Sebelum memutuskan untuk berkunjung ke Pantai Air Manis, pengunjung mencari informasi tentang Pantai Air Manis di instagram, unggahan di akun instagram Pantai Air Manis menunjukkan keindahan Pantai Air Manis. Sebagian pengunjung mengaku bahwa minatnya untuk berkunjung salah satunya adalah karena keindahan Pantai Air Manis yang dilihat dari foto-foto yang beredar di media sosial, namun kekhawatiran muncul, karena di media sosial selain adanya foto-foto yang memuat keindahan Pantai Air Manis, juga terdapat komentar negatif tentang Pantai Air Manis, sehingga menimbulkan kebimbangan bagi sebagian calon pengunjung. Jadi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word-of-mouth terhadap minat berkunjung di Pantai Air Manis Padang. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probabillity sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, statistik inferensial diukur dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa 1) Electronic word of mouth (X) dengan nilai persentase 46% berkisar antara 43,3 sampai < dari metrik yang teridentifikasi. 51.9 memiliki kategori yang tepat. 2) Minat berkunjung teridentifikasi indikator (Y) dengan nilai persentase 42% pada kisaran 43,95, menunjukkan kategori sangat baik secara keseluruhan. 3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel electronic word-of-mouth (X) terhadap minat berkunjung ke Pantai Air Manis Padang (Y), dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,489 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, untuk setiap 1 unit e-review meningkatkan electronic word of mouth (X) dan minat kunjungan (Y) sebesar 0,489. Jadi, E-WOM terbentuk dari pernyataan atau presepsi pengunjung, dimana pernyataan dan presepsi pengunjung yang sudah berkunjung dapat menjadikan sebuah dorongan bagi pengunjung lain untuk melakukan kunjungan wisata di Pantai Air Manis Padang. .Kata kunci: Electronic Word of Mouth; Minat; Minat Berkunjung

The preservation of cultural heritage buildings is supported by documentation as reference data in maintenance efforts so that measurement and data presentation are required. Alternative presentation of three-dimensional data information for documenting cultural heritage buildings is expected to have a good dimension. The importance of documenting in the form of a three-dimensional model is due to the problem of referencing the shape to restore its original form rather than old building construction when damage occurs, especially collapsing due to earthquakes. One method that can be developed is photo-based three-dimensional documentation, namely by using cloaThis study aims to determine the effect of audit rotation, audit tenure, and audit fees on audit quality. This research uses purposive sampling method in sampling technique. The population used in this study is the entire manufacturing sector of the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019, while the research sample obtained is 13 companies after meeting the existing sample criteria. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique based on PLS (Part Least Square) variance.The results showed that: 1) audit rotation had no significant effect on audit quality, 2) audit tenure had a significant effect on audit quality, 3) audit fees had a significant effect on audit quality. Teristric photo known as Close Range Photogrammetry is a data acquisition technique using a camera located on the ground with a distance of less than 100 m. This research applies close range photogrammetry technique with a convergent method for the Panggung Krapyak cultural heritage building using a non-metric camera. Reference point (BM), binding point (GCP), detail sample point, and check point (ICP) are measured using a total station. 3D modeling is processed using Agisoft Photoscan Professional software automatically. The analysis process is carried out by comparing the dimensions of the 3D model results with the actual size in the field to show the value of the building geometry error. In this case, this is how close-up photogrammetric techniques can be an alternative in building documentation to present three-dimensional data information with good accuracy which is then used as reference data in long-term conservation monitoring activities and building reconstruction planning.The results of this study resulted in the number of points density 0,457 points / cm², 21.914 tie points, 3.395.055 dense point clouds, and 224.868 faces with a ground resolution accuracy of 0,37 cm / pix so that 1 pix has an actual value of 0,37 cm in the field and the dimensions of the 3D model produce an average difference in the distance of 0,0268 m and an average height difference of 0,0340 m. Based on the research that has been done, it is concluded that close-range photogrammetric techniques can be applied in documenting cultural heritage buildings as an alternative to presenting three-dimensional data information with good accuracy.

