Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Quran Memorization Learning as a Leading Program at SMA Daruttaqwa Dahanrejo Kebomas Gresik, focusing on the challenges and obstacles faced by students in the program. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and administrative staff, as well as direct observation of the Quran memorization learning process. The results of the data analysis indicate various challenges and obstacles faced in implementing the Quran memorization program at SMA Daruttaqwa. One of the main challenges identified is the lack of student motivation to participate in the Quran memorization program. Lack of understanding of the importance of memorizing the Quran, the demands of a dense curriculum, and disturbances from the surrounding environment are contributing factors. In addition, other obstacles include a lack of support from parents and the availability of adequate facilities for Quran memorization learning. Efforts to overcome this include creating a conducive learning environment, providing continuous motivation and support to students, and using interactive and enjoyable learning methods. Collaboration with related parties, such as parents and local communities, is also part of the strategy to overcome challenges and obstacles in the tahfidzul Qur'an program.

Abstract

In a learning process, there are many approaches, strategies, and methods that educators must master to improve student learning achievement; there is a lack of awareness of the importance of learning Arabic, making this material less popular with some students in several Islamic Educational Institutions today. This study aimed to determine the Implementation of Arabic Language Learning Through Humanistic Theory with an Active Learning Approach at MTs Mambaus Sholihin Manyar Gresik, the learning steps, and the benefits of implementing humanistic theory in Arabic language learning. This research process uses qualitative research, with the data collection process using participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Triangulation techniques and peer checking obtain data validity. The data analysis model includes analysis of each case and cross-case. The results of the study indicate that the humanistic theory with an active learning approach applied at MTs Mambaus Sholihin, the author concludes that: (1) The learning process by implementing humanistic theory with an active learning approach at MTs Mambaus Sholihin is manifested in several components that influence each other (2) learning steps can be developed into eight stages. (3) The benefits of learning Arabic by implementing humanistic theory with an active learning approach at MTs Mambaus Sholihin include the potential of students to develop in a balanced and more optimal manner (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) because the learning process contains elements of communicative interaction between educators and students and between other peers.

Abstract

This study examines the Indonesian government's policies regarding the funding standards for Islamic religious education in schools and madrasahs. Islamic religious education plays a strategic role in shaping students’ character and moral values. However, its implementation faces various challenges, particularly in terms of financial support. Using a literature review approach, this research evaluates key regulations such as Minister of Religious Affairs Decree (KMA) No. 211 of 2011, KMA No. 165 of 2014, and KMA No. 183 of 2019, and analyzes their implementation effectiveness in practice. The findings reveal ongoing disparities in fund allocation, delays in budget disbursement, and insufficient managerial capacity within Islamic educational institutions. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed—encompassing budget transparency, financial management training, community involvement, and collaboration between the government and educational institutions—to ensure a more effective, accountable, and sustainable financing system for Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning theories relevant to Qur’an and Hadith teaching in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). The method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical literature review approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and national journals indexed in Sinta and Garuda. Thematic analysis was employed through coding, categorization, and synthesis. The findings indicate that behaviorist theory supports memorization practice, cognitive theory aids text comprehension, constructivist theory fosters active student engagement, and humanistic theory emphasizes character formation. The integration of these theories enhances Qur’an and Hadith learning, making it not only memorization-oriented but also focused on understanding and applying Islamic values.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah usaha untuk mewujudkan aktivitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan agar peserta didik dapat secara aktif belajar dan mengembangkan potensi dirinya menjadi lebih baik dari segi kecerdasan, pengetahuan, kepribadian, dsb. Sementara itu dengan arah serupa namun dalam kacamata yang berbeda, Kurniawan (2017, hlm. 26), berpendapat bahwa pengertian pendidikan adalah mengalihkan (menurunkan) berbagai nilai, pengetahuan, pengalaman dan keterampilan kepada generasi yang lebih muda sebagai usaha generasi tua dalam menyiapkan fungsi hidup generasi selanjutnya, baik jasmani maupun rohani.Namun tidak hanya generasi muda saja yang sebetulnya belajar. Generasi yang lebih tua juga secara tidak langsung belajar mendidik dalam prosesnya. Selain itu pendidikan adalah hal yang dapat dilakukan sepanjang hayat dan tidak melihat usia. Seperti yang diutarakan Budiyanto dalam Kurniawan (2017, hlm. 27) bahwa pendidikan adalah mempersiapkan dan menumbuhkan anak didik atau individu manusia yang proses berlangsung secara terus-menerus sejak ia lahir sampai ia meninggal dunia.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan Learning Analytics dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada materi Gibah dan Tabayyun di kelas VII SMP BELL School Surabaya. Learning Analytics sebagai pendekatan analisis data pembelajaran di era digital memungkinkan guru memantau aktivitas belajar siswa secara real time, mengidentifikasi kesulitan belajar, serta memberikan intervensi pembelajaran yang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan mengombinasikan data kuantitatif dari hasil evaluasi belajar, data aktivitas siswa dalam Learning Management System (LMS), serta data kualitatif dari observasi dan wawancara guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LA memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan nilai post-test sebesar 28%, peningkatan tingkat penyelesaian tugas dari 63% menjadi 92%, serta peningkatan partisipasi diskusi digital. Faktor pendukung penerapan LA meliputi budaya digital sekolah yang cukup maju, kesiapan infrastruktur, dan antusiasme siswa terhadap media digital. Adapun hambatan yang muncul yaitu keterbatasan literasi data guru PAI, waktu analisis data yang cukup panjang, serta ketergantungan pada jaringan internet. Secara keseluruhan, pemanfaatan LA terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terkait materi Gibah dan Tabayyun, serta membantu membentuk karakter siswa yang lebih bijak dalam berkomunikasi dan menyaring informasi di era digital.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja yang positif merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Namun, berbagai organisasi masih menghadapi permasalahan etika yang berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi, konflik internal, dan menurunnya kinerja karyawan. Etika bisnis Islam menawarkan pendekatan berbasis nilai moral dan spiritual yang berpotensi membangun perilaku kerja yang berintegritas serta lingkungan kerja yang positif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis peran implementasi etika bisnis Islam dalam meningkatkan lingkungan kerja positif dan produktif melalui pendekatan kajian pustaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur terhadap buku dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik etika bisnis Islam, lingkungan kerja, dan produktivitas kerja. Hasil kajian menunjukkan penerapan nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam, seperti amanah, keadilan, ihsan, dan kejujuran, berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja harmonis, adil, juga mendukung keterlibatan karyawan. Lingkungan kerja positif tersebut selanjutnya berperan sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan produktivitas karyawan. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan literatur etika kerja Islami serta implikasi praktis bagi organisasi dalam membangun budaya kerja yang beretika dan berkelanjutan.
