Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kegiatan Festival UMKM di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bandung, bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi bauran promosi dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kegiatan Festival UMKM di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bandung.  Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus.  Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif, yang menguji pengaruh variabel bebas dan variabel terikat menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dan juga dilakukan pengujian untuk menentukan akurasi pengukuran menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.  Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas variabel X dan Y semuanya menyatakan valid dan reliabel.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran promosi berada dalam kategori baik, dan kepuasan pelanggan berada dalam kategori baik.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi bauran promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada  Kegiatan Festival UMKM di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bandung, dan berdasarkan interpretasi korelasi Pearson Product Moment  maka hubungan ini berada dalam hubungan yang cukup kuat.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis terbukti: terdapat pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kegiatan Festival UMKM di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bandung. Kata Kunci: Bauran Promosi, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro  Small Medium Business of Bandung City, aimed to know the correlation of promotion mix and customer satisfaction, and also to analyze the influence of promotion mix  to customer satisfaction at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro Small Medium Business of Bandung City.  Respondents of this research are 56 people,  selected using saturated or census sampling technique.  The method use is descriptive and associative, which tests the influence of dependent and independent variables using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, and also done to determine the accuracy of measurement using validity and reliability test.  Result of the validity and reliability test of variables X and Y  express all valid and reliable.  The result showed that promotion mix at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro  Small Medium Business of Bandung City is in the category of good and customer satisfaction is in the category of good.  Results showed there is the correlation of promotion mix to customer satisfaction at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro  Small Medium Business of Bandung City, and based on the interpretation of Pearson Product Moment correlation, this relationship is in the criteria of strong enough.  The result showed that the hypothesis is proved: there is the influence of promotion mix to customer satisfaction at Festival Activity of Micro Small Medium Business in Agency of Cooperative and Micro Small Medium Business of Bandung City. Keywords: Promotion Mix, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the village expenditure budget. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the village office of the Central Sinjai District. The number of samples in this study were 33 respondents. Sampling was done using purposive sampling method, the sampling technique was purposely determined according to the research needs. The aim is to obtain samples in accordance with the requirements and objectives of the study so as to obtain accurate data. The results of the data analysis research are multiple regression which shows that love of money has a positive effect and religiosity has a negative effect on fraud accounting. The R Square value of 0.157 means 157% and based on the t-table test value of 1.69552. Keywords: Love of money, religiosity, fraud accounting

Abstract

This study intends to determine the performance of businesses in small micro enterprises (MSEs) through the influence of the family environment and social media marketing through entrepreneurial orientation. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach that intends to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable and another. The population of this study is the total number of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar amounted to 9,958 businesses. The sample in this study used Slovin formula so that it was obtained into 99 respondents. The testing of analysis tools used is path analysis. The results of the study are variable family environment partially positively and significantly affect the orientation of entrepreneurship in micro and small businesses in the city. Social media marketing variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the orientation of entrepreneurship in micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar. Family environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar. Social media marketing variables partially affect the positive and significant performance of micro and small businesses in makassar city. The variable orientation of entrepreneurship partially positively and significantly affects the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar. Family Environment Variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar if through entrepreneurial orientation. And social media marketing variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro and small businesses in the city of Makassar if through entrepreneurial orientation, which means the better social media marketing will improve business performance through entrepreneurial orientation. Abstract

Digitalisasi informasi adalah proses mengubah berbagai informasi, kabar, atau berita dari format analog menjadi format digital sehingga lebih mudah untuk diproduksi, disimpan, dikelola, dan didistribusikan.  Pelayanan pengadilan telah dirintis sejak dikeluarkannya cetak biru pembaruan peradilan 2010-2035. Proses  digitalisasi  layanan  pengadilan  dimulai  pada  administrasi dokumen yaitu dengan aplikasi SIPP yang kemudian meluas pada pemrosesan perkara dari pendaftaran hingga diterbitkannya putusan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum. Peradilan elektronik dimana semua proses terkait perkara dapat dilayani pada aplikasi e-court dan e-litigasi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions Donut J-Co, both partially and simultaneously. Where in this study using a sample of a total population of 97 respondents with solving sampling techniques and the use of multiple regression analysis tools with SPSS software 23.The results showed that brand image partially had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Donut J-Co, product quality showed the results that had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Donut J-Co, while for simultaneous testing the results showed that brand image and product quality affected positive and significant towards J-Co's buying decision. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Brand Image, Product Quality

