Abstract

, , And In the world of education today, society is often criticized due to cases of teacher behavior that show disgraceful attitudes. Some teachers are involved in sexual harassment of their own students, criminal acts, etc. This action has disturbed the community, especially parents. So it is important that teacher morals are the first and basic thing that teachers must have.The problems studied are 1) what is the teacher's morals from the perspective of Sheikh Abdul Wahhab al-Sya'rani in the book al-Minah al-Saniyah?, 2) what is the relevance of the teacher's morals from the perspective of Sheikh Abdul Wahhab al-Sya'rani in Islamic Religious Education? In answering this problem, the researcher analyzed qualitative research using a library model. By using data collection techniques in the form of documentaries.The results of the research can be concluded that: 1) Sheikh Abdul Wahab al-Sya'rani expressed his views regarding teacher morals in the book al-Minah al-Saniyah, there are two important points, namely the division of teacher morals based on their dimensions and the division of teacher morals based on their objects. The division of teacher morals based on dimensions is: Teacher Morals, Tahzib Dimension; repent and increase istighfar. Tafakkur Dimension Teacher Morals; Uzlah (seclude yourself and be silent) and dhikr. Teacher's Moral Dimension of Charity; Praying at night and praying in congregation, Doing good things to others, Not tyrannizing (hurting) others, Avoiding haram things, Having a sense of shame, Being honest in your work, Abandoning permissible things, Avoiding riya' behavior and Fighting lust. The division of teacher morals based on the object is: Morals towards Allah SWT; repentance, dhikr, istighfar, congregational prayer and night prayer. Morals towards others (humans); do good to others, do not wrong others, do not show off (riya'). Moral towards oneself; avoiding unlawful things, having a sense of shame, being honest in work, isolating oneself and being silent, abandoning permissible things and fighting lust. 2) The morals of teacher Abdul Wahab al-Sya'rani's perspective in everyday life are currently considered very relevant. This is proven by the various problems that befell the nation's generation, it is very necessary to provide maximum education and moral development for teachers so that they can prevent undesirable things from happening, and at least eliminate the problems that have occurred. Thus, it can be concluded that Abdul Wahab al-Sya'rani's thoughts about teacher morals are very relevant in Islamic religious education and in everyday life.

Abstract

The Hypnoteaching method is to permanently and maximally increase students' learning motivation, due to the nature of the subconscious mind that stores a memory of one's mind starting from the womb since the spirit is blown until now. Thus raising a research title "Implementation of the Hypnoteaching Method in Increasing Santri Learning Motivation (Case Study of an-Nuur al-Fadhol Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School)" with a problem definition whose discussion revolves around pre-induction, induction, deepening, suggestion/ giving suggestions, termination / awakening. As for the limitations of the discussion of learning motivation include: intrinsic motivational factors or within the students and extrinsic motivational factors or from outside the students, all of which need an in-depth study.The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Implementation of the Hypnoteaching Method in Increasing Learning Motivation in Santri Pondok Pesantren an-Nuur al-Fadhol BanyuwangiThis study uses qualitative methods, and data collection by interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis techniques used include: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study can be summed up as follows: First, Improved Santri Learning Motivation at Pondok Pesantren an-Nuur al-Fadhol Banyuwangi can be through two factors, namely intrinsic (inside the students including interests and talents) and extrinsic (outside the students including: support from other people old and the environment).Second, the implementation of the hypnoteaching method in increasing learning motivation in Islamic boarding school students an-nuur al-fadhol Banyuwangi through several stages including: pre-talk, induction, deepening, giving suggestions, and termination (development/normalization).It is hoped that future researchers will conduct more in-depth research on the implementation of the hypnoteaching method in increasing learning motivation in students.

Abstract

Learning with the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) model is a holistic learning process. The aim is to help students understand teaching material and relate it to everyday life, both in personal and social and cultural contexts. So they are knowledgeable, have dynamic and flexible skills. To actively construct your own understanding of the subject matter. Students can learn well if teaching materials related to knowledge and learning activities are known and are around the students. Based on the results of these observations, it is very necessary to implement CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Jurisprudence in order to know the extent of success in student learning outcomes in the subject of Jurisprudence. It is hoped that the results of this development will be useful for testing the effectiveness of implementing CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) in improving student learning outcomes. Based on these initial observations, the author is encouraged to research and study further about the implementation of CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) in improving student learning outcomes. in Fiqh subjects at MIN 2 Surabaya City.

Abstract

Starting from a phenomenon of the learning process in schools, in the process many teachers still find their role as the center of learning activities or teacher centered. Meanwhile, in essence, those who play an active role are students or student centered. Of the various existing learning models and strategies, problem based learning is one option that can accommodate improving student achievement. Researchers chose problem based learning because the learning process is based on real life problems. In implementing this learning, students are formed into groups and invited to discuss together.The theoretical framework in this research uses cognitive theory while the research method used is descriptive qualitative field research with a phenomenological approach.The research results are the author's findings in the field as well as the answer to the problem formulation. First, the implementation of problem based learning in Islamic religious education subjects in improving student learning achievement at NU Nurul Ishlah Elementary School has been successful although there is still something that needs to be developed. Second, the implications of problem based learning in Islamic religious education subjects at SD NU Nurul Ishlah Gresik include: students are able to develop independence, and students experience an increase in learning achievement scores. The three supporting factors in implementing problem based learning in Islamic religious education subjects are teachers, students, facilities and the environment. And the inhibiting factors are: Lack of lesson hours for Islamic religious education subjects and factors of the students' parents.

