Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual siswa melalui pembiasaan kegiatan dzikir pagi berbasis istighosah di SMKN 1 Kwanyar Bangkalan. Dalam upaya ini, pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) diterapkan, yang melibatkan guru, siswa, serta warga sekolah dalam setiap tahapan pelaksanaan. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan spiritual siswa, dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan program yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari seluruh pihak terkait, serta implementasi kegiatan dzikir pagi yang dilakukan setiap hari. Selanjutnya, evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur dampak dari kegiatan tersebut terhadap kesadaran spiritual siswa. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kesadaran spiritual siswa. Hal ini tercermin melalui perubahan perilaku religius siswa, peningkatan semangat berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan keagamaan, dan terjalinnya hubungan yang lebih harmonis antara siswa dan guru. Selain itu, keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap motivasi dan kesejahteraan emosional siswa. Secara keseluruhan, pembiasaan kegiatan dzikir pagi berbasis istighosah terbukti efektif sebagai sarana dalam membina karakter religius siswa dan meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan ini juga berhasil menciptakan atmosfer yang lebih kondusif untuk perkembangan pribadi siswa, baik secara spiritual maupun sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of religious considerations in educational policies within a multicultural society, focusing on how educational policies can accommodate religious and cultural diversity in communities with different social and religious backgrounds. Multicultural societies face challenges in creating educational policies that can fairly include all religious groups, without prioritizing one religion or culture over others. Therefore, this research focuses on how educational policies can be structured to create an inclusive education system that is sensitive to religious diversity. The study uses a library research method, collecting and analyzing relevant literature on religious education policies in multicultural countries such as Indonesia, India, and European nations. Through this approach, the author explores information about the implementation of educational policies that consider religious diversity and their impact on social integration. The findings indicate that religious education policies, when properly designed, can be an effective tool to strengthen tolerance and social integration in multicultural societies. However, to achieve this goal, policies must carefully consider the rights of minority groups to prevent discrimination. Educational policies should also undergo regular evaluations and adjustments to ensure inclusivity and equality for all religious groups in education.

Abstract

The school’s culture, encompassing norms and traditions, plays a pivotal role in shaping student behavior and fostering discipline. Integrating spiritual values into the school culture holds significant potential to enhance student discipline while simultaneously shaping their moral and ethical character. This study examines how a school culture rooted in spiritual values can contribute to improving student discipline, mitigating negative behaviors such as disobedience and bullying, and fostering a conducive learning environment. This research adopts the Library Research method, which involves the systematic collection and analysis of relevant literature, including books, journals, theses, and previous studies. Data were sourced from reputable academic databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, and ProQuest, with a focus on exploring the interplay between school culture, spiritual values, and student discipline. The key findings reveal that the consistent application of spiritual values in both academic and extracurricular activities positively influences student behavior, enhances their adherence to rules, and strengthens personal commitment to ethical principles. The study concludes that transforming school culture through the integration of spiritual values is an effective strategy for fostering student discipline and character development. Achieving this transformation requires the collective support of all stakeholders, including teachers, students, and parents, as well as ongoing evaluation to ensure its sustained success. The findings offer valuable insights for educational institutions seeking to design programs that embed spiritual values into their culture to nurture disciplined, responsible, and morally upright students.

Abstract

Microteaching is included in the course of the Postgraduate Islamic Education Study Program at Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya which is included in the East Java Pemprof scholarship students. One of the alternative solutions to the problem implemented by UNSURI's Islamic Education Postgraduate students is to carry out Islamic Religious Education learning by using learning methods that can increase student activity in learning, namely by using active learning methods. the research method used in this research is applied research method while collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) Teaching practice activities carried out by Postgraduate PAI students at Sunan Giri University Surabaya that skills in teaching are very important, especially for students majoring in education who will later become a teacher. 2) The method used by the Postgraduate students of PAI Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya focuses on the student centered approach and the method is based on active learning, which is centered on students and uses ways or steps that make students active in learning is a throwing puzzle. 3) This teaching practice is used as a provision to plunge into the real world of education.

Abstract

The Postgraduate Islamic Education Study Program at Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya in maintaining its commitment to advancing the quality of its graduates always tries to renew and update various strategies, so that the program and curriculum are always dynamic, this can be seen from several special programs such as microteaching for 3rd semester students whose benefits are extraordinary. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ability of postgraduate students to teach PAI material to undergraduate students. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Researchers conducted a process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and the last step was conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that 1) Evaluation of lecture material, it can be seen that there are still students who do not fully understand the material, this can be seen during discussion sessions with students. In the material on the relationship between the Qur'an and Science, in this session many students captured and understood the holy book of the Qur'an is a Divine Revelation that contains absolute truth from God and is always maintained in authenticity and integrity until the end of time, while in the material on the benefits of the Qur'an for humans many undergraduate students have not been able to understand the benefits of the Qur'an for humans in outline. 2) Evaluation of the situation and conditions during microteaching which includes strengths, weaknesses and obstacles and their solutions related to room conditions and the time of microteaching implementation.

