Abstract

This article aims to explain the marketing strategy for MSME shoemakers in the Cibaduyut area during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on MSMEs shoe craftsmen in the Cibaduyut area and the efforts of these MSMEs in utilizing digital platforms to maintain their business during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses qualitative methods through interviews and observation as well as literature and data reduction. This research shows the challenges faced by MSMEs in utilizing digital platforms and provides recommendations for improving marketing strategies so that MSMEs can utilize digital platforms more effectively. Abstract

This research aims to explain why Islamic stock indexes tend to track the currency exchange rates of emerging countries. Granger causality is used in this analysis, and it is applied to daily data beginning with the day the index was first formed for each country. The Islamic stock indices of Malaysia, Indonesia, and India were employed as a research sample in this study. According to the findings of the research, there is only a correlation in one direction between the Islamic stock index and the currency exchange rate. Both the Islamic stock indexes in Malaysia and India have an effect on the currency exchange rate in that nation, whereas the currency exchange rate in India affects the Islamic stock index. This finding is helpful as a source of data in determining policies for the development of the Islamic financial system because it was discovered that. Abstract

Human resources are an important aspect of the industry to achieve industrial goals, where industrial goals are carried out if in the industry there are potential and professional human resources, it can provide quality improvement and industrial quality. The objectives of this study include determining the relationship between morale and employee performance, to find out the experience of work on employee performance. This research method uses a total sample of 82 respondents with a saturated sampling method. The results of this research prove that variable morale has a positive and significant impact on employee performance where if morale increases, employee performance will also increase, activity experience affects positively and is important to employee abilities whereas if work experience increases employee performance will also increase. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of workload on job satisfaction. The study population consisted of 212 nurses at businesses engaged in the health service sector. This research includes quantitative research using survey procedures. Collection of information by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample consisted of 139 nurses. Data analysis used a simple linear regression method. The research results obtained show that workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction. The temporal demands dimension has the most substantial negative relationship with the operating procedures dimension. This indicates that the more nurses are required to work quickly, the less job satisfaction nurses will have in implementing procedures. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company size, asset structure and share ownership on capital structure in the property sector listed on the IDX for the 2017–2021 period. The method used is a quantitative approach analysis as well as descriptive and verification methods with the sample used, namely the 2017-2021 financial reports with 6 companies, a total of 30 samples. The results showed that the t-test of firm size had a significant negative effect on capital structure, asset structure had no significant positive effect on capital structure, and share ownership had no significant negative effect on capital structure. The results of the F test show the influence of company size, asset structure and share ownership on capital structure. If the three variables experience an increase or decrease, it will have an impact on the Capital Structure which will experience a similar increase or decrease as the three variables. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the BPNT and PKH variables as social assistance on Beneficiary Families (KPM) in the productivity of Bekasi City during the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) Covid-19, this study used a quantitative method, with data collection methods distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews in March-April 2022 data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application. The results showed that the BPNT and PKH variables had a positive and significant effect on boosting productivity in Bekasi City, in that the distribution of aid was timely and targeted according to central data, aid This helps the Beneficiary Families (KPM) in meeting temporary economic needs, until the KPM realizes that the assistance is no longer needed and is given to those who are more deserving of it in the city of Bekasi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of teamwork, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is a type of descriptive and quantitative research with a total sample of 37 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used the census or saturation method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that teamwork, motivation and job satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous test results show that teamwork, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication will be optimal if the work team is solid, motivation is high and job satisfaction increases. Abstract

This study aims to find out how online promotions, product packaging and prices affect purchasing decisions for culinary products "Cau Nugget" and to determine the effect of price moderation on online promotions in determining purchasing decisions. This study used a quantitative method involving consumer Instagram followers 'Cau Nugget' as a population and a sample of 121 respondents. The results of the study found that, of the three existing factors, online promotions did not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, product packaging and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This study proves that price negatively moderates online promotions on purchasing decisions, as well as being the indicator that has the highest impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to answer the determinants of job performance based on workplace spirituality, workplace climate, and compensation. Spiritual workplaces are represented by engaging work and a sense of community. By conducting multiple regression tests on respondents from manufacturing companies in Jakarta, it can be concluded that a sense of community and compensation determine the increase in the job performance of workers. The method used is descriptive and verification tests with the classical assumption test. To increase the sense of community, companies can emphasize the formation of workers' sense of belonging to an organization through informal activities such as outings and 'small talks' with employees so that they feel part of the company. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and market value on stock prices. The population and samples used were 22 mining companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with descriptive and verification analysis methods, and using Eviews 9. The data analysis technique used was panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of the F test, shows that profitability, solvency, liquidity, and market value together have a significant effect on stock prices. Also, the results of the t-test show that profitability has no effect on stock prices, while solvency has a significant effect on stock prices, liquidity has a significant effect on stock prices and finally, market value also has a significant effect on stock prices. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to keep the company in a solvable state by being aware of the amount of debt it has because it will bring the risk of non-payment of debt.