Abstract

Diniyah merupakan lembaga pendukung alternatif dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Internalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan pada peserta didik, aspek nilai-nilai Islami terdiri dan tiga hal yakni nilai aqidah, ibadah dan akhlak, nilai-nilai tersebut merupakan hal sangat vital bagi pendidikan Islam era in Madrasah Diniyah muncul sebagai wadah pendidikan Agama bagi masyarakat yang menginginkan porsi pendidikan Agama yang lebih banyak bagi anak-anak mereka. Jika Madrasah Diniyah ini dapat dijalankan sesuai dengan fungsinya dan dikelola dengan manajemen yang baik, maka Madrasah Diniyah dapat menjadi salah satu solusi bagi permasalahan Pendidikan Agama di Indonesia Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan sebagai sumber informasi dalam pengelolaan program madrasahi diniyah dalam meningkatkan pemahaman nilai-nilai keagamaan Tujuan dan penelitian in adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan, model pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi penanaman nilai keagamaan pada anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun mental edupreneurship melalui mata pelajaran prakarya di SMA Jati Agung Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Library Research atau kepustakaan. Data yang diambil berasal dari sumber sekunder. Acuan sekunder yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah buku yang masih ada kaitannya dengan objek penelitian, seperti buku-buku baik cetak maupun digital, dan bahan rujukan lain yang relevan dengan pokok masalah yang dibahas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Proses pembentukan mental kewirausahan yang lebih alami/ natural harus dilakukan ketika peserta didik mulai masuk Lembaga pendidikan dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Sikap mental positif seperti memiliki motivasi tingggi, berani mengambil resiko dan berorentasi ke depan merupakan sikap mental yang dimiliki wirausahawan. Pendidikan SMA Jati Agung mengutamakan mental skill dari pada job skill. Ini berbeda dengan sekolah-sekolah umum di luar yang lebih mengutamakan job skill. Keberhasilan dan keunggulan suatu Lembaga sekolah menengah atas, termasuk juga di SMA Jati Agung Sidoarjo diukur dari seberapa mampu memberdayakan peserta didiknya untuk menjadi orang sukses dan menyumbang kesuksesan pada sekolahnya. Hal ini dapat terwujud melalui edupreneurship dalam mata pelajaran prakarya. Melalui edupreneurship, Lembaga sekolah dapat membekali lulusan mereka supaya memilki daya saing yang tinggi dengan meningkatkan potensi dan skill mereka, baik berupa inovasi, kreatifitas, dan jiwa kewirausahaan khusunya dibidang Pendidikan.

Abstract

The term Diversity management is something that needs to be discussed in the world of Islamic education management, because the discussion is closely related to the ability or inability of madrasah heads to create a conducive, safe and controlled atmosphere in Islamic educational institutions (madrasah) in the midst of Diversity / Diversity that naturally exists. Based on several definitions of management mentioned above, it speaks of a sense that is focused on certain parts, therefore, it is also necessary to write a more general definition of management which is a process consisting of a series of activities, such as planning, organising, mobilising and controlling/supervising, which are carried out to determine and achieve predetermined goals through the use of human resources and other resources. In the application of Diversity management is inseparable from the application of multicultural education in Islamic educational institutions (madrasas) so that all madrasa residents, especially madrasa students, respect each other, respect prices, mutual tolerance and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan Prodi PAI di Universitas Al Washliyah Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket (kuisioner). Kuisioner yang digunakan oleh peneliti sebagai instrument penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diambil dengan menggunakan kuisioner online kapada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih Prodi PAI di Universitas Al Washliyah Medan, berdasarkan hasil uji T dengan metode enther dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya ada tiga faktor mempengaruhi, yaitu: faktor teman sebaya, faktor prospek kerja dan individu secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan jurusan PAI. Sedangkan faktor citra kampus dan orang tua secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan jurusan PAI. Collinierity statistics dapat digunakan untuk melihat uji multikolinieritas varibel dengan melihat nilai VIF. Maka dapat dilihat nilai VIF teman sebaya 1,22, prospek kerja 1,68, individu 3,85, citra kampus 3,59, dan orang tua 1,06.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik pada masa Covid-19 di SMPIT Miftahul Falah. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, sedangkan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, dan wawancara. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin peserta didik telah dilakukan secara profesional berdasarkan fungsi kepala sekolah dan juga peran kepala sekolah, sehingga disiplin siswa bisa berjalan baik dan visi misi sekolah dapat dicapai.

Abstract

One of the muamalah activities that is not prohibited in Islam as long as it does not violate Sharia principles is investment. Nowadays, there are many applications that make investing easier, such as Bibit. Bibit is an application and one of the investment instruments, namely sharia mutual funds. The aim of this research is to find out whether the Bibit application in carrying out the sharia mutual fund investment mechanism is in accordance with the DSN fatwa No.20/DSN-MUI/IV/2001. This research uses a qualitative method which uses a method of analyzing a case. The results of this research show that Sharia mutual fund investments in seed applications comply with the provisions of DSN fatwa No.20/DSN-MUI/IV/2001. Mudharabah contracts and wakalah contracts are contracts used in operational activities.