Juridical Analysis of the Implementation of Overlapping Land Certificate Dispute Resolution to Realize Legal Certainty. It has been carried out well according to the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 21 of 2020 concerning Handling and Settlement of Land Cases, Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Agrarian Principles, the Civil Code (KUHPer) , and inhibiting factors of conflicts of interest over land. The qualification/type of writing for this journal uses normative legal writing, and subsequently integrates it with sociological/empirical legal writing. and to analyze some of the problems in this journal, Aristotle's grand theory is used, the middle theory of Jeremy Bentham, while the applied theory of A.V. Dicey. The results of the analysis are still experiencing several obstacles, both internally and externally. Sebagaimana diketahui secara luas bahwa sebuah proyek dikatakan berhasil jika semua pekerjaan selesai tepat waktu. Namun, sebahagian besar proyek gagal memenuhi waktu kontrak aslinya pada jasa konstruksi teknik sipil di Sumatera Barat. Keterlambatan penyelesaian suatu proyek konstruksi dapat menjadi masalah besar bagi kontraktor, konsultan maupun bagi pemilik. Keterlambatan ini menyebabkan perselisihan yang mahal dan hubungan yang merugikan di antara pelaku proyek. Oleh karena itu, survei komprehensif telah dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kritis yang menyebabkan keterlambatan proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di Sumatera Barat. Dari studi literatur yang didapatkan secara mendalam, 52 penyebab keterlambatan telah diidentifikasi. Survei kuesioner dilakukan di antara 35 proyek konstruksi teknik sipil terpilih di Sumatera Barat dari tahun 2016 sampai 2019. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan proyek konstruksi bangunan di Sumatera Barat sebagian besar berasal dari tenaga kerja, diikuti oleh kontraktor dan material, sedangkan konsultan dan penyebab eksternal terkait kurang penting. Artikel ini juga akan mengeksplorasi dan memberikan beberapa rekomendasi untuk mengurangi dampak keterlambatan pada proyek konstruksi bangunan di Sumatera Barat.

Dysmenorrhea is a term for pain felt by women in the lower abdomen before or during menstruation. Data obtained from the Administration of the Padang Da'wah League Islamic High School Orphanage, there were 63 students from 3 classes in the Padang Da'wah League Islamic High School Orphanage. This study aims to find out how the Effect of Effleurage Massage on Dysmenorrhea Pain Levels in Young Women at the Islamic High School Orphanage LigaDakwah Padang in 2019. The design of the Quasy Experiment research was carried out at the Islamic High School LigaDakwah Padang Orphanage from March to September 2019. The population in the study this is 10 people. All of the population as samples were taken by accidental sampling. Processing computerized data through the univariate analysis stage, namely descriptive statistics in the form of mean, SD, and bivariate analysis using a dependent t-test with a 95% confidence stage. The results of the analysis showed that the average before the intervention was 5.3 and after the intervention was 3.3. Effleuraga massage actions. The results of the t-test obtained p-value = 0.000, then there is the effect of Effleurage Massage on the level of dysmenorrhea pain in adolescent girls. For the Principal of the Islamic High School Orphanage LigaDa'wah Padang, it is hoped that this will serve as material for consideration and input in providing education to take non-pharmacological actions to reduce the dysmenorrhea pain scale in adolescent girls and for institutions and to be able to develop independent actions to deal with dysmenorrhea pain.Keywords : Teenager, Disminore, Effleurage Massage

Hypertension can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Every 20 mmHg increase in systolic blood pressure or 10 mmHg diastolic blood pressure. Based on data obtained from the Rawang Health Center, Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province, the number of hypertension sufferers is 218 people in 2021. This researcher aims to determine the effect of counseling with poster media on the incidence of hypertension in elderly women. 55-64 years old in the working area of the Rawang Health Center full river city.This type of research uses Quasy Experimental which means pseudo-experiment while the design is One groups Pretest Posttest. The population of this study were all elderly women aged 55-64 years who were registered at the Rawang Public Health Center, namely 218 people. Realizing these calculations, the sample size was 68 elderly women 55-64 years old.The results of this study indicate that the average knowledge of the elderly with hypertension before counseling with hypertension poster media in the intervention group was 66.94 + 8,249 and in the control group was 65.20 + 13,490. The average knowledge of the elderly with hypertension after counseling with hypertension poster media in the intervention group was 71.00 + 9.908 and in the comparison group was 70.61 + 9.493. the average attitude of the elderly with hypertension before health education with poster media in the intervention group was 61.64 + 13.08, and in the control group was 61.44 + 12.83. the average attitude of the elderly with hypertension after health education with poster media increased in the intervention group 65.50 + 16.45 and in the control group 64.70 + 15.76.the effect of health education with poster media on hypertension management knowledge in elderly women aged 55-64 years in the intervention group and no effect of health education with poster media in the control group in the working area of the Rawang Public Health Center in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province.

