Abstract

The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) is a regional apparatus or institution tasked with assisting the Governor or Regent in carrying out regional government affairs. In the field sector, the Bantul Regency Satpol PP has a Secretariat sector. One of the functions of the secretariat at the Bantul Regency Satpol PP is as a place for archiving or storing documents within the Satpol PP environment. This secretariat sector still uses manual methods to search for archival document data that will be needed again. From interviews obtained at the Bantul Regency Satpol PP, they do not yet have a system or application for storing archival documents. Then a manual search is carried out by sorting the documents one by one in a filling box or filing cabinet which contains many documents from year to year. This is less effective. From the findings of these problems, a solution emerged to create a website-based archiving system that can simplify the work of Satpol PP secretariat members and as a digital document storage that can simplify document archiving and searching by applying Boyer Moore's String Matching algorithm in searching data. The Boyer Moore algorithm is an algorithm for searching for a keyword (pattern) in text by comparing characters or letters from the right of the pattern to the left. The test results were carried out by comparing the search speed of the Boyer Moore algorithm and without the algorithm. The search was carried out for 40 document data and resulted in an average time of 0.000107 seconds for searching using the Boyer Moore algorithm. Abstract

Untuk mendukung perkuliahan, sesuai dengan visi misi perguruan tinggi salah satu metode pembelajarannya adalah praktikum. Pembobotan praktikum disesuaikan dengan capaian pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL). STMIK AMIKOM SURAKARTA menerapkan kurang lebih 60% Praktikum. Dengan prosentase tersebut menyebabkan padatnya jadwal laboratorium praktikum, di STMIK AMIKOM SURAKARTA memiliki Asisten lab. Sedangkan UPT membutuhkan koordinator laboratorium untuk bertanggung jawab atas beroperasinya laboratorium praktikum. Setiap laboratorium membutuhkan Koordinator dengan kompetensi khusus dalam pengelolaanya. Profil matching adalah metode yang bisa dijadikan acuan, metode Profil matchingdigunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi dari seluruh assisten yang direkrut sesuai dengan kompetensi setiap laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar metode Profil matching dapat mengetahui peluang tertinggi dari assisten praktikum untuk menjadi seorang koordinator laboratorium yang sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Penerapan metode Profil matching digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan, Dari hasil pembobotan dan perengkingan untuk lab pemrograman didapatkan profil asisten lab atas nama octa selsa yang bepotensi menjadi koordinator lab pemrograman. Abstract

The development paradigm shift has now developed towards human-based development by focusing on community participation. This is based on the belief that the community knows best what they need. This study aims to describe the application of the Community Driven Development model in the Gerbang Cahayaku programme implemented in Tanjungsari Village, Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency. The analysis was conducted using three important aspects that are specific characteristics in this model, namely decentralisation, democratisation, and collective action. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to produce a description of the factual issues raised systematically. The results showed that in general the implementation of Gerbang Cahayaku carried out in Tanjungsari Village has fulfilled the three main aspects that characterise the Community Driven Development model. Decentralisation relates to the transfer of authority from Disperkim to Community Self-Help Group to manage development activities, from planning, implementation, to supervision. Democratisation relates to the implementation of local governance and participatory decision-making process by involving the community. Finally, collective action relates to community mobilisation that occurs inclusively to be directly involved in all stages of development activities. Abstract

Take Me Out Indonesia is a reality TV show that brings together people who are looking for life partners. The format of the show involves several stages of introduction and challenges designed to help participants showcase their personalities and interests. The objective of this study is to analyze the strategies devised by the creative team of Take Me Out Indonesia to maintain its ratings. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews. The results of this study indicate that the production process of "Take Me Out Indonesia" involves creative strategies across pre-production, production, and post-production stages. "Take Me Out Indonesia" is a program that explores numerous romance and matchmaking stories aired on the MNCTV channel. The creative strategies implemented ensure that the production process runs optimally and achieves the expected ratings, thereby sustaining the show over the desired period. Abstract

