Abstract

One characteristics of startups compared to conventional MSMEs is the use of data. Utilization of data starts from business intelligence & analytics. The knowledge generated together with other dynamic capabilities will support each other in creating value to improve startup business performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between business intelligence & analytics, absorptive capacity, innovation ambiance, and entrepreneurial orientation towards startup business performance.Data obtained by survey distributed by email to 194 startups in West Java. PLS-SEM was used to estimate model in this study. We propose and test a model that integrates the domains of dynamic capability, knowledge management, and entrepreneurship. The main findings show that the use of BI&A has a positive association with the ability to balance competitive innovation activities, supported by entrepreneurial orientation, in turn improving startup performance.This study integrates insights gained from the application of IT value creation and dynamic capabilities perspectives to explain how the use of BI&A is associated with the ambidexterity of innovation and business performance and through entrepreneurial orientation. Salah satu ciri startup dibandingkan UMKM konvensional adalah penggunaan data. Pemanfaatan data dimulai dari business intelligence & analytics. Pengetahuan yang dihasilkan bersama dengan kapabilitas dinamis lainnya akan saling mendukung dalam menciptakan nilai guna meningkatkan kinerja bisnis startup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara business intelligence & analytics, absorptive capacity, innovation ambidexterity, dan entrepreneurial orientation terhadap kinerja bisnis startup. Data didapatkan dari survei yang disebarkan melalui email kepada 194 startup di Jawa Barat. PLS-SEM digunakan untuk mengestimasi model dalam penelitian ini. Kami menguji model yang mengintegrasikan domain dynamic capabilities, manajemen pengetahuan, dan kewirausahaan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan BI&A memiliki hubungan positif dengan kemampuan mengimbangi aktivitas inovasi kompetitif, didukung oleh orientasi kewirausahaan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kinerja startup. Studi ini mengintegrasikan wawasan yang diperoleh dari penerapan perspektif penciptaan nilai TI dan kapabilitas dinamis untuk menjelaskan bagaimana penggunaan BI&A dikaitkan dengan innovation ambidexterity dan kinerja bisnis dan melalui orientasi kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh bauran ritel terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di toko Mixue di Jabodetabek. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan responden yang telah mengunjungi dan membeli barang di gerai Mixue di kawasan Jabodetabek, dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 280 orang. SMART PLS 3.0 digunakan untuk analisis regresi berganda dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi, harga, dan promosi memengaruhi keputusan pembelian yang sangat besar. Sementara merchandise, atmosfer toko, dan layanan tidak memengaruhi keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

With rapid growth, researchers are intrigued to investigate the factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions on this platform. Through data collection and analysis, this research aims to provide deeper insights into how electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) influences purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. As a popular e-commerce platform, further understanding of these factors is expected to contribute to the development of marketing strategies and enhancement of consumer experiences on Tokopedia. This study utilizes purposive sampling and non-probability sampling techniques, involving 200 respondents from the community of Tangerang City who use Tokopedia for daily shopping. Data collection is carried out through G-form tools and manual methods with a questionnaire of statements using a 5-point Likert scale. The research employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques for hypothesis testing and data validity. From the discussion of each hypothesis, some hypotheses are rejected as they surpass the theoretical significance value. The variable rejected is the consumer trust variable in purchasing decisions. This rejection aligns with prior research on Scarlett products, finding that consumer trust has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, while brand image and brand ambassadors do not significantly influence purchasing decisions (Putri & Harti, 2022). The results of this study indicate that the role of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) mediates the influence of consumer trust on purchasing decisions among Tokopedia users in Tangerang City.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the accountability of user satisfaction measurement in E-Government within local government in Indonesia, with a focus on six knowledge aspects and their impact on E-Government services in West Java. The method employed is descriptive and verificative, utilizing a quantitative approach. The heads of sections in West Java local government organizations served as respondents in the survey. User satisfaction with local government E-Government is positively and significantly influenced by usefulness, dependency, trust, functionality and form of interaction, as well as support. The novelty of this research reveals that usability and trust are key factors in improving government websites. For the future, further exploration and diverse ideas are needed to better understand this topic, and attention should be given to user responses and behaviors when using government websites for further improvement.Keywords: User Satisfaction; Quality of E-Government; Ease of Use; Function of Interaction; Content of Information

