Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Social Media and Content Marketing implemented in MSMEs under the guidance of Yayasan Cinta Ayah Bunda (YCAB) in Bandung on consumer purchasing decisions. The study involved 100 consumers from MSMEs under YCAB as samples, with data collected through questionnaire distribution via Google Form. The research methodology employed a descriptive-verification quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The findings reveal partial effects of social media marketing and content marketing on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both social media marketing and content marketing have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions in YCAB-supported MSMEs in Bandung. Abstract

The Tanjungpinang Free Trade Zone has been operational for over 15 years, but this area has yet to fully harness the potential and benefits of Free Trade Zone regulations due to the absence of a free port serving as a crucial connectivity node between the Tanjungpinang Free Trade Zone, export destinations, and the hinterland area. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of Tanjung Moco Port as a Free Port within the Tanjungpinang Free Trade Zone. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, which involved literature reviews and interviews with BP Tanjungpinang Area officials and business stakeholders operating in the Tanjungpinang Free Trade Zone. The study's findings reveal that maritime connectivity offers several advantages that align with the Tanjungpinang Free Trade Zone's development plans. Through an analysis of needs and supply chains, the study underscores the significance of Tanjung Moco Port's existence to support logistics activities. Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) constitutes a commitment by corporations or the business sector to enhance the economy through a focus on fulfilling social responsibilities, stressing the equilibrium among societal, economic, and ecological dimensions. This study aims to determine the implementation of PT Graha Agro Nusantara's CSR and the influence of CSR on the level of community welfare. This research was conducted in Muara Baru Village, Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya District. The selection of research sites was done purposively (purposive). The selection of the sample used in this study was carried out by simple random sampling, amounting to 44 people. This research uses SPSS analysis with chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation carried out by PT Graha Agro Nusantara is good and there is an influence on the welfare of the community with social, economic and environmental indicators by looking at the increase in opinion in the community. Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors influencing the use of digital marketing by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and to examine the factors affecting the preference for digital marketing usage by MSMEs in the city of Salatiga. The research sample consists of 135 business units representing MSMEs in Salatiga. Data analysis techniques involve descriptive statistical analysis, qualitative analysis, binomial and multinomial logistic regression. The research findings provide evidence of the implementation of the UTAUT theory, particularly concerning performance expectations and facilitating conditions, significantly influencing the probability of digital marketing usage and the marketing of business products. Surprisingly, acceptance as part of performance expectations has a negative impact on digital marketing usage, especially on social media platforms. Furthermore, digital marketing proves to be of paramount importance for MSMEs looking to expand their businesses. Keywords: MSMEs; Digital Marketing; Covid-19; UTAUT Theory; Logistic Regression

Abstract

This research aims to assess the feasibility and applicability of sustainable energy models for Sri Lanka by analyzing three successful case studies from different regions. The methodology involves examining solar PV installations in Iran's Lut Desert, rooftop solar PV projects in India, and combining floating solar panels with hydropower in various countries. The findings indicate that each case study offers unique advantages, with the potential for solar PV projects to address urban energy needs in Sri Lanka. The twinning of floating solar panels with hydropower also shows promise, leveraging the country's water resources. This study highlights the importance of tailored approaches and diversified sustainable energy projects for Sri Lanka, considering its distinctive characteristics. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how Kopi Sunyi's unique approach to inclusive employment and education influences customer perceptions and fosters inclusivity. Utilizing a comprehensive research methodology, including analysis of online reviews, direct visits, and observational data, this study offers valuable insights into Kopi Sunyi's role in fostering inclusivity and challenging societal norms. Results reveal that Kopi Sunyi's commitment to providing employment opportunities and inclusive education through the Sunyi Academy program has positively influenced customer perceptions, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service. The cafe's efforts in challenging societal stigmas have led to increased awareness and support for individuals with disabilities in the workforce. The findings underscore the transformative potential of inclusive business practices in promoting social inclusion and empowerment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh viral marketing, electronic word of mouth, dan brand awareness terhadap purchase decision. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kabupaten Sleman dengan 100 responden sebagai sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing, electronic word of Mouth, dan brand awareness secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan viral marketing, electronic word of Mouth, dan brand awareness secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk memperluas teori dan mahasiswa karena menambah referensi mengenai pengaruh viral marketing, electronic word of Mouth, dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian di Marketplace Shopee Kabupaten Sleman. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of each variable of leadership style and work environment on motivation, as well as to optimize these variables in order to enhance employee motivation. This research method employs quantitative descriptive analysis using SPSS V.26 on the results from 40 respondents. The findings from the employees of the Transportation Department and the community as users of related transportation services indicate that the variables of the work environment’s role and leadership style have a significant positive impact on employee motivation. Therefore, it is recommended that the Transportation Department (Dishub) of Bekasi City should continue to maintain a harmonious relationship between leaders and employees to improve performance, thereby producing effective and adequate transportation services to increase the satisfaction of the Bekasi City community as users of transportation services. Abstract

Internet facilities in the workplace are often misused for personal purposes, known as cyberloafing behavior. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis to understand the influence of self-control and organizational commitment on employees' cyberloafing behavior in private companies in Kuningan Regency, both partially and simultaneously, through the distribution of questionnaires as a data collection technique on 100 sampled employees. The results show that organizational commitment does not have a significant impact, while self-control can reduce cyberloafing behavior. These research findings can serve as recommendations for local private business owners to improve their employees' performance by enhancing control over cyberloafing behavior, focusing on self-control aspects, and also increasing employee work commitment. Abstract

Arun Lhoksumawe Special Economic Zone is an economic zone established as one of the economic growth centers of Aceh Province. In the planning, pre-operational, and operational processes, Arun Lhoksumawe Special Economic Zone still faces several significant problems. Therefore, the purpose of this qualitative research is to analyze the process of designing the governance of the Special Economic Zone. This analysis process is carried out through observation with secondary data from 2018 to 2019 as research support. The results of this study show that there are weaknesses in asset management that are not proportionally distributed so that collaboration and integration of assets are needed for the optimization of the Arun special economic zone. So, the results of this study can be used as evaluation material to optimize the Arun Lhoksumawe special economic zone. Keyword: Special Economic Zones; Interest Groups; Co-operation; Assets; Arun
