya masih kurang dan belum sesuai dengan standar AKG. Sementara untuk status gizi, mahasiswa yang memiliki status gizi normal 58%, Underweight (kurus) 34% dan Overweight (Gemuk) 8%. Pola makan mahasiswa pada masa pandemi ini memiliki frekuensi dan variasi makanan yang berbeda, sementara untuk asupan energi dan zat gizi makro sebagian mahasiswa masih belum sesuai mencukupi kebutuhan, dan untuk status gizi sebagian besar mahasiswa dengan status gizi normal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Triglyceride (TG) levels in obese patients. The research is conducted in a descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data in the form of research findings on TG levels in obese patients and secondary data in the form of data from the literature, books, questionnaires, books, and medical records were used. Purposive sampling was used with a sample size of 30 participants.The results showed that of 30 obese patients, 27 (90%) had abnormal TG levels. While 3 persons (10%), had normal TG levels. The factors that had the greatest influence on the level of TG in obese patients were their physical features (body mass index/BMI) and dietary habits (number of calories). The study concluded that 90% of obese patients had normal triglyceride levels, while 10% had abnormal levels. Suggestions for obese people to manage and control their triglyceride levels on a regular basis, as well as engage in other activities that can help prevent obesity.

Abstract

The implementation of mentoring health cadres in the use of content marketing to increase public awareness about the benefits of sanitation and the dangers of dyslipidemia in Linawan Village, Pinolosian District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi aims to optimize the performance of health cadres in providing health services to communities outside the posyandu. The method used in providing assistance to health cadres in Linawan Village is a bottom-up method with a socio-transformative mentoring approach that places health cadres and the community as subjects who need to be given motivation, opportunities and knowledge as well as skills in planning and developing their potential. The results of the implementation of mentoring activities that have been carried out for two months show that there is a significant change in mindset and attitude patterns from the community regarding: 1) the dangers of secondary dyslipidemia caused by an unhealthy lifestyle and habits that can increase the risk of dyslipidemia such as rarely exercising, frequent consuming alcohol, smoking, and frequent consumption of sugar or saturated fat foods in the form of high-fat meats, cheese, fried foods and butter; 2) the importance of an effort made to protect, maintain and improve the health status by maintaining the cleanliness of the subject; 3) health efforts by maintaining and protecting the cleanliness of the environment of the subject.

Abstract

Stunting is not only impaired in children's physical growth, but also with brain growth in children. There are more children with low IQs among stunted children than among children who grow up well. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge factors, economic status, and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in the Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru Public Health Center Area. The design of this study is a descriptive correlation with crossectional design. This study was conducted in the Area of Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru Public Health Center with a population of 1647 people with number of sampling was 94 mothers with inclusion criteria: mothers who have toddlers aged 24-59 months, live in the work area of the Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru Public Health Center, and are willing to be respondents. The data collection tool in this study used a questionnaire and the results of the study were processed using the spss. The results in this study found that there was a relationship between maternal knowledge factors and stunting events (p = 0.000), there was a relationship between economic status and stunting events (p = 0.000), and there was a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and stunting events (p = 0.001). The suggestion from this study is for the Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru Public Health Center to develop a schedule to provide health counseling to mothers of toddlers about stunting prevention and prepare a program that help mother to improve the nutrition support by giving vitamins and food.Keywords: Knowledge, Economic, Exclusive Breastfeeding, Stunting

Abstract

Hypertension is a disease defined as a persistent increase in blood pressure. Employees who work in large companies such as PT Hutama Karya Infrastructure undergo work, namely moving, pushing, lifting, and other activities that can increase blood pressure. Based on the absence of medical assessment of 147 workers, there are 10 workers (6.8%) experiencing hypertension. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with the occurrence of hypertension in workers at PT Hutama Karya Insfrastruktur. The sample amounted to 137 people. Data collection tools using a research questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between work duration (p value 0.000), sleep patterns (p value 0.000), and diet (p value 0.000) to the incidence of hypertension. It is recommended that the company cooperate with the health team to be able to conduct regular health checks on all workers at PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur, make SOPs in accordance with the provisions, especially regarding work shifts and implement them.Keywords: Work Duration, Hypertension, Workers.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is known as giving an infant breastmilk for the first six months. Breastmilk is provided to the infant as the only food source, and they will acquire additional food after 6 months of age. Mothers in Indonesia frequently experience an issue related to exclusive breastfeeding. Some of the mothers' perceptions believe that their breastmilk is insufficient, meaning that the mother merely possesses a limited amount of milk. This study seeks to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and psychomotor development in infants aged 6-9 months in the working area of Buntuila Community Health Center. This study applied a quantitative approach, while data analysis used statistics. It employs analytical observational research,with cross-sectional design. Samples were collected simultaneously. Based on the study findings, infants who were exclusively breastfed experienced normal development were 17 samples (70.8%), questionable development were 7 samples (29.2%), and deviant development by 0 samples (0.0%). While infants who were not exclusively breastfed experienced normal development were 11 samples (35.5%), questionable development were 13 samples (41.9%), and deviant development were 7 samples (22.6). It is undeniable that exclusive breastfeeding has a significant role in infant's psychomotor development. Therefore, it is important to improve multi-stakeholder actions such as health promotion and campaigns on exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Problems that often occur in infants in Indonesia are related to exclusive breastfeeding. In this case, exclusive breastfeeding is given directly by the mother. The problem that occurs in some mothers is the perception that an insufficient supply of breast milk which means that the mother has only a small amount of breast milk. This research uses analytic observational research, namely research that explains the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The research design is based on a cross sectional study, which is a study that takes samples at the same time. This study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and psychomotor infants 6-9 months in ​​Buntulia Health Center. A research approach is a quantitative approach because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. This research uses analytic observational research, namely research that explains the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The research design is based on a cross-sectional study, which is a study that takes samples at the same time. Based on the results of the study, it was found that infants who were exclusively breastfed experienced normal development as many as 17 respondents (70.8%), 7 respondents (29.2%) doubtful development and 0 respondents (0%) deviant development and infants who were not exclusively breastfed. experienced normal development as many as 11 respondents (35.5%) doubtful development as many as 13 respondents (41.9%) and deviant development as many as 7 respondents (22.6).

Abstract

Limbah kulit pisang sering kali diabaikan atau dibuang dengan cara yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Melalui pendekatan zero waste, kulit pisang dijadikan cemilan sehat dan nikmat (puding dan kerupuk). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan pada masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan limbah kulit pisang melalui pemanfaatan limbah kulit pisang menjadi produk cemilan sehat (puding dan kerupuk) tinggi serat sebagai solusi zero waste. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Desa Popodu Kecamatan Bulango Timur Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kontekstual dan partisipatif, dengan model penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai target yang hendak dicapai. Evaluasi kegiatan penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata saat pre-test adalah 55,75 dan meningkat menjadi 86,50 pada saat post-test. Nilai maksimal yang dihasilkan oleh peserta juga meningkat dari 65 menjadi 100. Sementara itu, pada kegiatan pelatihan, masyarakat sudah mampu dalam membuat/mengolah limbah kulit pisang menjadi cemilan sehat tinggi serat dan bernilai ekonomi tinggi (puding dan kerupuk).