Abstract

The growth of the Muslim population in Indonesia has strengthened public awareness regarding halal food, making this issue increasingly important in the culinary industry. However, complexity in the process of making halal certification is often faced, especially by small and medium scale producers, who consider the process of making halal certification a complex challenge and require expensive costs. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness, product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions for halal products. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Samples were taken using the Non Probability Sampling Technique with the Purposive Sampling method which was distributed to 115 respondents from consumers of Pempek Nony 168 Palembang. This research uses testing tools in the form of SmartPLS 3.0 software with the PLS-SEM analysis method. The research path coefficient results show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty, but brand awareness does not have a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty. Apart from that, brand awareness and brand loyalty have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, but product quality does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of brand image in mediating the impact of word of mouth (WOM) on the desire to purchase Mie Sedaap Korean Spicy Chicken products in the Tangerang City area. Through a survey involving 200 individuals selected based on purposive sampling, this research utilized the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) model to process and analyze the data obtained. The results found indicate a positive impact of WOM on brand image and purchase intention, with brand image also functioning as a significant mediator in linking WOM with purchase intention. The conclusion of these findings underscores the need for effective marketing strategies in utilizing WOM to strengthen brand image, which in turn has the potential to increase purchase intentions among consumers.

Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the research landscape in neuromarketing and brand association. With a growing interest in the neural mechanisms influencing consumer behavior, neuromarketing leverages neuroscientific techniques like fMRI, EEG, and eye tracking to uncover subconscious decision-making processes. The study aims to map research trends, identify key themes, and highlight influential works within this field. Using data from Scopus and Web of Science, the methodology includes examining publication growth, geographic distribution, co-authorship networks, and keyword co-occurrence over the past two decades. The data collection process employed effective keywords such as "neuromarketing," "brand association," "EEG," "fMRI," and "consumer behavior," ensuring a comprehensive dataset of peer-reviewed articles. The findings reveal significant growth in publications, with notable contributions from North America and Europe, and increasing input from Asia. Key insights highlight the central role of emotional engagement, sensory marketing, and the integration of advanced technologies like AI and deep learning in neuromarketing research. The study emphasizes the need for more longitudinal studies to understand the long-term impacts of neuromarketing strategies and calls for cross-cultural comparisons to enhance the global applicability of the findings. Concluding, the research identifies literature gaps and offers practical recommendations for marketers to leverage neuromarketing techniques to boost consumer engagement.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of price discounts on impulse buying through live streaming among e-commerce users in Indonesia. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey methodology with questionnaires distributed to a purposive sample of 152 consumers from the Dolee Branded Store. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software, employing the PLS-SEM analysis method. The findings reveal that price discounts significantly directly impact impulse buying behavior. Furthermore, price discounts also significantly affect live streaming, which, in turn, substantially influences impulse buying. The results indicate that live streaming acts as a mediating variable, enhancing the effect of price discounts on impulse purchases. This study underscores the importance of integrating price discount strategies with live streaming to drive impulse buying behavior in the e-commerce sector effectively. By leveraging live streaming as a promotional tool, businesses can maximize the impact of their discount offers, leading to increased consumer engagement and sales. These insights provide valuable implications for marketers and e-commerce platforms aiming to enhance their promotional effectiveness and customer acquisition strategies.

Abstract

The rapid development of the coffee industry in Indonesia has led to the emergence of various coffee shops with unique concepts, one of which is Toko Kopi Klasik. This study aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality, Store Atmosphere, and Social Media Marketing on Repurchase Intention with eWOM as a mediating variable. The research uses a survey method involving 120 respondents who are consumers of Toko Kopi Klasik. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that Store Atmosphere, Social Media Marketing, and eWOM have a positive and significant impact on Repurchase Intention, while Service Quality does not have a significant impact. Additionally, Store Atmosphere and Social Media Marketing are also found to have a positive and significant impact on eWOM. These findings imply the importance of managing store ambiance, social media, and online reviews to enhance consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana identitas merek, gambar merek, dan kesetiaan merek berdampak pada niat pembelian (niat beli) produk kopi Janji Jiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada orang-orang yang pernah atau mungkin menjadi pelanggan kopi Janji Jiwa. Variabel independen dan variabel dependen dievaluasi dengan menggunakan analisis data regresi linear berganda. Ketiga variabel independen—brand identity, brand image, dan brand loyalty memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, menurut hasil penelitian. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semakin kuat identitas merek, citra merek, dan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap kopi Janji Jiwa, semakin besar keinginan pelanggan untuk membeli produk.