In this era, in the era of globalization, we increasingly find crimes that are increasing in the community, one of which is the crime of trafficking in persons.. Trafficking in persons has been agreed upon by the international community as a violation of human rights. The Indonesian government has shown its intention to eradicate these crimes despite the fact that there is the involvement of perpetrators who are mutually organized networks in broad syndicates and even abroad. This study aims to determine the legal arrangements for the way law enforcement treats victims of trafficking crimes and to determine the implementation, constraints and solutions of law enforcement in dealing with trafficking cases at the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Kepri Regional Police. This type of research uses an empirical / sociological type of research using the normative juridical approach method, namely in the form of an analysis of legal arrangements that regulate things that occur problems to obtain secondary data and a sociological juridical approach to obtain primary data through field research. Obstacle factors include services in the context of recovering/rehabilitating victims in health and social aspects and victim repatriation services to the area of origin or proper shelter according to the needs of the victim. The study concluded that: The legal regulation of the Trafficking in Persons Act is considered to be incomplete and universal, the handling of victims of the Trafficking in Persons Act is not only the responsibility of the Police, but is the responsibility of the Government, Community Institutions.It is recommended that the prevention and handling of trafficking crimes must be carried out optimally and integratedly by cooperating with the community and Governments and community institutions in the fight against trafficking in persons.Keywords: Human Trafficking, Human Rights, Investigations

This study aims to see the effect of Extrinsic Motivation, Co-worker Support and Religion on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Ministry of Religion, Padang Pariaman Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Pada Regency padang Pariaman as many as 62 people using a sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that extrinsic motivation, co-worker support and religiosity have a positive and significant influence together on job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Padang Pariaman Regency.

This study aims: 1) To find out and analyze the implementation of the responsibility of the Perumda Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi towards the fulfillment of consumer rights in drinking water services, 2) To find out and analyze the dispute resolution efforts carried out by Perumda Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi on the losses suffered by consumers. The method used in this research is the empirical juridical method. This research is descriptive, the sampling procedure is purposive sampling. The research results obtained are 1). The responsibility of the Tirta Muaro Jambi Drinking Water Perumda is an absolute responsibility (strict product liability) but in its implementation Perumda Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi not yet absolutely responsible for fulfilling consumer rights in drinking water services. There are still 115 complaints that have not been responded to or 46% of the 246 Perumda Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi customers who reported the complaint. 2) Perumda Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi has attempted to settle consumer demands for negligence by Perumda Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi but not optimal. Efforts made by Perumda Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi: a. Conduct site inspections in case of pipe leaks; b. Find out the cause of expensive payments; c. Replace the customer's water meter if there is damage due to negligence of the Perumda Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi. As well as efforts to resolve disputes that have existed at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Muaro Jambi are by way of peace or negotiation.

In the juridical analysis of the strategy for developing micro, small and medium enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic, it aims to discuss legal arrangements regarding the development strategy of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic and the factors that become obstacles in developing MSMEs during the pandemic as well as solutions from the government for the development of MSMEs. during the covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs are people's businesses that currently receive attention and privileges mandated by law, including business credit assistance with low interest, ease of business license requirements, business development assistance from government agencies, and several other facilities. The method used in this research is empirical normative. In obtaining secondary data, researchers used a normative approach and in obtaining primary data, researchers used empirical research methods through field research. Sources of data in this study using literature, field and interview methods, as well as secondary data and primary data. Researchers also use data analysis in the form of qualitative analysis. The results showed that Batam Mayor Regulation Number 49 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort for Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Batam City. This Batam Mayor Regulation is a guideline for implementing discipline and law enforcement in the prevention and control of Covid-19 in Batam City. The Batam city government has been right in implementing restrictions on operating hours for MSMEs and public places and the micro-enterprise cooperative service has also helped develop MSMEs by conducting socialization.