Crowdfunding semakin dikenal sebagai alternatif pembiayaan yang menjanjikan bagi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM), khususnya sektor digital yang membutuhkan akses modal cepat dan fleksibel. Namun, pemanfaatannya di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam dilema yang dihadapi UKM digital dalam mengakses crowdfunding sebagai sumber pendanaan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap pelaku UKM digital, penyelenggara platform crowdfunding, regulator, dan asosiasi UKM. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teknik tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola hambatan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga kategori hambatan utama, yaitu: (1) hambatan internal UKM berupa rendahnya literasi keuangan digital dan kapabilitas presentasi bisnis; (2) hambatan eksternal terkait ketidakpastian regulasi, kurangnya perlindungan data, dan keterbatasan dukungan kelembagaan; serta (3) kesenjangan ekspektasi antara UKM, platform, dan investor, yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian dalam proses dan hasil kampanye pendanaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan crowdfunding tidak hanya bergantung pada ketersediaan platform dan kebijakan, tetapi juga pada kesiapan sistemik dari seluruh ekosistem. Implikasinya, diperlukan upaya bersama untuk meningkatkan literasi UKM, memperkuat kepercayaan pada platform, dan menyempurnakan dukungan regulasi agar akses pendanaan digital dapat berjalan lebih efektif. Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan instrumen pembangunan daerah yang strategis dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah. Kabupaten Bandung Barat memiliki 73 destinasi wisata alam dari total 155 destinasi wisata, dengan Curug Malela sebagai salah satu prioritas pengembangan. Namun, pengelolaan wisata alam masih menghadapi tantangan klasik seperti konflik kepentingan antar pemangku kepentingan, kerusakan lingkungan, keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, dan lemahnya koordinasi multipihak. Konsep smart governance hadir sebagai pendekatan yang menekankan transparansi, partisipasi publik, akuntabilitas, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan smart governance dalam pengelolaan wisata alam Curug Malela di Kabupaten Bandung Barat, khususnya dalam aspek transparansi, teknologi, sumber daya manusia, dan partisipasi publik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan, pengelola lokal, serta dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian berfokus di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan informan aparatur dinas, pengelola wisata lokal, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan smart governance dalam pengelolaan Curug Malela masih bersifat parsial dan belum terintegrasi secara menyeluruh. Dari aspek transparansi, belum tersedia sistem informasi digital terintegrasi dan masih dominannya model birokrasi top-down. Aspek teknologi menunjukkan optimalisasi media sosial namun website resmi Visit KBB belum beroperasi maksimal akibat keterbatasan SDM IT. Dari segi sumber daya manusia, Kelompok Sadar Wisata berjumlah 9 orang namun belum ada yang menguasai teknologi informasi. Partisipasi publik masih terbatas pada kegiatan teknis dan belum mencapai tahap perencanaan strategis. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi smart governance di Curug Malela memerlukan penguatan koordinasi lintas instansi, pengembangan platform digital terpadu, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, dan pelembagaan partisipasi masyarakat secara sistematis untuk mewujudkan tata kelola wisata alam yang adaptif, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of legal politics and the function of law in the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), as well as to examine the understanding of cyberspace, cybercrime, cyber law, the existence of multi-interpretative provisions, and their implementation in Indonesia. The research employs a normative juridical approach through literature review, with data analysis conducted using deductive reasoning. The findings indicate that UU ITE, as a legal product, is influenced by political dynamics, social conditions, and the development of information technology. From 2008 to 2021, its enforcement has implicated hundreds of internet users, primarily through Articles 27, 28, and 29, which are considered multi-interpretative. Revisions to UU ITE have not fully addressed public demands for the protection of freedom of expression and have left several problematic provisions due to limited public participation. Meanwhile, the rising number of cybercrime cases, such as defamation, hate speech, and hoaxes, highlights the urgency of effective cyber law regulation. The implications of this study emphasize the need to reformulate multi-interpretative provisions to prevent legal uncertainty and to ensure freedom of expression. Furthermore, strengthening digital legal literacy and socialization of UU ITE is essential to prevent violations in cyberspace. The government must develop more adaptive, transparent, and participatory cyber law regulations to provide legal certainty and justice in response to the rapid growth of information technology. Abstract

Due to its rich natural resources, Kramatmulya District is home to a wide variety of food and local specialty products. This abundance has led to approximately 2,003 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) conducting trade to support their livelihoods and supply the community's food needs. Despite this, these MSMEs have encountered difficulties, such as a shortage of skilled labor, antiquated production infrastructure, outdated marketing approaches, and a 30% decline in revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic. This "healthy market" initiative aims to enhance these MSMEs and strengthen the village economy, contributing to Kuningan Regency's broader vision and mission, including the realization of the "Pinunjul Village." The study utilized a qualitative descriptive approach, with informants chosen via purposive sampling. Guidelines from Ministry of Health Decree No. 519 govern the execution of this healthy market project. Successful development and training of the healthy market will facilitate the achievement of Kuningan Regency's vision and mission. Abstract

This study examines the communication strategies implemented by PT. Seatap Teknologi Berkarya in building brand identity through the Instagram platform. As a wedding planning company established in 2018, Instagram serves as its primary medium to showcase portfolios, establish emotional connections with potential clients, and expand service visibility. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation of the @seatapwedding account and a literature review related to digital communication and branding. The results indicate that the company utilizes several approaches, including visual style consistency, storytelling in messaging, direct audience interaction, and the optimization of Instagram features to strengthen brand identity. Furthermore, client testimonials and collaborations with various vendors enhance public trust in the services offered. The impact of this research demonstrates that an integrated visual communication strategy effectively transforms social media from a mere portfolio gallery into a powerful tool for public trust conversion and brand legitimacy within the competitive wedding industry. Practically, these findings provide a strategic reference model for creative service providers to optimize digital platforms for building emotional resonance and long-term reputation. This study also contributes to the development of digital communication literature regarding the significance of emotional branding in establishing the credibility of service-based companies. Abstract

The development of the creative industry has encouraged the emergence of various creative marketing agencies that rely on creativity and design strategies as competitive advantages in entrepreneurial activities. Design is not merely positioned as a visual element, but also as a strategic approach that shapes business value, strengthens brand identity, and enhances corporate competitiveness. This study aims to analyze design-based entrepreneurship strategies in the business development of a creative marketing agency through a case study of KAMAR ATAS. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with secondary data derived from company profiles, business documentation, and relevant literature. The findings indicate that the implementation of design as an entrepreneurship strategy at KAMAR ATAS is manifested through the integration of creative services, the utilization of integrated media, and the strengthening of brand identity across various marketing activities. These strategies contribute to increasing business value and ensuring business sustainability amid competition in the creative industry. This study is expected to provide a conceptual contribution to the discourse on design-based entrepreneurship, particularly in the development of creative marketing agencies.
