Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy levels and financial attitudes on financial behavior and the moderating effect of the financial attitude variable. The study employed a questionnaire as a research method distributed to 75 respondents who are the organizers of the Investment Gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange at UIN Malang, UM, and Ma Chung University. The analysis technique used Partial Least Square. The research results indicate that financial behavior is positively influenced by the financial literacy level variable, although it is not significant. On the other hand, the financial behavior variable is significantly positively influenced by the financial attitude variable. Moreover, the financial attitude variable, as a moderating variable, has a positive impact on the relationship between the financial literacy level variable and the financial behavior variable. Abstract

This research aims to enhance the accountability of user satisfaction measurement in E-Government within local government in Indonesia, with a focus on six knowledge aspects and their impact on E-Government services in West Java. The method employed is descriptive and verificative, utilizing a quantitative approach. The heads of sections in West Java local government organizations served as respondents in the survey. User satisfaction with local government E-Government is positively and significantly influenced by usefulness, dependency, trust, functionality and form of interaction, as well as support. The novelty of this research reveals that usability and trust are key factors in improving government websites. For the future, further exploration and diverse ideas are needed to better understand this topic, and attention should be given to user responses and behaviors when using government websites for further improvement.Keywords: User Satisfaction; Quality of E-Government; Ease of Use; Function of Interaction; Content of Information

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of SME entrepreneurs in Pangkal Pinang for digital entrepreneurship acceleration and global expansion, taking into consideration the perspectives of Entrepreneurial Mindset (E-Mind) and Financial Self-Efficacy. Data collection was conducted through surveys with in-depth interviews and questionnaires administered to SME entrepreneurs in Pangkal Pinang. Data analysis used a quantitative descriptive approach with IBM SPSS software. The research findings reveal that SME entrepreneurs in Pangkal Pinang possess a strong Entrepreneurial Mindset (E-Mind), as evidenced by their consistent initiative-taking and responsibility for their actions. They are also adept at recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities for business development. The study further highlights the favorable Financial Self-Efficacy among SME entrepreneurs in Pangkal Pinang, characterized by their confidence in financial management and belief in their ability to achieve financial goals in business management.Keywords: E-Mind; Financial Self-Efficacy; Digital Marketing; Financial Technology; Digital Leadership

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of eco-branding and brand equity on purchasing decisions for eco-friendly products. This research uses quantitative sampling using the Slovin technique of 100 respondents. The method in this research uses descriptive and verification analysis which is processed using the SPSS V23 program. Judging from the descriptive analysis, it can be seen that eco-branding and brand equity in purchasing decisions are in a good category. Then, through verification analysis, it is stated that there is a partial positive influence of eco-branding and brand equity. With the development of the Eco-brand introduced, the company creates Green Trust in consumers to facilitate product purchasing decisions. Not only consumers but employees are also expected to be involved by representing the company to have a reciprocal impact on society and continue to be responsible for the environment. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of price and product quality on purchase decisions for Garnier products. This study is a quantitative descriptive research using multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 100 respondents from the Pangkalpinang city community, selected through purposive sampling. The research results indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions; product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions; and both price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The implications of this research are that companies need to understand that product quality and price are factors influencing purchase decisions. In this context, Garnier Company should develop more efficient and effective ways to compete with other companies, ensuring that purchase decisions are optimized. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of internationalization on innovation performance through the mediating factors of market orientation and entrepreneurship in SMEs in emerging markets. The research involved 175 export-ready SMEs in the West Java Province, utilizing a quantitative methodology. The analysis in this study employed Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and was processed using the SmartPLS software. Based on the findings of this research, it was determined that internationalization can influence innovation through the mediation of market orientation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is recommended for SMEs to recognize their unique value proposition by utilizing the value proposition design method. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of E-Marketing, namely Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, and User-Generated Content on TikTok users in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta regarding their purchase decisions. The criteria for this research include TikTok users aged 18-34 residing in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The technique used to gather the sample is purposive sampling, and data is collected through an online questionnaire from 100 respondents. The research follows a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the data management program Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study show that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, content marketing similarly has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, and user-generated content also positively and significantly influences purchase decisions.Keywords: E-Marketing; Influencer Marketing; Content Marketing; User Generated Content; Purchase Decision; TikTok

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the recent focus on green finance and sustainability from 2022 to 2023. It employs a systematic review approach to understand the predominant areas of study during this two-year period. The data search revealed that research focusing on the impact of green finance on decarbonization has gained significant popularity in the past two years. Additionally, other studies have delved into various variables such as Environmental (Management, Economics, Performance, and sustainability), Technology (AI, Blockchain, Smart, and adoption), and Renewable Energy & its Output. This research primarily concentrates on topics that have emerged as trends in the last two years. However, it's noteworthy that among these studies, there are 14 research topics that have been explored less frequently. These include Green Financing, Insurance, Non-Performing Loan Ratio, Ecological Footprints, Climate Mitigation Finance, Solvency, Biofuel, Fuel Cell, Geothermal, Solar, and Wind. Abstract

This study aims to explore the indirect influence of entrepreneurial leadership on employee turnover intention through affective commitment while examining the moderating effect of perceived organizational support. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach was employed with 120 respondents in startup companies. The results indicate that entrepreneurial leadership has a negative and significant influence on employee turnover intention, with affective commitment mediating this relationship. Furthermore, perceived organizational support significantly moderates the negative correlation between affective commitment and turnover intention. The implication is that startup companies can reduce employee turnover intention to operate more effectively. Abstract

This research was motivated by the existing condition where employees have not been able to work optimally in a government institution. The study aims to analyze and examine the influence of rewards, training, and work ethic on Employee Performance in the Education Authority of Bangka Belitung Island Province. This research is descriptive in nature. The quantitative research method was employed because the data obtained are numerical and derived from questionnaires, with a total sample size of 64 respondents, determined through a saturated sample method. The analytical model used was multiple linear regression, with t-tests, f-tests, and coefficients of determination. The research results indicate that rewards, training, and work ethic, individually, have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the Education Authority of Bangka Belitung Island Province. Through this research, institutions can review the factors leading to low employee performance in the variables of rewards, training, and work ethic.
