Abstract

Abstract: The success of the system claim payment information a very active role in information systems and strategies in the core business that exists today got a critical priority for the company. The is unavoidable because of information systems has become an essential part of the survival of companies, companies that do not follow it will miss. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the billing payment systems, information systems using information systems and methods of success DeLone McLean. The analysis showed that the quality of information, quality systems, and top management support systems affect the perceived usefulness of the system. With the use of information systems claims payments affect the perceived benefits of the company is the satisfaction for users of the system in general and organizations. The perceived usefulness of the system for users is very helpful for daily operations in its work, as well as the quality of information and the quality of the system will have a direct impact to the organization, some manual processes no longer in the payment of claims to the client. With the results of this study are expected to be useful for management to determine the factors that affect the success rate of use claims payment system based on quality information and quality system. The conclusions of this evaluation are the system already meets the quality information and quality system that can further develop.

Abstract

Anxiety appears in the third trimester (28-40 weeks) starting before delivery. In addition, this third trimester is a lot of risk that the possibility of premature birth so that it can cause high anxiety in pregnant women before delivery. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between husband's knowledge and support with the anxiety of third trimester pregnant women facing the Covid-19 pandemic in the Puskesma Berseri Health Center Work Area. The type of research used in this study was quantitative with a cross sectional design. This research was carried out from August to September 2021 in the Work Area of the Puskesmas Berseri, The study population was third trimester pregnant women with a total sample of 51 people. Data processing is done by computerization with univariate and bivariate analysis. Univariate results showed that 31 respondents (60.8%) had poor knowledge, 29 respondents had less husband support and 23 respondents (56.9%) experienced anxiety. The results of bivariate knowledge have a relationship between (p.value = 0.001) and husband's support (p.value = 0.002) with the anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester facing childbirth during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is recommended for the Puskesmas to improve the counseling program in the future by using leaflet media to increase the knowledge of pregnant women, namely by providing information and counseling to the community about preventing Covid 19 at the time of delivery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pengembangan SDM secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat, Kecamatan V Koto Timur Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total Sampling, sehingga dari populasi tersebut terdapat sampel sebanyak 42 responden, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda, variabel pendidikan dan pengembangan SDM terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat didapatkan nilai Y= -0, 001 + 0,307 X1 + 0,676 X2 + e. Hasil uji t yang didapatkan bahwa variabel pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat dengan nilai signifikansi 0,014 ≤ 0,05, variabel pengembangan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 ≤ 0,05. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan pengembangan SDM secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat. Hasil koefisien determinasi didapat dari nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 68,8 % sedangkan sisanya 31,2 % dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

One of the goals of Indonesia's health development in 2025 is to increase awareness, willingness and ability to live a healthy life for everyone through the creation of an Indonesian society, nation and state characterized by its population living in a healthy environment. So the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health developed Guidelines for the Promotion of Clean and Healthy Behavior in the household system, namely empowerment in the household structure for individuals, families and community groups. Achievement of Clean and Healthy Behavior in Bukit Kapur District in 2019 by 50% which is not in accordance with the Ministry of Health Strategic Plan (Renstra) target for 2010-2014 of 70%. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of family behavior about Clean and Healthy Behavior in household settings based on the type of housing in RT 02 and RT 04 kelur hill kayu kelur hill kapur sub-district. The research design is descriptive. Non random sampling with purposive sampling, the number of samples is 60 families. The study was conducted from June 6 to June 13, 2019. The results of the study of family behavior of luxury housing type indicators of the use of clean water with positive behavior of 12 families (60%) and negative 6 families (30%), medium housing type indicators of washing hands with clean water and soap and eradicate larvae at home with positive behavior of 12 families (60%) and negative 6 families (30%), a type of simple housing indicator not smoking inside the house with positive family behavior (25%) and negative by 15 families (75% ). Researchers hope that all parties cooperate with each other in the distribution of health information and the community will further improve health information and conduct clean and healthy living

Abstract

Tour guide profesionality in guiding tourist is the main key of tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction is comparison pra-buying expectation a tour package with services received. If quality of services is so far from expectation, tourist isn’t satisfied, if quality of services is same with expectation, tourist will be satisfied, if quality of service more than expectation, tourist will be so satisfied. This research purpouse to know how the correlation of tour guide profesionality with tourist satisfaction of Danau Gunung Gunung Tujuh Kabupaten Kerinci. Kind of this research is kuantitatif correlative with cross sectional method, dependent and independent variable become research object. The sampling of this research are 60 tourist. Taking sampling doing by purposive sampling technic. To see how the correlation of each variable using statistic test that is chi-square. Based on the result of statistic test of tour guide profesionality variable, obtainable 43 respondent (71,7%) said that there is tour guide profesionality, 18 respondent (18,3%) said that less tour guide profesionality and 6 respondent (10,0%) said that so there tour guide profesionality. The statistic test result of tourist satisfaction variable, obtainable 34 respondent (5,67%) said saitisfied with service of tour guide, 15 respondent (25,0%) said very satisfied with tour guide profesionality and 11 respondent (18,3%) said not satisfied with tour guide profesionality. From statistic test result of chi-square obtainable p value=0,001. So, we can conclude that there is correlation between tour guide profesionality with tourist satisfaction. It mean that more high the level of tour guide profesionality, so more high the degree of tourist satisfaction. Based on the conclution of research, it is suggested the tour guide organizing themself in a tour guide association, so that tour guide can know right, obligation, and code of conduct profesion, and have a training to increase quality of tourist service.