Abstract

Education is an effort that seeks to convey information through guidance, direction and training both inside and outside educational institutions in order to educate students to contribute to their future lives. This involves the growth of knowledge, moral principles, and ethics such that higher levels of education reflect not only academic proficiency but also the capacity to acquire moral principles through appropriate education. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), use of social media, and emotional intelligence on the moral growth of MTs Miftahiyah Yasi Bangkalan students. Data was collected through the use of questionnaires and observations of 75 students. The findings of the regression analysis show that students' moral behavior is significantly influenced by the use of social media, emotional intelligence, and academic achievement in Islamic Religious Education. These findings expand our understanding of how Islamic religious teaching, social media, and emotional intelligence interact to shape students' moral growth in the digital era.

Abstract

The implementation of UMKM labeling to provide taste or interest by looking at the labels that have been prepared by the service teams for UMKM Rowo Gempol Village Pasuruan, using the ABCD (asset based communities development) method, seeing from the sales location is quite crowded and from several markets are very interesting and many opportunities because es jaran sellers are very rarely sold by UMKM. The implementation of this labeling took place at the Ngopak Market, Lekok District, Pasuruan, with the aim of further increasing the development of UMKM in Pasuruan. Great opportunities are actually wide open for UMKM Rowo Gempol Village if the promotion strategy is carried out properly. Developing a distribution network, both locally and internationally, can be one way to expand the market. The implementation of the promotion strategy through the creation of product banners and stickers has had a significant impact on increasing the visibility and competitiveness of UMKM in Rowo Gempol Village. , the evaluation conducted after the activity showed that the use of visual promotional media such as banners and stickers had a positive long-term impact. Rowo Gempol Village's UMKM products are now better known, not only locally but also among consumers from outside the region who are interested in the unique and quality products from this village

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness is a major concern in the community of Sambungrejo Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. To overcome the problem of cleanliness in mosques located in residential areas, cleaning activities were carried out through community service involving participants of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) from Sunan Giri University Surabaya. The main purpose of this activity is to educate the people of Sambungrejo Sukodono Village about the importance of keeping the mosque clean, train students to have concern for the sanctity and comfort of places of worship, and carry out the principles of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This activity is part of the Community Service program carried out by KKN Group 11 students of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, held in Sambungrejo Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency on August 4, 2023. During the mosque cleaning activity, KKN students involved the community service method to clean and tidy up the facilities in the mosque. The cleaning process begins with cleaning the mosque yard, followed by cleaning the men's and women's bathrooms, as well as cleaning the Al-Qur'an and mukenah shelves. All bathroom and ablution room cleaning activities are carried out with the standard of purity regulated in Islamic teachings.

This research aims to analyze humans from the perspective of Ibn Khaldun's thoughts. Who is a great figure and leader of the Islamic religion islamic education in the word Research data was analyzed using literature study the data source is the journal of philosophical thought contains Ibn Khaldun's thoughts about humans and the development of Islamic education. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas betapa pentingnya memasukan teknologi ke dalam sistem pendidikan untuk mengajarkan siswa keterampilan digital yang relevan dengan dunia kerja saat ini. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk membahas pentingnya membangun kerangka pengembangan profesi guru melalui pendekatan yang fokus integrasi teknologi pendidikan dan keterampilan adaptif dan juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan adaptabilitas guru dalam era global yang semakin kompleks Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder, dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data analisis data sekunder yang berupa survei data atau data dari penelitian (penelitian) yang sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menganalisis bahwa keterampilan adaptif sangat penting untuk pengembangan profesional guru karena membantu guru menjadi lebih siap menghadapi perubahan dan tantangan yang muncul dalam pendidikan. Teknologi pendidikan juga memiliki potensi besar untuk mengubah cara belajar dan mengajar dan juga bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan pendidikan di masa depan jika digunakan dengan benar. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan peran guru sebagai pendidik profesional yang tidak hanya menyampaikan pengetahuan tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan keterampilan siswa. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan, sangat disarankan untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru melalui pelatihan berkala, kolaborasi antar guru, dan penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif. Dan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru melalui penggabungan teknologi pendidikan dan keterampilan adaptif sangat penting. Sebagai pendidik profesional, tugas guru tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan, mereka juga harus membangun karakter dan keterampilan siswa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan zaman sekarang.