Abstract

Moonlighting berarti bekerja di luar daripada tempat bekerja biasanya atau pekerjaan sampingan. aktivitas moonlighting yaitu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dosen dalam melakukan pekerjaan sampingan. Dimana ada 3 indikator dalam mengukur moonlighting yaitu: 1). Waktu yang dihabiskan pada Universitas yang lain yaitu jam kerja dosen yang dilakukan saat melakukan pengajaran di Universitas selain homebasenya .2). Jumlah kelas kuliah yaitu jumlah kelas kuliah yang dimiliki oleh dosen dalam melakukan pengajaran kepada mahasiswa di tempat mengajar dosen. 3). Aktivitas lain yang menghasilkan pendapatan yaitu kegiatan lain yang dimiliki oleh dosen selama mengajar pada Perguruan Tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case studi yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi aktivitas moonligthing terhadap kinerja dosen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of financial target and financial stability on financial statement fraud. The study population consisted of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017-2019.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data source consists of secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of documentary data consists of company financial statements from 2017-2019. The result showed that financial target and financial stability had a significant effect on financial statement fraud, indicating that companies that have pressure can enhance fraud behavior.Keywords:Financial target, financial stability, financial statement fraud

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Bagaimana Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Nasabah Bank Bni Cabang Pare-Pare Kcp Barru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Nasabah Bank Bni Cabang Pare-Pare Kcp Barru Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah kuesioner 100 responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank Bni Cabang Pare-Pare Kcp Barru. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), dan Empathy (X5) sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan nasabah (Y). Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 21 metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabahKata Kunci :  Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of Quality of Service on Customer Satisfaction of Bank Bni Branch Pare-Pare Kcp Barru Sampling technique using questionnaire with the number of questionnaires 100 respondents who are customers of Bank Bni Branch Pare-Pare Kcp Barru. Independent variables in this study are Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Empathy (X5) while dependent variables in this study are customer satisfaction (Y). The analytical test tool used is SPSS 21 multiple linear regression analysis methods. Abstract

This research was doing at STI E Lamappapoleonro Soppeng. Analysis data was using descriptive method and quantitative method. Namely by analyzed of linear regression to measure influence of academic service quality consist of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty toward the satisfaction of students. Reseach result shown that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty each other have positive influence, toward dependence variable (students satisfaction). By hypotesa analyze namely syncronisation analyze show that reliability and assurance are dominan factor which influence the satisfaction of students at STIE Lamappapoleonro Soppeng. Abstract

Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menulis siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bulukumba. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana integrasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas VIII. Subjek penelitian ini adalah murid kelas siswa kelas VIII sebanyak 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar pada akhir pembelajaran serta data hasil observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter (nilai tanggung jawab, disiplin, jujur, percaya diri, santun, kerja keras, kerjasama, menghargai, teliti dan cermat) sudah ditanamkan melalui pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Bulukumba. Adapun saran kepada guru semua mata pelajaran diharapkan tumbuh kesadaran bahwa, dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam pembelajaran dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual sebagai instrumen untuk membentuk pribadi yang positif. Kepada siswa SMP 1 Bulukumba sebagai generasi yang akan datang, peneliti menyarankan agar terus menerapkan sikap dan perilaku yang berkarakter dengan sungguh-sungguh. Kata Kunci : Integrasi, Nilai Karakter, Keterampilan Menulis, Deskriptif Kualitatif.