Abstract

Analysis on the marketing development strategy of Small and Medium Industries produced by IKM Unisi aimed to find out the marketing strategies both market segmentation, target markets, positioning and marketing mix. It was conducted to develope an effort to anticipate threats and seize opportunities for sustainability and the survival ability of the Unisi IKM work and remain competitive and continue to develop in meeting the demands of consumers both locally and nationally. The analysis used SWOT to find out Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats for Unisi's IKM.The results of the study showed that the marketing strategies which were used was appropriate, but there were weaknesses in the marketing mix, especially in promotion. Unisi IKM Karya must be vigorous to promote, Public Relation sales promotions, Direct and Online marketing to get opportunities and anticipate threats. Abstract

Perkembangan dunia perbankan yang dewasa ini bergerak sangat cepat disertai dengan adanya tantangan-tantangan yang semakin luas dan kompleks. Hal tersebut membuat perbankan harus cepat dan tanggap dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tanggung jawabnya melayani masyarakat. Bank adalah salah satu lembaga keuangan yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan jasa keuangan, sehingga harus dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik (service excellent) agar dapat memenangkan persaingan yang semakin hari semakin kompetitif. Selanjutnya dirumuskan permasalahan bagaimana pelaksanaan pelayanan prima, tingkat kepuasan nasabah dan seberapa besar pengaruh pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. BPR. Surya Katialo. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelayanan prima, tingkat kepuasan nasabah dan hubungan pelayanan prima dengan kepuasan nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analis. Meneliti populasi dan menentukan survei pada objek penelitian perusahaan. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 300 orang dengan pengambilan sampel secara sampling jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa korelasi antara pelayanan prima dengan kepuasan nasabah dihasilkan r = 0,86 termasuk kategori sangat kuat dan hasil pengujian statistik melalui uji t (pada tingkat kekeliruan 5 % nilai ttabel 2,048) sedangkan hasil analisis diperoleh thitung 8,94 maka dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pelayanan prima terhadap peningkatan kepuasan nasabah. Koefisien determinasi 73,96% sehingga kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi oleh pelayanan prima sebesar 73,96%. Sedangkan untuk regresi linear dihasilkan persamaan Y=9,98+1,56X yang artinya apabila nilai X dinaikkan 1 satuan maka nilai Y akan naik sebesar 1,56 pada konstanta 9,98. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. BPR. Surya Katialo. Saran untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah PT. BPR. Surya Katialo agar meningkatkan pelayanan prima sehingga pada akhirnya peningkatan kepuasan nasabah akan jauh lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Caesarean delivery is a fetal birth by performing an incision on the abdominal/laparotomy and uterine/hysterotomy. The proportion of caesarean deliveries in the city of Pekanbaru continues to increase both in government hospitals and private hospitals. Syafira Hospital is a private hospital with the highest proportion of caesarean deliveries from six other private hospitals in the city of Pekanbaru. Data from January to December 2017 the number of caesarean deliveries was 495 (56.4%) from 877 deliveries. The aim of this research is to know the determinant factors of delivery of caesarean at Syafira Hospital in Pekanbaru City. This study uses quantitative observational analytical method with design case control.This research was conducted from August to September 2018. Using secondary data collection, from medical records. The population consisted of cases and controls, with a sample of 203 cases of caesarean section delivery and 203 normal delivery controls. Data analysis was carried out in univariate, bivariate and multivariate with multiple logistic regression using prediction models. The results of the study revealed that determinant factors were maternal medical indications at risk 35 times for delivery by caesarean (95% CI = 12,970-95,924).It is advisable for the hospital to promote the advantages and disadvantages of each type of childbirth, the use of antenatal care for early detection of labor complications, and to optimize the role of health workers in the handling of maternal neonatal emergencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the regulation of the right to education in Indonesian law and the development of thinking in the field of the right to education as part of human rights in the economic, social and cultural fields in Indonesia. This type of research is normative legal research that specifically discusses human rights. Data analysis in this study was carried out systematically based on research problems described qualitatively. Thoughts on the right to education as part of human rights in the economic, social and cultural fields in Indonesia cannot be separated from the rules of international law related to the right to education. The right to obtain education in an international environment is seen as an international legal rule (agreement) so that the state's obligation to meet the educational needs of its citizens is a contractual obligation. Failure to carry out this obligation would be a violation of the agreement so that the limits of state liability and the implementation mechanism depend on the agreement in question.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh organisasi-organisasi kiri pasca Pemilu 1955 sampai pada menjelang peristiwa Gestapu. Organisasi-organisasi kiri ini yang merupakan Underbouw dari Partai Komunis Indonesia ini mulai mengeliat setelah pada Pemilu 1955 PKI. Jumlah massa pendukung PKI dan organisasi massa kiri bahkan semakin bertambah setelah pergolakan daerah. Di Sumatera Barat PKI memperoleh jumlah pendukung urutan ketiga setelah Masyumi dan Perti. Dari hasil penelitian dapat digambarkan Masing-masing organisasi Kiri Ini memiliki program-program yang ditujukan untuk masyarakat terutama masyarakat yang memilik iekonomi rendah atau bawah.Tujuan utama dari program-program ini adalah untuk menarik massa sebanyak-banyak. ada pun program-programnya adalah program Reformasi Agraria, RUU perkawinan dan hak-hak perempuan, pembentukan kebun komunal, sembad dan gotong royong. Aksi sepihak, kekerasan, teror dan intimidasi mewarnai aktivitas PKI dan underbouwnya terutama terhadap eks pendukung PRRI. Pasca PRRI hampir sebagian besar nagari-nagari di Kabupaten Limapuluh kota diduduki oleh PKI karena walinagarinya ikut PRRI.
